Purchased my furniture in full was given the run around about delivery the sales lady never gave me a direct answer about when it would be available. I had to wait a month for our furniture to arrive when I called to see about changing the order to expedite delivery because I was tired of sitting on folding chairs i was flat out told "NO REFUNDS" allowed. I hadn't even gotten my furniture yet but I was stuck. I will NEVER buy from them in the future and don't recommend them to anyone. The management helped absolutely NONE. I felt like I had been ripped off spending $1400 on a couch and a recliner. Granted I did buy the 5 year protection plan. I still feel like they ripped me off. They could have at least given me some kind of discount. But no. I will never step foot in that store again. Too bad too because my family all needs new beds. But we will go someplace else for them.

She was an awesome saleswoman- I was just looking and ended up buying a sectional, Lazyboy, for $ 2200.00, thats a great price and I ordered it in the color I wanted, grey, which made me very happy!

How do you best describe our buying experience? Take all the games and gimmicks that make buying an unpleasant experience and put them in one basket. We decided to look for a love seat and looked at one here. It was our first stop and we are not impulse buyers and we had not done any background work so we got a card, a price and went to look at other options.
Two days later it was looking like the best option although the price was higher than what we had been quoted by another dealer. When we went back to the store I told them that we liked it, wanted to give then a chance at the sale, but really couldn t pay them a premium when we had a trailer that was already coming this way that we could throw the one from the other store on. For the second time in three years we were told that we don t price match because we don t have to because we don t have much competition. Let me see what we can do. When our sales person came back we were quoted a price almost $400 OVER what we had been quoted two days earlier and with the same sale in effect. Okay we don t play those games, thank you and goodbye.
As we were reaching the door just wait a minute our sales manager wants to talk to you. Then the 26 year old manager is now saying 'what is it that you offered, let s just do it'. While I really wanted to walk, I knew that the lumbar support was important to my wife so I told her it was her decision. She decided that the support was important and went ahead and purchased it. After we got home I looked at the invoice and they had taken one parting shot and had added 99 cents to the price we had agreed on.
Maybe if we had told them that the last furniture purchase that we had made prior to this one was for 96 mattress and box spring sets we would have been treated with more respect but that shouldn t be required. And yes, this review has been forwarded to senior management at our businesses with instructions to immediately fire any staff if they ever treat any of our guests that way.

Wonderful sales person. Knowledgeable, follows up by answering my questions via email, texting, and phone. Personable and pleasant. I have purchased other furniture in the past in this store and always had good service and quality items. Also I like that you deliver to Blythe, CA.

I had a family emergency and needed a bed and recliner immediately. With an ill family member, traveling and organizing a smooth transition, I felt overwhelmed with a logistical nightmare. I called Yuma Furniture and not only did Tiffany go above and beyond with describing pieces in my price range but she assisted in taking payment over the phone and delivered within the day. What an amazing experience! Best customer service in Yuma!

Great service, was looking at a table set a little out of my price range. Was told about the financing options and was excited I was able to get the table and make payments instead of paying all at once. Sales rep Khylee was more than helpful with picking out the table and other matching decor. Would highly recommend seeing them for furniture needs!

They have a great selection in their showroom as well as other pieces that you can order. I bought a lot from them and Martin helped out by showing me specifications on every piece that I looked at. He was very attentive, helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this place as well as all the employees! Thank you so much Houston's!

Bunch of crooks. We purchased a chase and sofa. With an agreed price with upgraded cushion. Went in to make a payment and noticed that they change the price by 600.00. Never told us about the price change. Never will we buy here again. Buyer beware.

Terrible customer service! Warranty!!! Be careful!!!
I Purchase a Beautyrest BlackPlush Pillow Top Class C mattress back on March 12, 2021 total payment of $3,035.53. I went to pick up the mattress on April 30, 2021.

May 7, 2021 (a week later) I contact sales associate Onix Corona and tried to explain the issue with the mattress that was just firm in the middle of the mattress, all corners are without firmness and I feel half of my back at a certain level than my other half without firmness and comfort.

Corona's answered: is nothing we can do to help you! what I think he will do with a used mattress in his warehouse!!! I wish he will treat me like this when he was doing the sales.

My understanding is mattresses with a status as Beautyrest have a least 100 days of warranty.

I pay full price for a mattress that is not in good condition for my comfort.

Material is very cheap nothing similar in firmest as it is in-store display. Tags are very low quality (no satin tags).

