Unprofessional staff. I had 30 minutes between flights plus next flight was delayed 40 minutes and they did not let us board. Had to stay in Belgrade for 2 days since all other flights were full. EU is stil 40 years away. IT would be nice to have pleasant staff. Lady helping us Said she was going for smoke break. WTH
