Disaster! Complete disorganization. Flights are clear and are delayed without timely and adequate information to passengers. There is no order, no priority, no clear indebtedness, and no goodwill to resolve the situation. If you are loud-headed or, by some unknown principle, VIP, then you have a chance to take off the same day.

Nice airport. Has plenty of shops and cafes to spend time at. Could use some updates, such as a immigration control place, rather than having the police stand at the gate as you get off the plane. No delays, as there aren't too many flights going out. Nice new buses take you to planes if you do not have a gate.

Very rude staff at the security , chaotic , mobile boarding pass does not work , you have to go to the check in desk to stamp it . Crazy . People do not wait in the queue . A place I don t want to come again .
The airport is smaller than the usual European, but it is very well organized unlike the larger airports. Everything is clearly separated and easy to navigate.
DO NOT GET THE WIFI HOTSPOT FROM MIA MEDIA. It's located inside the arrivals terminal where you collect your baggage. We were in Belgrade for 24 hours and we had 2GB of data to use according to the contract. We then received an email once we dropped the device off that we used 6GB of data and would be charged 20 on our credit card. We emailed and asked for a usage list which only shows a time period and an overall usage. We left Belgrade at 8am on a Tuesday morning (picked the device up on Monday morning) used the internet for google maps directions for 30 min and apparently used 1.5 GB of data. It's a total scam and i hope nobody uses there dodgy service! I don't use 6GB in 1 month let alone 24 hours. Try getting a wifi device if you need one from another provider such as Avis who only charge 7 for unlimited internet.

Nikola Tesla Airport in Belgrade is a significant aviation center in the region. At the Frankfurt airport, it looks tiny. It is important that everything is tidy and that it functions properly. The staff is friendly, the free-floats are nicely stocked, and they can taste delicious. Parking is quite large, and there is a bus service to Belgrade, which is quite expensive.
And customs officers who are just waiting to take you ... It's a story for yourself

You Sing in advice Electorenic, after that they put all of those insurance inside and when you relize it it's almost too late. You have alredy signed. So for my Reservation of 209 Dollar, I had to pay 480 Dollars. Anothere guy was there already discussing and he was charged for 520 Dollars instead of 100 Dolalrs!! This is Crimanal behavior!!!

Be also very careful, many taxi drivers who are at the arrivals are fake and drive without license. The charge nest case double than normal. A very annoying thing. Very unfriendly staff, police and customs.

Its is better than Luton, open clean and well serviced. Great coffee and a good few shops. Well done .
Improve a lot of last year. Internet is free and good. Lounge small but very nice with good quality of service. There are 2 parking lots and garage. If you stay longer, then garage is best option. Shops coffee are available, but expensive for local standards.

Inconvenient navigation. Not friendly airport staff. Although this is the first thing that should have. What to say about the inspection area (when all liquids are thrown out more than 100 ml): it is installed right before the boarding gate and therefore when everyone starts to gather for boarding, you will still be scanned for all things, gutted. At other airports, you can safely go through the first inspection area and passport control, and then go shopping, whatever you like, and go for a landing. All purchased water is thrown onto the plane right at the gate. Very negative staff at the transfer desk. Creepy boorish.
Its ridiculous that the prayer room is only for business class. Thats not acceptable.

It was first time visiting this airport. When we arrived from Ljubljana to continue our flight to Athens the bus was already waiting for us. The airport staff was organized, security check was very quick thanks to modern scanners. If i could stay longer i would definitely visit nearby aircraft museum.
Belgrade Nikola Tesla airport have a several shopping stores in their premises. The shops are plentiful but not much in food options so recommend eating before security. They have two terminals. Very good organization.

Well for me as a pilot, this airport is a jackpot ( 26 for light aircraft incl. handling) good and accurate ATC and definitely worth the visit and definitely will i come back someday in the future friendly ground staff and good connection to the city as well

You can really tell that Serbia is not in the EU looking at this airport . There was only one power outlet for 4 gates, security is at the gates , not after customs so you could be in a duty free zone with an explosive device and nobody would know. For whatever reason the AC did not work in the security check zone so it was horribly hot. Also, even though the bathrooms were relatively clean, the smell was just disgusting. Food selection is poor and there aren't many stores. Upsides: friendly staff, free wifi and a quick taxi to downtown. Welcome to Serbia!!!!

Everyone working extremely slowly. Delayed for one hour and the ground staff all looked this was their first day.
I've been at this airport in transit. Nothing special, minimal decor. Upon my arrival in Montenegro I found that my suitcase had remained in Serbia and I had to wait a day later.

Quick and easy airport. Small airport you can get quick access to gates and avoid to be here 2 hours before your departure. Duty free is ok, but don't miss couple traditional products stores. Secutir check is right at the gate. It takes up to 45 min to get to city center on a busy day. Safe travels.
The waiters, without respect for the coffee outside, waited 20 minutes for a favor, waved he looked and came only later. The younger the waiter, the older the very pleasant.

A general high-speed airport in which it is very easy to handle. Maybe someday it will be a nice airport, but today it is not yet. Shopping is frivolous with these prices. I believe Vinci will do many good things, but this is inconceivable - the A8 exit without air conditioning with 100+ people.
