Total disappointment with this store which suffers...

Total disappointment with this store which suffers from a very bad reputation for customer service. My friend (rather good customer) brought back a damaged trench coat (the quality of the product being in question). After having made us hang around without even offering us a refreshment, we are told that there is no question of repairing it because it was not bought in the shop .. I pass on the condescending tone of the seller who did not do at all "luxury attitude" and who allowed himself to be familiar with us!
Fortunately, the collections are interesting but otherwise the after-sales service is poor as is the reception.
