Hospitality of the staff at security check is terrible. Vinci should check how their employees behave in order to offer a decent service.

The airport is being renovated in segments, the staff is friendly, the hygiene is satisfactory, it takes a lot of money and time to raise the standards.

Friendly staff. Airport is not that big so very easy for connection flights.

Worst airport i ha experienced. They cjeck you after the duty free so a lot of people lost bottles because of that. Serbian people where great but the airport employees were incredible rude and unfriendly. To add to thst they were extremily on edge for some reason. We loved our trip there so it made us quite sad to leave like that.

Small, compact airport. Too little food supply. There is a need to better address the security screening before boarding.

Clean, tidy, fair, kind, efficient. Cafes and sale of decorations, gifts, little things, expensive !!!

Remodeled, very good, our international airport in Surcin near Belgrade. The largest in Serbia.

Security check is done before boarding the plane. It is a pretty small airport compared to the capital city.

Kind everyone ok. Only there is no place for smokers in the building.

Nice, clean and tidy. At least seen from the side of us who welcome guests.

The airport staff is very friendly and they are ready to help you anytime even the fact that some people dont speak very good english. The environment is very clean too and it's very organised. AirSerbia too it's a very good airlins

Impatient and cheeky staff. I've never been treated worse at an airport than here. Passport Control did not speak a word of English and started insulting in Serbian. Absolute impudence and that despite toddlers. NEVER AGAIN!!!

The airport is medium or even small in size compared to other international ones. Much has been said and written in the press about renovation and modernization ... In practice, according to the good old fossil (kumunjar) custom, as soon as they cut the festively oily and start working for the company, the workers start to choke out no professionalism, etc.. They have desperate soaps and very bad paper, and they smell pretty ammonia! There is potential but no work discipline, it can be much better ...

Thought it would have been smaller from outside, but when inside you get a sense that's bigger... still not comparable to Rome or Paris, this airport is big enough not to bore you in a short layover. Staff been also helpful while there. The border police not so much... Almost ripped my passport while putting it out of the protective case...

Unprofessional staff. I had 30 minutes between flights plus next flight was delayed 40 minutes and they did not let us board. Had to stay in Belgrade for 2 days since all other flights were full. EU is stil 40 years away. IT would be nice to have pleasant staff. Lady helping us Said she was going for smoke break. WTH

I fly very often with Air Serbia to Belgrade and there are two city buses which go every 20 minutes and 30 minutes from the airport to the city center, so if you are too stupid not to see the sign for bus, it is your own fault .the airport really has everything and it comes in very quickly with check in and the service has gotten a lot better and priced cheaper than other airlines,
the staff, everyone has a bad day, no one is perfect, some passengers get drunk and so the staff has responded friendly, the airport has everything you need, it has done a lot in a short time and the lounge is very nice, the luggage comes out quickly because I had to wait longer in airports in Germany until I got my suitcase and then the control went fast, in Germany you are checked several times than in Belgrade so I never had problems in Belgrade, I enjoy it very much, because it is fast and the flight really takes off and not as with Germania there was fooled and lost flight and money. Simply great, cheap and easy.

I spent a lot, uncomplicated, beautiful, and takes the name of my idol Nikolas Teslas, makes everything perfect at the airport, good access, restaurants, arts I really enjoyed, hope to return

Lost luggage, wait time for someone to be pampered to answer the phone for information, more than an hour ... It's a little ...

Worst reception possible. Hostesses, intelligence agents, salesmen, security guards ... All were execrable! Moreover the boarding access was announced at 16h, nobody was to welcome us, nor to give information. Finally the security staff arrives with 30 minutes late without explanation and without any info on the board ...

Dirty and non-functional toilets. The door can't be closed and a lot of other things that need to be fixed. Thank you

The airport is great, but taxi drivers (on the black) who do not pay any taxes need to show everything and get them out of there.

Airport is OK, but suronding is extremly dirty. Masks, cigareta, dirt....

You don't answer the phone, shameful support, it doesn't exist!

