This supposedly luxury Avenue Montaigne store is a shame !! The price displayed on the bag was different from the price scanned at the checkout / the cashier was very uncomfortable because the law states that it is the price on the receipt that is valid / the store manager does not no account and no excuse or commercial gesture. A bad point for this beautiful brand. Review your welcome and your staff. I went to Chanel then and the level of customer welcome and well-being is of a much higher level. Shame on you.

Home shabby, a shame for a sign such as Saint Laurent. I have never seen so many people who do not want to work, especially a salesperson in particular. A fake redhead, who was not presentable, no effort no makeup, it looked like she had just got out of bed. His haughty and unpleasant behavior displeased me greatly. If she does not like her job she leaves him, the client must feel comfortable, not the other way around. I was not offered to drink unlike my neighbor (this is not the most important but I wanted to clarify because I do not see why customers are not treated the same way). The height is that we dared to ask if I wanted to keep the box of my article, is this a question that arises? I am a regular in luxury brands and believe me this is the first time I feel uncomfortable when shopping. To conclude, to flee!
Unbearable salesmen of arrogance, who do not take care of his customers and stay in groups by telling each other their weekend outings! Do not forget that you represent a prestigious brand and it is lamentable to return such a shabby image.
Excellent customer service! I was interested in the nano sac de jour and the staff offered to show all different colours (not available on display). I purchased the croc-effect burgundy colour which I never seen before and so glad the staff showed me.
Nice shop, helpful staff but in case of returns you only get a voucher instead of a cash refund! In general its fine but as a tourist it doesn't help that much...
No management at the service level we wonder if it is really a luxury shop for me we had to wait 1 hour to retrieve my shameful bag it was not for lack of giving them all mail and so on
absolutely deplorable customer service, bag deposited after 2 months for obvious design problem ... 1 month later forced to relaunch them to get more than limited info.this brand is dead with its founder ..
One the best Saint Laurent stores in Paris. The place is incredibly beautiful and big. The service is perfect and the place is most of the time not crowded. They have a large stock so you don t have to worry if they are going to have your size or this special article, they have it. Useful tip : prefer upstairs where almost nobody is and where the most beautiful articles are !
Worst shop on Avenue Montaigne !!!!!! Treat as anything, we must hurry and limit dehor while we have made a fairly large purchase, disappointed with the image that it is nobody gives to the brand.
I had a wonderful experience with Anna, she was super helpful and allowed me to try so many bags until iI found the right fit! Not pushy at all and I never felt rushed despite the store being busy. I would suggest this location to everyone!
I visited twice this last week. The first time I bought a wallet and browsed through bags, but wasn t ready to buy. Two days after, I returned to buy the bags. I was surprised that my SA didn t remember me at all, even after I texted her saying I d be back. She forgot I made a purchase so I think she wasn t sure if I d buy again so the entire experience was rushed. She kept asking, well what s it going to be? I wasn t offered coffee or champagne (others in the store were) and when I asked a different SA about the restrooms before I left, she rolled her eyes at me. I dropped 2000+ euro but I guess I am not allowed to use the bathroom. I had a terrible buying experience and I m experiencing regret for both of my rushed and pressured purchases.
EDIT: Its Dec 27, over 6 weeks after my visit. I contact global blue about my delayed refund and they said that the store ended up messing up BOTH of my purchases so now I have to wait even longer to receive my refund. I made purchases on two different days and both of them were not filled out correctly. Seriously?
For a first experience it was disastrous, seller who pays you no attention any advice and the palm returns in the box no hello or thank you no consideration for the customer despite a bag bought 2000 euros this is the first and last time, I will spend my money somewhere else where people will be treated with respect.
It is unacceptable to see such ignorant vendors. Worst shop in Paris. Home 0, Supports Client 0, however, to make the customer wait for more than 30 minutes, chat with each other and look badly at the customers they know how to do. Do not go to this store.
Thanks again to the saleswoman Anna, who was able to direct my choices ... Who has been listening and smiling from beginning to end without stigmatizing the client! I strongly advise you this seller of quality. Thanks again Anna and Good Sale
Very disappointed on this shop or the home does not live up to a luxury brand! I keep a very good memory of the YSL shop in Milan where I buy 2 bags with the welcome and the service to the height! I was at your Montaigne shop on Saturday, November 2nd where I finally went back to CHANEL
Deplorable customer experience. I come for an article broken after 5 days of purchase ... No excuse from the advisor, only contempt! She was very haughty and unpleasant, telling me that I should have gone to the original store (customer service had informed me otherwise), did not really look for the replacement item I wanted, if is taking care of another client at the same time ... Anyway, recruiting certain advisers to review, it damages your brand image.
