Literally best airport in south east Europe. If planning a trip to South east Europe arrive here and take cheap bus to other countries (20-30 max)
A horribly run airport! My flight got delayed because of bad weather and had no information pertaining to what was going to happen for the next 3-4 hours. Staff weren't really helpful as well. Such a shame to name this lousy excuse of an airport Nikola Tesla. Do the name some justice..
Theyre staff is horrible, they stole things from my bags thiefs. I wasnt planning on flying through serbia but i was forced too. But yeah they made me late to my flight , terrible service. I recommend not to fly with them.
An airport on a human scale
It changes miles done in major airports
Our only ... A serious drawback is the disorderly transport of passengers - one rare GSP line, the company bus sometimes taxi drivers.
See how airports in other countries are connected - metro, parks, buses, 10 min ...
The internal joke is that we have as many as two airports but no flight between them
Small airport and easy to navigate. Don't expect the fancy shops or VIP launch areas.
Do not pay more than 20 euro to down town belgrade. Aprox 25 mintue ride.
It's a small Airport and it's an old Airport, it need a lot of renovations but it's working.
A small airport is not available in any business lounge. No local master card only. If you are from America and have a long transit, you will not find a triple charge in it. It is clear, but they are in a very sincere world that is not English to anyone who can hear it
Security officer were rude may be they were working in overtime, not a single smile even at reception. I would say, Airport security police must have to learn from Scandinavian forces.
Uncomplicated and everything you need is available.
Exceptionally clean place. Well organised. Bit pricey duty free shop.
100 dinars - fifteen minutes of parking ..... as if it were the airport in Abu Dhabi ... terrible!
As far as airports are concerned this isn't bad although there isn't a whole lot to it.
Horror, on the phone you are waiting for someone to answer for an hour, not kindness and rudeness, never again !!!!
It was quiet and empty as I traveling during pandemic, clean, fast, but "the lost and found" staff were unfriendly.
A lot of walking for such a small airport, food selection is quite sad, shopping as well. Getting to certain parts of the terminal and gates requries additional passport and security check and there seems to be no system. The line form in the middle of the hall, basically completey blocking it. Upgrades needed.
Decent airport. Never experienced any inconvenience. I support the bag check only at the gate, creates a smaller crowd.
Police at the airport aren't helpful and very detached even for important matters, they don't take the initiative to explain anything and don't care about you, leaving you clueless and frustrated. You have to push and ask to have an answer. Please have more empathy and diplomacy for everyone's sake.
Awful airport and awful workers! I dont recommend this type of service to ANYONE!!
Airport in Belgrade. I often travel. Now he is modernized and expanded. Travelers are well informed. They are very lucky.
Small airport for a city of 2.5 million inhabitants but it is not congested. One passport check and baggage check directly at the gate. Quiet. A little dark. Very high prices and almost all in euros .....
Not a bad air harbor. I liked the original "chip" in the baggage claim hall (a great idea out of the blue ...). Maybe in our airports to come up with something like that ...? It is convenient to get to the capital, directly from the airport, by public transport (not so long and cheaply). But the staff is cunning (an unusual inspection just before the landing, I don t even remember which countries it is ... ).
So bad organization at this airport. Training for employees should be organized over and over again until things get better. I was two times in 14 days on this airport with huge delays of 6 hours and second one of 24 hours with airSerbia. Security screening at the gates are terrible and once they finally screen you that switch your gate so you need to go through process again and flight gets delayed again and you miss your connection. So unprofessional!
One of the better airports and services in Europe!
All the best !!!
Not bad, the coffee is desperate but in general it is ok for BG
Have been there countless of times. Good thing it s a small airport and not much frequent. Otherwise it would be crazy because of such a poor organization and rude and incompetent staff.
A nice and pleasant airport, as well as Air Serbia hub. Always my pleasure. Great Air Serbia Lounge. Try.
Decently run, small, efficient, all basic services are available
The airport has improved over the years and is now in better shape then a couple of years ago. The procedures are fast and getting to the gates is simply. Duty-free is good and not that expensive. Free phone chargers are available.
Spent several hours here, there was plenty of food, drink, shopping and to look.
Dirty interiors, unfriendly staff, money-eating machines that in turn give empty cases.
Poor in capacity and services for passengers. Urgently needs a new building. Morning checking line (when there are highest number of flights) can be very long. Be there at least 2 h before flight. People are confused. Stuff is calling passangers from the line in order to ckeck in on time and board planes on time. Small number of support staff.
Transitions are quick to count as a comfortable airport. Duty free is not very cheap.
THANKS TO THE N. T. AEODROME STAFF WORKING IN THE INFORMATION SERVICE. CULTURAL, EDUCATED, PROFESSIONAL, READY TO HELP AND WHEN IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO SAY A WORD OF COMFORT. THANK YOU GOOD PEOPLE. Mila Savic.
