This supposedly luxury Avenue Montaigne store is a shame !!
The price displayed on the bag was different from the price scanned at the checkout / the cashier was very uncomfortable because the law states that it is the price on the receipt that is valid / the store manager does not no account and no excuse or commercial gesture. A bad point for this beautiful brand. Review your welcome and your staff. I went to Chanel then and the level of customer welcome and well-being is of a much higher level.
Shame on you.
