Very poor customer service. The best part is that they have taken away the ability to call customer service. It is only possible to 'achieve' Yourhosting via digital means. And 'reach' is rather difficult. On their website they claim that they leave a comment on average within 15 minutes, but often this can take up to 15 times as long, that is quite a difference. That customers can call and explain the problem is just a plus, removing it is simply a bad thing. Too bad but unfortunately, I would not recommend Yourhosting to other people so quickly because you do not feel like they are taking you seriously and want to solve it together with the customer.
Do not use this company!! I bought one year of a domain and DNS and two years later they send a collection agency to take money from me for a year that I did not use their servives. I have been in a back and forth with the agency trying to resolve this with no success. The only thing I can do now is try and prevent other people from falling for this.

Requesting a domain name is arranged within 5 minutes .... Canceling the same domain takes a year now and I can't get it done. In the meantime my case is going through a bailiff because Your hosting wants to put me down as a payer .... Is crazy about this company.

After being a customer for 15 years, they decided to switch to another host. In 2004 I had a great feeling at YourHosting. Excellent customer service, problems were addressed immediately and the customer was taken seriously and treated properly. This changed gradually over the years. The prices were higher, customer service decreased and the annoyance with me increased. Technical defects with the mail (and that was not solved by YourHosting). SSL which was free, but for which you suddenly got a bill. Only by standing on your stripes and with proof that the fault was really with them, the bill was withdrawn under the motto "lenient. I had to wait days for a backup of my site (this time I made a mistake and asked to restore my old version). (They close a question after a vague answer without offering a solution. If you open the question again because you want a solution to your problem, you will end up at the bottom of the waiting list, I later heard of a YourHosting employee) Mailed in between, chatting, contact sought via Facebook. I was always told: the colleague is working on it now ... or: he is going to get started with it. So you are kept on the line. After waiting for a few days in vain, the crowd was full and I took another host. The domain name had been moved for less than a minute or the colleague in question responded via e-mail that he 'just' wanted to complete my request from the site backup, but saw that my site had already been moved. So my question was closed. WORTHLESS. And: SHAME YOUR DEEP YOURHOSTING !!! You don't treat people that way, certainly not regular customers. You have to click on a star, but you are no longer worthy of a star.
Too bad you have to pay for everything like a standard DNS management. With most providers, DNS management is simply included in the domain registration.

Very poor service. While they themselves have ensured that hackers could come to them in this way and they do not speak to anyone about the data of all customers and the e-mail of all customers.
They change all passwords for a moment and nobody can get into the email anymore and Yourhosting is no longer accessible via mail, whats app, telephone and also the Live chat has been taken out of the air.
They just leave everyone in the ignorant and promise every hour that it is resolved, but it is not. Bahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Unfortunately very bad experiences with Yourhosting for some time and certainly now, with the switch to Pleks, so that my website is no longer online for 2 days and the yourhosting service leaves much to be desired!
Pleks would be better for the customer, but in the meantime the Helpdesk has not been able to get my website online for several hours and I also have to create all new FTP users. The chat service falls into a repeat mode. Too bad, once, in the initial phase, I was perfectly satisfied with YH.
Meanwhile 3 days later, my work email in particular appears to no longer work properly; e-mails that used to arrive just now bounce back. Long live the changes made at YH.

Impressed by the very competent and friendly service desk of Yourhosting. In connection with moving websites and developing a new website, we wanted to temporarily refer to our 'old' provider and at the same time be able to work on the renewed site in the WordPress environment of Yourhosting. That initially became a bit too technical for me, but with the help of Yourhosting by phone I was expertly guided through this and I was able to adjust the necessary DNS and PHPMyAdmin settings. As a web designer and manager, I come across so many carelessness in the Yourhosting service every time. Minimal things you expect but don't get. Always an unpleasant surprise. The Spartan user interface. The chat is the worst: you are about an hour away; you rarely get to speak to someone. I know dozens of companies that are better, cheaper, faster and above all: that communicate better. Boo!
'In the past' you could call if you had a problem, now everything is handled with chatbots or general standard answers. It seems as if as much mass as possible should be turned with as little effort as possible.
Even the answers here to the bad Google reviews suggest a blunt one: without content and with a clump in the reeds.

