Andrew was super helpful. He helped me find something that fit my taste and worked around what I wanted. Even though they didn t necessarily have what I wanted originally he was able to find me something that I know I ll be happy with!

Husband and I came here to window shop, wrong. We were drawn in by the abundant amount of furniture and decor. The sales woman was very nice and checked in often but not in a pushy way. We purchased a sectional and they were able to deliver the very next day.

We had some furniture issues for pick up, however, J.R Soza- Manager was awesome! Helped us out with everything we needed and more. He went over and beyond to help us out in what we needed. Very satisfied, very much recommend.

Horrible costumer services and furniture is defective and ripped. Be cautious of salesmen and reception ist attitude and overall demeanour. For this reason being when advocatinf what is right and wrong they then disrespect and belittle customers. Do not shop here!!!

Purchased a sofa first of January 2021. Was told by representative it would be delifered February 7th. Did not hear anything, i called and it was pushed to February 9th. Didnt hear anything, called back and it was pushed to February 12th with an undertone of "stop calling we will call You". February 15th called because i still have not gotten ANY calls from a representative. Was told they hve no clue where it is but would call when delivery will be set up. Spent over 1 thousand dollars and going on 7 weeks and not one person from this business has bothered to follow up . But the sale you could spend 300.00 and walk out with a couch.... you would think one thousand dollars would get better customer service than the 300 but... guess not.

Beautiful selection and super knowledgeable and friendly staff. We weren t sure what to choose, but Tiffany helped us decide what would work best in our room and for our family. Thanks Tiffany and Houston s Furniture.

A great gem of a place to shop in Yuma with good prices for nice furniture. Ask for Tiffany, she's a knowledgeable saleswoman with excellent ideas for her customers furniture needs.

Very good experience, Kyler and Yolanda were knowledgeable and explained everything to my satisfaction. I had plans to visit two other locations but Huston Yuma Furniture was the first on my list and had what I was looking for and the right price. Kudos to Kyler and Yolanda, they did not apply any sales pressure and were very helpful, 5 Stars!!!

I got my bedroom delivered opened the box hardware is missing called twice to get my correct hardware and haven t got it done yet

Would not stand behind their spoken warranty or written. Spoke to one after another at both rip off joints. Back rest broken on my lazy boy and shafted to shop elsewhere. I did. Replaced my home. *F* your stores!

bunch of liars here. picked out a nice top of the line lazy boy sofa asnd loveseat and recliner. were told they had one left in stock in the warehouse. they shipped us the showroom floor models. all used and abused and scratched up. also told them we wanted end tables and coffee table made in USA. they sent us out set made in China. also from showroom floor...all scratched up. shop elsewhere

Thank you to both Joseph and Tiffany, they were excellent and very helpful. They made this purchase very quick and easy. We have had LAZBOY furniture for 38 years and know we will enjoy the new furniture for many years to come.

They have wonderful customer service and a great selection. We worked with Tiffany and she and the rest of the staff were fantastic. They were informative, helpful, kind and patient. We definitely will be coming back and recommend them highly!

This furniture store reeks of desperation and high-pressure sales.

As soon as you walk in the front door, all of the signage is in neon and has ridiculous statements like most items are one of a kind or just a few of a kind. Then, if you ask the employees, they can order anything you want. There are other signs that say limited time only and the like. The staff act like the next sale will mean the difference between them eating dinner or not. It was extremely uncomfortable. I would rather drive to another city and have to deal with all the drama in this location.

If you can't deliver to a specific location, please don't say you can and expect an escort when you get there.

Once again, Andrew came through for us making it possible to furnish our bedroom affordably and in a very timely manner! We picked out what we wanted and had it all set up beautifully by the delivery staff by that afternoon! All the staff we encounter there are always friendly and helpful. When shopping for good, quality furniture, I would recommend saving yourself some time and visiting Yuma Houston s first... if they don t have what you re looking for, they ll find it. Working with them, you ll more likely save the most time, energy, and money.

Just had a fantastic experience at Houston's Yuma Furniture. I usually dread shopping for furniture, but Tiffany was amazing....she hooked me up with everything I needed.

The service I received at Houston s Yuma Furniture was top notch. Tiffany and Alexa were very friendly and knowledgeable and did all they could to make my furniture purchasing experience as pleasant as possible. No pressure! I m excitedly awaiting delivery.

Erick was especially helpful in that he made sure I got what I wanted and needed, starting with two China cabinets. When I was ready to start selecting other furniture, I asked for Erick and he and Tiffany both were--and continue to be--very helpful with ideas and suggestions that far surpassed anything I could have imagined or hoped to achieve in furnishing my living room and dining room.

Pretty rude service. The store had the product I was looking for buy refused to sell it to me because I only needed the table and not the chairs. When explaining why he was quite rude and unprofessional. I would have ordered the table from them but he acted like he didn't even need my purchase.

Went for a twin bed boy have they got more expensive! And it came a box.what is this world coming to?
