A week before you have the feedback with the team ...

A week before you have the feedback with the team leader who tells you that it is good that he is happy with your work. A week later you come to work quietly, no problem on arrival, but at the break you discover a message on your phone that tells you not to forget to empty your locker because you are fired (so it's your last day) and at the end of this working day when you badges you discover that your card (which worked when you arrived) does not work anymore because it was already deactivated while you were working before your working day was even finished. When you see it it really hurts instantly because you don't expect it at all, you feel like you are being treated like a criminal.

Frankly there are better ways to do it right? I was in shock, I had never experienced something like this! Apparently it's not just at Uber that there are questionable methods.