Beautyrest was contacted and they open an investigation as Houston Yuma Furniture is not in their list for authorized sellers for Beautyrest mattress I Yuma Arizona. I search in the Beautyrest website for Houston Yuma Furniture and they are not in Beatyrest seller list!!

Be careful with this furniture store and read they complains! Worst customer service!

This store was the worst shopping experience I've ...

This store was the worst shopping experience I've ever had. We ordered furniture for 2 rooms at the end of January. We were told it would take 8 to 10 weeks to get it. We received the bedroom furniture and 2 pieces were broken. They did however magically have the replacements at the store. They delivered them the next day. Meanwhile we contacted the store either by phone or going in at least once a week. We were told it should be in any day. We found out they had ordered the wrong sofa bed. Finally in April we were able to speak to the manager of Houston's/Ashley furniture, a associate said the Ashley store had the one we ordered. The manager said if we came in to Ashley's that he had a more expensive sofa that he would give us for compensation of the other sofa bed. So finally on April the 18th we received all the furniture. It only took 3 months to get.

When my sofa was delivered I was not initially happy with the cushions. I was referred to the service department where Jessica listened to my concerns and took every measure to make sure the problem was addressed. She reordered two new cushions that arrived in about 6 weeks just like she said. Robert who also works with her delivered the cushions and also assisted me in putting the legs on my matching ottoman, that I would have had trouble doing myself. I appreciate the professionalism and patience that Jessica and Robert displayed during the entire process. Thank you and I look forward to doing business again with Houston's Furniture in Yuma, AZ.

We received beyond excellent customer service from Erick Jacobo. He provided different options on recliners, features and warranty for every single one and a answered my mom's questions until she found out the most suitable recliner for her.
Very glad that today someone made her leave the store with a smile and very satisfied with her purchase

In October of 2016 I purchased a couch from this store and ordered a chair that was not in the store but they said it would have to ship from somewhere else. I purchases a 5 year warranty because I have boys and animals. I ve already had to have the couch fixed for a faulty spring not even a couple months from purchasing. (That wasn t even really fixed)
Now the CHAIR WILL NOT RECLINE and I have a HUGE CRACK in the fabric of the COUCH. The crack is not from abuse. The material the couch is made of is brittle and breaking. The Derma blend material hasn t lasted 3 years. I can t get it fixed because the paperwork for the warranty wasn t given to me. I do not recommend anyone to buy from this store. When I purchased this couch they actually went ahead and sold the one I purchased to someone else and made my family wait for the recliner and another couch to be shipped so we sat on the floor for weeks unable to sit on furniture that had already been paid for. I just wish I could post the picture of the arm of the couch to show the quality of their garbage furniture.

*even if they would honor the warranty I wouldn t trust this place to repair the furniture correctly. The fix that was done shortly after purchasing wasn t ever even fixed. It still sinks in way too much in when anyone sits on that spot in the couch. It s rather embarrassing when I have company over and I have this almost nice looking furniture but it s garbage. I do tell them NEVER BUY FROM YUMA FURNITURE!!!!

The sales associate who assisted me kept giving me misleading information, he was very hard to understand. He told the front desk girl to call brandsource and request a credit increase for me without my authorization, I only found out about this request when the girl told me brandsource needed to speak to me to ask me a few questions for the increase, I told her I never requested an increase. That could negatively impact my credit, I dont appreciate being lied to nor do I appreciate having my credit run without my authorization.

Erick Jacobo and Sandy Roberts helped us find the perfect couch, coffee table and side tables for our living Room on Oct, 14th 2017. Right away Erick greeted us and showed interest in what we were looking for. As we browsed furniture he explained deals and features which help us narrow down our search. We came upon the sectional we desired but had doubts about the space in our house. Erick provides us with measurement to compare to our homes layout also bringing us the service of Sandy who also helped with getting that "vision". Desiding on that sectional, we started our search for a coffee table and end tabled. Erick and sandy made suggested many ideas to us, one of which was a glass and dark wooded coffee table with four stool seats that stow underneath. Right away we loved it and Erick mapped out how it would be spaced in our living room. There also happened to be matching end tables. They looked great, had a reasonable price and really pulled the room together. We were completely satisfied with the choice we made. Erick described a 5 year warranty which we added to our purchas. And then he helped us get our desired delivery date. Our experience was very pleasant, even fun. Family and friends will be visiting soon and I can't wait for them to see our house where most of the time spent will be in our living room. I will gladly suggest Houston's Yuma Furniture and Erick and Sandy for any of there furniture needs.
