Pleasant stay, good service, nice place to stay and surely will come again (with family) next time! :)

Throughout my 12 years of membership with Sgivc I am really grateful to know that it has helped me greatly in saving cost for travelling accommodation. There was once I do an exchange with the company's partner and I were staying in Marriott Thailand with my family I managed to save almost 50% of the accommodation cost. In comparison to the online pricing versus the cost incurred for this membership it's a great deal though. Besides sometime Sgivc partner also providing other accommodation at a very affordable cost in comparison to other online booking. I would say that if you know how to use the membership well it's not only helping us to save so much cost in accommodation. Back then my membership cost ain't that high and can you imagine that after 12 years I am still travelling to overseas without worrying on the currency fluctuation. My advise is always go and seek advises from their servicing team and they can advise you well. I understand some of them out there are providing some feedback which may not be true at all..but from my personal experiences it may be true sometimes unable to get booking at certain location because sometimes did some last minute booking and can't entirely blame others.

Wasting time to attending preview on this club. Given a voucher with 3 months validity period 3days 2nights as a 'thank you gift' stay on 3 places SGI Vacation Melaka, Kuala Lumpur & Damai Laut. However when I tried to make booking all the months & all places were not available (fully booked)
It's a trick to attract peoples attending to their preview with sweet promises of voucher.
(Voucher is not able to be redeemed)
Please never put your money in their scheme, they will try as much as they can give all the sweet promises to entice you to join.
You will get shocked when you hear the figures of joining.

East Bay is a very comfortable place to stay on the beautiful coastline. There are many food stalls along the way with traditional local food. Ideal as a family vacation location.

My little perfect family holiday was in Damai Laut. Lots of great activities to explore every time. Many eating placesaround nearby town, many beaches around the Manjung area and another getaway to pangkor.

It's hard to make a reservation even though we are members. Speaking is not the same as promised when we were introduced into a member

I have been a SGIVC member since 2014 . So far i m satisfied with the services . Quite easy to book via their E-go holiday website . And friendly staffs too

WORST.....
It is a scam and never put in your money in their scheme. I attended the preview of SGI Vacation Club at Swiss Garden Residences somewhere mid of June 19 and been given a voucher with 3 months validity period to SGI Vacation Club Malacca for 3D/2N. However, when i tried to make booking all the month from July till Sept 19, all are fully booked. What is the point of giving voucher to attract public to attend the preview if at first place it was not their intention to allow the attendees to redeem it within stipulated period.

Please note that they can give all the promises and commitments to entice you to invest. But please don't fall into the trap as there are too many fine prints that were not explained to the attendees. Exercise your professional skepticism especially when there are promises that are too good to be true.

An interesting and useful vacation relieves stress.

This is a second time visit to Swiss Garden Residences Kuala Lumpur and really enjoy it.

Don't waste your money signing up with them. If you have money you can stay anywhere without being tied down to annual maintenance fee.

Overall the service in the East Bay was excellent and excellent. The service provided by the staff on duty is also very satisfactory and always helps to facilitate all matters.

We understand in the current pandemic situation that many facilities can not be opened. But that did not stop us from making further bookings.

I will check in again in March 2021 and we can't wait for that date.

A truly peaceful and 'privacy' holiday. Escape from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy fun days with loved ones. Nice place for couples who love 'nature'.

I hope that anyone who follows their preview doesn't say anything about this skill. So far, I haven't had any problems with my bookings even though sometimes I can't book in the peak season. After all, booking is based on how fast he or she can get. Learn how to book. Many of my friends who join this membership are just happy and others are traveling overseas such as Gold Coast, Australia, France, Italy & many other places abroad. They always come back with lots of hands for other friends.

The place is very nice and comfortable and suit for the price. I would like to go there again next time. Really enjoying myself..

Loved the location, close to China Town and Central Market, the interior design of the apartment and the swimming pool area.
What i didn't like was: It's not very clean, and kinda worn-out.

Lovely & praceful vacation at SGI Vacation Club with the most friendly & helpful staff. All who are so concerned about your safety in these covid pandemic times! Lovely view from the window in my 3rd floor room, especially of the pair of eagles circling in the sky amidst the other birds way below. Highly recommended!

Beautiful, good service n so much fun with family in damai. Good choice n worth the money. My parents was extremely happy vacationing in damai laut.

When we were staying there, there was burst water pipe which shortcut the electrical supply. We had a very relaxing holiday, the air there is fresh & clean, esp in the morning when I go out jogging. The room is very comfortable and the kitchen is
very useful for warming my precooked meals, which helps to avoid driving to Setiawan which is inconvenient. I love to come back again, this time with friends and relatives

A fun 4 days 3 nights vacation here. All the facilities are very best, children enjoy playing ping pong, tennis, basketball and badminton, can come again

The package is worthed the money i paid because of the destination provided by sgi vacation club compared to others. Booking a bit tough because we need to booked ahead but once the staff taught me how to used online booking then is very ease to use. I personally liked damai laut because of the amenities provided and the staffs is very helpful and friendly. Thumbs up.

Best vacation with SGIVC .. Beautiful room (peaceful studio). Quiet and clean, and relaxing for 3 days and 2 nights at the Swiss Peace Court. I've been a member for more than 5 years now and I have no complaints! I used it to travel overseas and the hotels have been great. Just remember to plan your trips early to get the slots you want.

Good place for staying with family near Melaka town

My dad have been SGIVC members for almost 10 years. For the past 5 years we have been travelling overseas using the exchange from their partner Interval International and every year we managed to travel to different places in Australia, New Zealand, Bali & etc. I think among all the places that I love the most is travelling to Australia..can't get enough though. Hoping to go to more places. Childhood dream come true.

We can use a holiday exchange with Interval International.Besides can book a room with wonderful views of Bangkok.Great savings for us to go vacation many more.

We had a good moment. The room is excellent but the big frustration to the kids is we cannot enjoy the swimming pool.

Swiss Court holiday apartment is really a nice cosy place to stay and vacation. My parents bought the package sometimes ago and we use to travel a lot to there when is holiday. We enjoy the service given by the staff as well. The personalised service and also the buggy is there to transport us around. Overall we are enjoyed during our stay!

Been a member for over 12 years. Their resorts are just great. Traveled overseas several times and the quality and choices of resorts are strategic and the quality were excellent. Just one improvement needed, some staffs should be better trained. Overall, just a fantastic club. Made return of my investment in just 5 years of using my membership. Looking forward to another 18 years of great vacation.!