Such a bad experience, They didn t provide the box when you buy the bag. It should be completed a set of product before you give to your customer. It make me feel totally different from other Brandname store that I had experience before
Very nice shop and friendly staff. I felt like tried half the assortment but the lady was always friendly :-) Of course I bought something else in the nice consultation.
While in Paris, I went to the Avenue Montaigne store that day with my friend around 19h. The vendors clearly lacked professionalism and were rude to the possible. Indeed, the reception was random depending on the head of the client. Some sellers forget that they are paid to serve the customer and give themselves the right to be haughty after you quote. Question: Do you think that you have any affiliation to Yves Saint Laurent himself to be so pedantic? I strongly recommend this shop. @ Management: Do not forget your customers in the training of salesmen that such attitudes make run away. This is unacceptable on the part of a luxury boutique. Cordially. Sarah.
Nice store I must say, with the most uptodate collection. However the downside for me is I wasn t greeted at all, walked around the store for 10-15 minutes checking out the products, which I didn t mind just browsing on my own. Walked pass at least 2-3 staff and they just pretend I m not there or maybe they can t be bothered too tired or something I don t know. In contrast my experience at the Fauborg was a lot better.
I ve thought long and hard about whether to post a review here or not. I ve been meaning to get in touch with the Saint Laurent customer service, but - as it turns out - anno 2014 the brand has discontinued its services in that department, so there is no channel through which to contact them anymore. Once a high-end house (or any brand, actually) turns a deaf ear to constructive feedback, that s probably not a positive development. To my big dismay, I've had a ghastly experience at the Saint Laurent store. In view of other, fairly positive, positive reviews on the internet I'm trying to believe that my treatment - or lack thereof - was an exception, but I doubt it, somehow. As part of a recent trip to Paris my wife and I wanted to purchase a new bag for me. Upon entering the store, no one even bothered to say hello. Instead, there was bad electronic music banging from invisible speakers. Curiously, when we were approaching the men's section, there was plenty of staff around, but not a single one of them came even close to offering any sort of service. My feeling was that, at best, we were tolerated and, at worst, blithely ignored. Interestingly, there were quite a few other clients in the store, none of whom I would have remotely identified as a Saint Laurent consumer, sipping Champagne on the house and playing around with a couple of cheap accessories. Apparently, service was not simply absent, it s just that we were not serviced. After no one had approached us within 15 minutes, we left, crestfallen and disheartened. There's luxury and there's Saint Laurent, or so it seems. I'd be curious to learn what Mr. Saint Laurent himself, so famously a trailblazer of top-end retail experiences, would have thought of what has become of his brand...
Total disappointment with this store which suffers from a very bad reputation for customer service. My friend (rather good customer) brought back a damaged trench coat (the quality of the product being in question). After having made us hang around without even offering us a refreshment, we are told that there is no question of repairing it because it was not bought in the shop .. I pass on the condescending tone of the seller who did not do at all "luxury attitude" and who allowed himself to be familiar with us! Fortunately, the collections are interesting but otherwise the after-sales service is poor as is the reception.
Walked in and was immediately greeted and helped by Eva! It is my first time in Paris and was really looking forward to buying my dream bag. Eva was extremely helpful, accommodating and nice! Too bad I didn't get to say bye to her before leaving as I think she was helping someone but would definitely come back in the future and ask for her again. Great staff!
What a bad customer for years of this sign I left to change a gift from my wife, but I passed the date of 2 days he did not want to make the exchange with the right size. For 2 days and an exchange I find it very unfortunate even the store managers not wanting to know anything.
Worst customer experience in a boutique on avenue Montaigne. 30 min passage in the shop where I took 5 min to choose my product and 25 min at the checkout. In a complete blur and general disdain from sellers who were anything but overwhelmed. My first opinion on Google is to say how catastrophic the experience was
Lamentable service, sellers in the store until the checkout (hostess detestable and pretentious cashier) no class in the service and we are much to have noticed in this shop Avenue Montaigne This is causing great damage to the brand
Impeccable welcome, I was very satisfied with my advisor Julia Tarakanova, smiling, caring and polite, whom I would recommend without hesitation to those around me. I am delighted with my day bag and my two wallets. I would return with pleasure.
Beautiful shop sellers are very hospitable, a wide choice of quality products I was very well advised by the saleswoman who took care of me thank you to all the team Saint-Laurent
