Brian and the rest of the team have been wonderful to work with. As an interior designer we have had several jobs go through their workroom on a regular basis. They finish our orders quickly and the jobs are completed with the utmost of care and quality.
There's a manager at this location that goes by the name of Arnaldo or something like that. I saw/heard him yelling and degrading his workers. He clearly saw me standing there and I just found it extremely inappropriate to talk to someone like that in front of customers or not. Fix your management because I would never purchase from a company that condones this type of behavior. Very disappointed and I feel for anyone that works there. No one should be treated like that. ***Wow of course you would think this is a fake review instead of addressing the issue please give me your email and I would be to happy to tell you all the detail since you want to claim I'm lying.
I had been on the hunt for a canopy bed, but couldn t find what I wanted anywhere. I hopped on the googler for furniture makers in my area and found The Joseph Company. Their portfolio is amazing so I decided to reach out. I emailed yesterday because they close for lunch...no response. I just called and the receptionist (Stacy)was very rude after she realized I was not a designer or part of a design team. So shopper beware if you re just a consumer like myself willing to pay custom prices, this isn t the shop for you. Spend your money where you re treated with respect.