Good enough airport with very good service only with no smoking area
Ripe for complete renovation. I hope he finds a buyer for him.
Probably only airport in the world where u must go on counter with your hand bag to put tag
Professional, very high service given the circumstances, friendly staff ....
The more disgusting espresso in my life I didn't drink.
Don't count on the staff. Lead your own way and make sure you stand for your rights. This is not a European level airport and you will miss the flight just because of a contradicting instructions form each staff member. They have the security right at the gate, only one line active with barely trained staff that took hours and had two boarding from the same gate eventhough they were 1h apart and only when the boarding desk was shouting for last passengers to board immediately then the security physically pushed the other boarding to the side and rushed us through. Great way to create 1h delay in boarding the plain. Cheap way to travel but be ready and be active all the way to your chair on board.
It's okay. Not much food options but some decent seating lounging options. Small.
THE "BEST" AIRPORT IN THE WHOLE WORLD ... JUST KIDDING? MY GRANDSON "NIKOLA" WAS BORN IN BELGRADE SRBIJA 10 MONTHS AGO DEC 10th THAT IS THE REASON I AM HERE NOW, TO MEET MY GRANDSON "NIKOLA" !@!
BUT SERIOUSLY THE AIRPORT IS GREAT ...
VERY EFFICIENT WITHIN 5 MINUTES I CLEARED THE CUSTOMS ...
VERY IMPRESSIVE !@!
small and functional airport, everything you need they have. pretty well connected to the city
Ridiculous design because you can't buy water or go to toilet after security scan. All the staff are rude. When I was considering whether drink my bottle water before scanner, they just robbed it and throw away.
Formerly Belgrade Airport, now Nikola Tesla, which is still developing and expanding, and is one of the most important airports in the region
Belgrade Airport offers plenty of interesting opportunities to fill the time while waiting for a transfer for the next flight. It's a little expensive, but so is it at other airports.
Worst experience ever!! Extremely RUDE and harassing security staff and you can't do anything to stop them, really sad.. Never again..
The cherry on top? No sockets to charge the phone!
Zagreb Airport is better. This airport is like an airport of a village and not a city
An ok airport. I recommend to go here with taxi. Used CarGo which is Serbia s answer o Uber
Quite a nice and pleasant airport. Only I lost a baseball cap there. (((
Nice airport, pricey for the Serbian standards... you can have a good coffee at KAFETERIJA while you waiting for boarding to start. There is a good pharmacy (LILLY) also after you go through the passport control on the departure level... peacefully environment and clean toilets (most of the time)
You have three phones for info, two are unavailable and a third landline is on hold. Shame on you
A small airport with good facilities and plenty of places to grab food or drinks. Once I found myself in an uncomfortable situation when a staff member asked for a bribe to get my overweight luggage through. How embarrassing.
Given the sheer size of the airport, the organization is solid.
The objection is the passage of passport control and access to the gate before security check. But again, I underline, the size of the airport does not allow the process to be reversed. Overall satisfied with the service and the attitude of the staff towards me at the time of travel.
Quality access and spacious building with well organized outbound and inbound terminals.
Avoid using this airport , they use body scanners no other option given.Backscatter scanner. Btw it take half of the place at the gates so it is pretty lack of the space. Passport control is fast.
Really nice small airport which has history of the place as u enter out of your flight. Airport could do with an upgrade but has the basics.
One of the most efficient airports. There is a lot of space for improvements. No hotels in the airport vicinity. The airport still lacks some content. The old gates a7-a10 look really sad.
He's well-structured in a relationship he once was. It was named after a world-famous person. Transparent and fairly well marked, so it's easy to handle. The staff is extremely friendly and professional, ready to meet even the most demanding traveler. The small problem is that there is no pub zone before the passport control passes, the incoming terminal is a bit cramped and prices are higher than in many world metropolises. All in all, ok for the needs of Serbia and the region, it has more capacity than it needs.
Everything is not bad. Not long distances between terminals
***There is no way of changing Serbian Dinar back to other currencies in the Airport***
It is not possible to change the cash once inside, also after carrying out the baggage check there are no water machines, which obviously cannot be brought with you when checking. In all of this, somewhat rude staff, unclean and dirty bathrooms in the summer, few souvenirs and expensive. The only discordant note of Belgrade.
I had a 5 hour transit and it was sooo cold inside, i wish i had a blanket or something ...
Progress is being made but far from most European airports. There is no VIP area, there are a small number of terminals, there is no garage, but there is already an open parking lot for cars .... on the other hand, the interior is clean, it is quite functional and it is necessary to arrange and expand the space for passengers in the future, especially with the fact that everything is more flights and more visitors to Belgrade and the region.
