'In the past' you could call if you had a problem,...

'In the past' you could call if you had a problem, now everything is handled with chatbots or general standard answers. It seems as if as much mass as possible should be turned with as little effort as possible.

Even the answers here to the bad Google reviews suggest a blunt one: without content and with a clump in the reeds.

'It's annoying to hear that you are not satisfied, can you send us an email and we can see what we can do for you'
