Very friendly service, great views and really delicious food have nothing to complain about

Touristically enough, but the tastes are good. Cocktails are tragic. The view is good enough.

View is beautiful but the food isn't a winner. Definitely go for a drink!

It has splendid views. We made a grill for 2 people for 52 and the fish was great. Of the best grilled fish I have ever eaten. The waiter was from Albania and he spoke Spanish and many other languages, very friendly. September 2017.

Love this place the staff are so friendly the food is amazing and we can't wait to return for our third year in 2020.

Went for drinks at sunset. View is stunning, however I ordered a daiquiri and they served me a strawberry vodka drink, and it wasn t by mistake service was fast though

First the price was reasonable and they have good view of Fira. The salad was very good (we had octopus salad and tomatoes salad) but since we were there on the Firework festival the place was very crowded and the kitchen doesn't seem to be capable of handling such big crowd. They forgot one of our main dishes, and when it turned up the meat was rather dry. I hope they do better normally.

Went for dinner and watched the sunset from this restaurant. The service was friendly and attentive. We ordered the mixed grill for two, and boy, there was a lot of food.

Having eaten frozen pizzas for a long time, I know how to recognize when I see one! Pizza picard, big foutage of mouth (excuse me of the expression). Disappointed from beginning to end. Go your way!

View is amazing, food is good, but whole experience is ruined by totally rude, unprofessional and without manners waiter, you do not feel welcome.

Bad dinner: frozen bread, appetizers bought at the supermarket and warmed at the
Microwave, mussaka that you could build houses for us.

Nice restaurant with a great view. The food is good (the lunch for a nice salad or the evening for a more elaborate dish) the waiters are adorable (suspicion of the one speaks French !!!) a place where we met several times with much pleasure.

The view 5 stars, Cosmopolitan unfortunately a total mistake, very expensive, therefore only 3 stars.

Fantastic view, but that is all.
Rude server, high prices, cold food, not any positive visit except the view.
If you want a bad experience just try to go there.
My recommendation is to se the view from walk path in front of the restaurant, and enjoy the lovely view, without the VERY bad experience of the restaurant

Horrible service.
I asked specifically no sugar, no milk, just iced coffee. The waiter was looking at his phone while getting order, brought ice frappe with milk and sugar in it. I asked to make it again, he refused and insisted that's what I ordered.

After arguing in the kitchen, they brought another coffee with sugar again.
They said they can't change it because it's already made and I should pay for it.
Being treated as a nasty guest asking for ridiculous requests.
All I wanted was a simple iced americano coffee with no sugar and milk in it.

The waiter asked me to go to other restaurants lol. Worst experience ever.

Home very warm, the 3 doors of prison (servers) are ajar in front of us. Once installed, the view was obviously beautiful.
Once drinking and contemplation ended, one of the charming waiters gave us change by confusing the coins with dice.
So, we lost and left disappointed.

It is advisable not to sit here despite the amazing view. The attitude here is awful and dismissive and a bit intimidating.
I ordered a steak that didn't come out right and I explained to the waiter the situation and he told me "Don't play with me" and other obscenities. Disgust

A good place for a lunch while enjoying the beautiful view! Service was quick, good and nice. The speed of the food arriving affected the overall quality though. With only a lukewarm dish arriving it got cold very quickly after starting to eat. It did taste nice which was a pleasant surprise!

Just went for drinks which are very affordable for Santorini. Draght beers were ice cold, cocktails entirely to recipe but ok. Great views.

Too bad we can't put 0 star, inadmissible, odious I have nothing to add.

I m surprised how bad a coffee latte can be from a restaurant, and when complaining, they told us coffee latte should taste like this always. Go to the cafe next door, better view and better service.

Excellent service and great food. I had the souvlakie BBQ and pita bread.

We had many expectations on this place as it is located in the center of Fira and has an exceptional view instead ..., owner or nasty and unfriendly (badly removed a child), normal food but it is clear that it is frozen, salty account especially with respect to quality. To be avoided absolutely. There are many other taverns with even better views and great food.

The view is incredible, the wine we got at good prices! The staff a little annoying, because it was sitting over our heads.

Spectacular views from the rooftop right next to the cable car. Food was excellent and very fresh. Best Greek salad I ve ever had and the portion was large. 4 stars because the server was abrupt at times and the didn t explain anything to us.

Santorini is heavily crowded with tourists which means that you have to be prepared for serious overpaying. This restaurant is toplocation, friendly and for Santorini absolutely value for money. Therefore 5 stars

Very nice location and view. Prices are the same as in the neighboring shops or a little cheaper. But small pizzas (20cm) and portions of pasta for 11 -15 .

Had a quick drink of lemonade and a banana split. It was good, service was ok, view was good. Didn't try any of the food, but saw some orders of other people and it looked good.

Correct .. The positive point of this restaurant is the splendid view that one can have on Fira. But the rest is not crazy ... The two cokes that we asked for arrived fresh but without bubbles. The carbonara pasta that I had ordered did not fit three legs to a duck .. In this restaurant , you will mostly pay for the view but not the quality of the food ...

Our server was rude and walked away from us impatiently after we asked questions (he did this 3 times). When we were paying with the machine, our server walked away from us to chat with his colleagues. Another man at the restaurant told our waiter that he needed an attitude adjustment because he had been walking around talking obnoxiously in many languages.The food was sub-par and overpriced. I would NOT recommend eating at Zafor if you want to enjoy yourself.