after all passwords have been removed by a data breach at yourhosting I wanted to log in to my webmail, I to the login page and ..... lost my password, I do not know if that is my fault or yourehosting, my ww are automatically in my system, I never changed this so I transferred to password management on my PC and the password ..... not valid .... now I want to contact Yourhosting I have called the emergency number (that no had anything to do with the data breach) they could not help me further, I had to do a password reset but you already understand it, my reset link would come in my mail, and that mail is from your hosting where I can no longer get in. now I would like a telephone number from Yourhosting so that they can help me by phone, I miss all my important mail. does anyone have that number for me? nothing on the site and Google doesn't know it either

Your Hosting has lived up to its good name. As an inexperienced layman in the field of building a website I got a website on the internet using a good book of Visual steps regarding the use of Wordpress and the solid support of the employees of Your Hosting. Timetable only 2.5 days. Including technical installation. YH my compliments !! Result of the first trial version: omziennaar.nl. There is still much to be done, but there is a great start.

I have good experiences with Yourhosting. answers my questions quickly and they also helped me quickly and well when I wanted to add SSL to my website.
Horrible company and horrible customer service.
Chat function doesnt work 99% of the time and crashes.
Support has little to no dedication or effort, they prefer to not do any work and just let you resolve your own stuff.
6 out of 10 times of questions/help needed they just tell you "NO, we cant help, we cant do that". After asking 4 more times suddenly they can do it or they CAN do it IF you pay up more money.
Price - quality is horrible, first impression might be "oh nice, oh nice prices etc" but there's always a catch with this company.
"OH! want you max execution time increased? not possible unless you pay up please."
To be fair, i havent encountered a "dutch" hosting company that does any better, they are all horrible on the exact same points.

SMTP email server is continuously down, so emails are not sent. Yourhosting itself admits that the email server that all our websites run on is no longer working properly. This is resolved when the servers are migrated to Plek they say. This has been planned since 2018! They honestly admit that there is no other solution .....

I canceled my domain with Yourhosting with a month and still have to pay for 1 year. After contacting my legal assistance it appears that as a consumer I am entitled to one month's notice. Yourhosting did not want to change my invoice. This is making money over the back of your customers, you keep to the laws and rules. Yourhosting cannot be trusted and does not mean anything to the customer.

Not happy AT ALL with customer service and way they handled my contract. I payed for one year and had to pay an additional year because I did not respond in time . Made contact with the company to find a solution and was flat-out ignored.
Contact is online with this company btw. They probably get so much complaints that they cancelled their customer services by phone..

Truly incredible, a customer for years, have been bringing customers to you for years. Always top service, Price no idea because if service is good you are willing to pay for it. But once inaccessible by phone, live chat out, whatsapp that does not do this is really worthless. There is no response on email. As a precaution, everything is moving quickly.

Can't get in touch. A 'robot' will speak to you who does not understand your question. Telephone contact is not possible and chatting is slow, even there I get answers as if I were dealing with a robot. My domain name has been 'quarantined' after a late payment and I can buy it back for 60 euros.

Being unable to log into the webmail yesterday ... there appears to have been a hack that caused Yourhosting to reset all passwords for all customers. A big mess, because you can only re-create your password via the hosting manager environment ... well, then you still need to know the login details ... it appears that I and many with me do not know that. What happened to your fantastic fast telephone help desk ??? Cut back for sure? Well wrong frugality appears from other angry reviews. I still don't have an email back.

I have had a website at YourHosting since 2010. I can hardly share my experiences here, because I have very few. But almost 10 years without significant problems is nevertheless significant! Excellent help a few times, one hacked site once and one backup restore. Without any problems! I read a lot of negative, but as so often with reviews you only hear the few who are not satisfied (and that often exaggerate) You never hear the huge multitude of satisfied customers, because they have nothing to complain about. But otherwise: if customers experience a declining service level, YourHosting must thoroughly evaluate that! (and perhaps reconsider change).
The employees are customer-friendly, just speak people-people language and not a difficult IT language. They take extensive time and solve the problem in an adequate and professional manner. I say: Your hosting for all your IT applications. Keep it up!
