I worked there almost 2 years. Before sinking into a depression 2 months before my hiring. Too much pressure, more time for outdoor living because too tired. No logic of work and even less between the leaders. No cohesion between services or between teams and leaders.

A company without prospects. Very strict with staff, many employees are French and do not understand a word of German. Breaks are far too short.

I was at Zalando's in Lahr, people are polite, no politeness.