Nice airport, clean with helpuful staff,very good prices in car rentals ,near twelve brands to choose , (you have to go down to -1 foor),but in general the prices are almost double and especially in local spirits and gourmets . Raki is between 15 to 25 i and water 2.50 euros for a small bottle in duty free.

The need for more azure on the salters, but the staff is very pleasant!

Nikola Tesla Airport is not that big but it is modern, clean and safe. Staff there are very polite and helpful. Few options for shopping and food courts. It was very good experience.

Small airport. Not enough cheap flights to European cities (lots of flights to Russia, however). The airport is growing and more shops and cafes are opening up, but there's still not much selection. WARNING: When you go through security at your gate, often they don't have water available, whether to buy or to drink from a fountain. Sometimes they let you bring in an unopened bottle though.

Cozy, small airport. There are cafes with not very wild prices. Everywhere you can change the currency is not with a predatory commission)))
Duty free at every turn. Quick passport control. Bus stops right at the exit / entrance.
And most importantly, there is an old, mechanical departure display ! Well this is so, by the way)))

Insufficiently tidy, the unkindness of some of the workers on the check and then wonder that no one likes us.

Last 4 flights 3 delays. Quality is becomimg worse.

Some of custom control officers on arrival are really slow. They can see 50 people in every queue waiting there, but they have to talk with colleague what they did during weekend and also check new message on their smart phone. May be if on arrival will be the same organization of queues (one queue for all custom control) it would work better.

It is not as rich as most major airports in the world but has everything you need to have, including free internet. The only complaint I have is about the cleanliness (and smell) of the toilet.

Nikola Tesla Airport slowly but surely outgrows national borders and becomes OUR world. I love seeing planes land one after the other!

Over a hundred people stand in line for passport control and only two junkies are working. Electrical is not working. What a first impression.

Good airport, big hallways, clean, security check is at the gate, low cost airlines like wizz air fly from the old part of the terminal, but all in all it is good.

This airport is on track to become one of the best in the region, especially in the past 5 years

When I was transiting there was no water in all washrooms. Lounge was also permanently closed. Very small duty free. Boring to stay.
While COVID-19 pandemic there was a drunk old man throwing out on the floor in cafeteria for around an hour in a row and no one paid attention to that from the airport staff.

The staff, with the exception of one lovely gentleman on the last passport check, on arrival, was, to put it mildly, a disaster. We arrived at midnight, waiting for luggage for an hour, on the line only one young gentleman who at that stage as of noon hated the whole world . One of the suitcases comes out broken all over .. if a young gentleman would say that if we could wait for us to wait, because they do their job well, but there are few and that the safes go, etc. Hello, where would GOOD MORE .. at least the one who is so sadly sorry about the incident ... With such a broken suitcase we get to customs control .. but I was already throwing out steam on the ear so they let us ..

Return, early morning they say come two hours early .. nowhere until 5:20 am, then they will open a salter for two for 500 people .. and the flight at 6 15 am .. Fortunately, since we are here since 4, I would be first in line , I'm rushing upstairs, because now it's time to arrive. I look nervously at the clock so that my madam lady tells me why you are nervous, why you were not on the counter two hours earlier as your reservation tells me .. I was silent. but one of the companions in chasing a flight on behalf of all of us humbled read her father us and greeted her near and distant family..something Serbian, nice and sociable..And this was the case in the previous years .. every time it is harder for me when I'm getting ready to go. i change a few airports until i get to my bgd and feel better at each other .. and on our blah transfer.

Excellent refurbished very frequent airport with all amenities

Time saving airport. I usually need around 45 minuntes from home to gate. Lounges are good. Friendly staff.

The airport, Nikola Tesla is well organized I can see that the winter service was doing well today parking was cleansed from the snake that fell for thirty hours without ceasing the building was clean and neat and not like a few years ago when it was haos, it can be seen that Much has been done to better, terminals decorated everything in all propane rating

Small airport. A few stores and a couple of restaurants. Free Wi-Fi. Has a small play room for the children with adjoining restroom with changing table. Good for travellers with kids.

A decent airport that tends to become the leading airport in this part of Europe. Capacities are being expanded, younger employees are being hired, investments are being made ...

Messy toilets, poor ventilation in areas where it is allowed to use cigarettes