First of all the Service was not friendly! On that day I ate grilled salmon, which was very expensive. At night I got a food poisoning, even passed out for some seconds and throw myself out on the toilet.

The manager/waiter of this resto was the rudest person in Santorini . He treated all the customers that were there without respect . I even got mad at him for acting that way . I also want to comment that the food was not great and the wine they served was low end wine for the money . I don t recommend this resto and bar to anyone going to Santorini .

A scam, they charge you for food that you have not ordered. In addition, the service is appalling (1h to serve the dish) and the food is tasteless. I do not recommend it at all.

Really nice place! Food relatively inexpensive compared to similar restaurants in area. Loved the view ! Highly recommend!

Come for the views! Especially if you have a table near the edge. Sit for breakfast or enjoy the sunset. Cool breeze blowing even in June. Not sure about the food because didn t try.

Location is good. The coffee taste like water, for real. Service is not as good either. That is a waste of such good location.

There are only few choice of food come with bread and charge us when we didn't order and without told us in advance first happen in our 10 days trip in Greece .the view is nice.

Only good for the view. Calamari was inedible and missing half it's breading. Food tasted as if it was from yesterday. Recommend dining elsewhere.

Great view and good service. The food is a little overpriced for what you get, but worth it for the view. The menu has both traditional Greek and other "international" dishes to accommodate many appetites. Large seating area. The staff was friendly and helped us take pictures at sunset.

An ice cold beer after hiking from Oia to Thera is just what I needed and what they provided!

Rude and bad-mannered staff .. they served dishes in a light beating to make us end up quickly bringing us the receipt even though we hadn't even finished ordering .. but the most absurd thing was the tip request, the waiter turned to us almost threatening to want extra money ... hallucinating

Exaggeratedly bad food, anyone in your home with the right ingredients would do much better.

Three starts only for the view, the food is quite poor. Go for a coffee at night and enjoy the view but eat somewhere else.

Amazing location for this the 2 stars. Thanks to the other feedback tip for me being prepared. Service casually tried to get me to stay longer, (the street level had only 4 other tables used) and i ordered a frappe in afternoon 3.30pm, then casually tried to charge 15e instead of 4e for frappe , then casually tried to forget my change. Must be desperate to stoop to this low morality...very sad

Where to start?
If you reside at Santorini Camping, they will try to entice you to eat at this restaurant at a 15% discount ("I'm trying to sell you guys, it's a good name" from the type of camp. Lied. Suspiciously resembling the restaurant owner) . 15% discount does not improve the situation since it costs a lot and the quality is very bad.
The view is ok, but there are better views and the area is annoyingly troubled by a coming and going of stinking mules and overwhelming tourists.
They don't even let you read the menu, the waiters arrive in flocks, like ravenous harpies, every 14 seconds, to take the order. Perhaps they expect you to invite them to join.
Sparkling water costs 7 euros for 1/4 l. More or less the prices of Ferragni's petrol or water.
The food was fresh, in the sense of recently thawed and cooked with modern techniques, in the sense of just come out of the microwave.
The waiters are very grumpy and racist and while we were eating they made a joke about the fact that the French from the next table smelled. Even with Italians, however, they are not friendly.
While you're eating, keep giving you your receipts, if you order more, other receipts. Perhaps behind it was written "do you want to put yourself with me? Yes or no" but we will never know. In any case inappropriate.
At the time of paying we were asked for a tip. Nicely.

I had a tea there in the morning: the warmest welcome and ultra relaxing Tibetan music, paradoxically very in tune with the landscape. The view is magnificent! Do not miss.

We drank a squeezed fruit juice while waiting for the cable car ... and took advantage of the superb view the decor is not very current ... but the staff and friendly.

As it is the immediate side of cable car platform, it is most suitable for person of cruising!

Excellent view, and they will allow you to stay at the tables with a volcano view even for drinking a smoothie. Food is pricey even for Santorini though.

Absolutely recommendable. Not only in the evening fantastic view to Fira. Again, you can experience great sunsets. The menu is recommended, as well as the friendly service.

We stopped here for some late afternoon wine and snacks and wound up staying for several hours people watching and taking in the sunset. The food was good but not great. The wine was okay but not wonderful but taking that into account along with the views and sights - all good. Give this one a try.

The view was the only thing nice about this place. The coffee was not good and the breakfast was average. They also would only take cash.

Zafora restaurant cafe on Santorini - poor service & HORRIBLE food !
We ordered a traditional starter (dolmades) that was quite literally out of the can and slapped on the plate within 5 minutes of being seated and it was terrible .... we held our hopes up for the main course, steak stroganoff & Mignon and yet again let down, it quite literally was bulk buy garbage.
After being asked for our preference of how the steak would be cooked we were completely ignored and served a dogs dinner of over cooked skirt steak with sloppy sauce poured over the top accompanied by dry potatoe chips and a salad of shredded cabbage and A 1/2 slice of tomatoe.
To top it all off when the waiter asked about how our quarter eaten meal was as we were leaving and was told that it was terrible he ducked his head and slinked away saying nothing.....which said it all!

If you want a decent meal you are best off going down to the local Gyros street food stalls around the corner and spending $10 euro as opposed to $60.
To the restaurants in Santorini serving up "authentic Greek food" please either adhere to what you are proposing to deliver or JUST DONT because it has been nothing less than offensive so far.
