If you are looking for an unreliable party for your (business) website, Yourhosting is the right place for you. A few experiences at a glance:
* Website will be taken offline without prior notice. Happened up to three times. First period (February) 1 week offline, shortly after 4 days offline and last period (end of July) a number of days and then the website moved to a good hosting. The website runs fine there.
* Yourhosting sends standard mail that website contains suspicious files and then offers a service to clean up and re-secure the website at a rate of 150 euros ex VAT (new Yourhosting earnings model?)
* Mail is only answered after three days or not at all. Communication via WhatsApp is fast, only they cannot help you further. They refer to the e-mail, which is then not answered or is only answered very late.
* After a week, the service department - from the moment the website went offline, I already ordered Yourhosting to (paid) clean up and secure the website - put the website back online again.
* After a week the website is taken offline again and I receive a standard email again that the website contains suspicious files. Responded via WhatsApp - after all, via email does not work - and eventually the service department will check again. Subsequently, so many files are removed that the website is unusable. The website will be put back online. Ultimately, the administrator had to spend many hours on it to get the website working properly again. A considerable expense.
* In the same period February 19) I receive an email - "an unauthorized person may have gained access to unencrypted login details of email users through a hack": a data leak at Yourhosting. Is it not logical then that I doubt the security at Yourhosting itself?
* On July 27 (during my vacation) I receive an email that my package will be moved to a new hosting manager (Plesk). Two days later on July 29, this is realized and I receive an email with "good news" that my package has been moved. After previous less positive experiences with Yourhosting, we checked whether the website was still online and that was not the case. Contacted Yourhosting customer service and reported the problem. Initially, the customer service could not solve it and it was forwarded to the 'technical colleagues'. I would be further informed by email. Next day I receive the standard email again that the website contains 'suspicious files' and has therefore been taken offline. Yes, sure ... Of course Yourhosting offers a paid service to solve the problem. Then contacted customer service again via WhatsApp that this cannot be correct and that the problem has to do with the migration of the package. They could not help me further, I had better send an email. I did and I haven't heard anything until today (August 8).
The website has since moved and I am going to cancel everything at Yourhosting. I hope this will work better than the previous service and services at Yourhosting. You will understand that I do not exactly recommend Yourhosting. The website is now running fine with another party.
Super dissatisfied. What a bad unprofessional company. I have emailed, sent messages, hung for hours in the queue, but do not get them. It is also an invoice and a whole row of payment reminders behind it, while the subscription has already been canceled. Very unfortunate, looks very neat, but in that area they really miss the mark.
Unfortunately, I have to agree with the review by Danielle van der Berg below. Accessibility has deteriorated drastically over the years and as soon as major technical adjustments are made, problems are assured. Now again the migration to a new hosting service and yes ... you can set the clock. Maybe after 20 years to look around for another provider.

A deeply disappointing service. Domain name service with linking that has not been working for over 1 year, then you cancel and they indicate that you are late and if you want to cough up 35 euros (extra increase?). To which you indicate, I am quite willing to pay the 20 euros, but then I want the service to work this year. You will then receive an answer that the service has been canceled as of 31-1-2018. Strange that you will then be required to pay an extra year for an inactive / non-working service. I would not partner with this company again! I am now again waiting for a response from disappointing customer service.

After hack password on yourhosting.nl passwords of the email addresses changed. All parameters are correct, yet new account settings are not accepted in Outlook2016. Making contact with Yourhosting makes no sense, cannot be reached by telephone and only 'bulk' answers are sent per app. Very poor (don't read) service! I cannot say anything about customer friendliness, you will not be treated as a customer. Good that such a company can continue to exist? I would drastically change the service process, so that you communicate with customers (is usually two-sided).
For years we have been using Yourhosting hosting for email and website with great pleasure. Questions are answered accurately and immediately. That is very pleasant for a digital literate like myself.
No unkind product range, but worthless communication. Logging in to the service page is hopelessly complicated. There is no communication in the event of malfunctions. It says on the site that the company is always available, but picking up the phone is not among them. Not recommended.

I have become quite disappointed by their customer support since reaching them by telephone is quite impossible nowadays. This is specifically troublesome and actually quite annoying to a 'digilliterate' like myself.
I clearly miss Yourhosting's assistance in their early days, when one could call their help desk and get great support provided by a pleasant, personable and knowledgeable staff.
As a web designer, I came into contact with this company several times over the years through my customers, and in fact always drama.
The first time it took longer than a minute to load the website in some period. Other days it went fine. After having contacted several times always the answer "then you have to optimize the website". Weeks later it appeared that the shared hosting was overloaded, all problems disappeared after transferring our website to a new server.
If something from the web host does not work properly, you can immediately withdraw your wallet for paid web design support. The problem, according to Yourhosting, always lies with the website, even if it runs flawlessly on another host.
Questions are answered 9 / 10x with a standard / canned reply, where hardly any attention is paid to what you actually ask.
Skip this business and host your website at a party with some sense of customer support.

Disappointingly poor service provider. If you have questions it is almost impossible to get adequate support. Not available by phone. Only via chat or email. And then also very slow. Do not seem to realize who the customer is and who the supplier. Don't work with them. There are countless other providers. It can hardly be worse than yourhosting.nl.

Really a shame! I have been a customer with several products for years. It is really a drama regarding customer service I have recently noticed again. First I had to go through all kinds of standard manuals through a chat box that are not up-to-date and correct at all. Then another 40 minutes on the phone waiting to get someone on the line. I did not succeed and just hung up. It is scandalous that you still can not speak to an employee after 40 minutes on the line. You can not call me a professional organization with such a customer service!

The last two months I am very dissatisfied with this company. I have been a satisfied customer for more than 15 years and manage dozens of domain names. But since a suspected restructuring, the support service can no longer be reached by telephone and the support service has been painfully slow. It is not possible to set up mail accounts via the website. I think the instructions are incorrect. I then tried it through remote help through the help desk. That went really easy and very fast. So my advice is not to muddle yourself.

I had created a nice site with start hosting and then they switched to Yourhosting. Everything again unusable. Website canceled. Very difficult to say. Must necessarily via the website. Somewhere I read a month in advance. So then you are stuck for another year? A call or email should be enough. But they are not reachable to cancel. I get a reminder on an old email address that I still have to pay. It used to be around 25 euros and has now become around 65 euros. Too crazy for words. The collection agency also gives no response. I'll just pay it because I don't want any problems. But no don't go with these people.

By default you do not get DNS with a domain name (0.50 per month extra) and from the 2nd year the domain is even more expensive than with other (better) providers. Tip: take a look at Transip!

Is always correctly and properly helped when there are problems, so a help desk that deserves its name!
Personally I am not quick to give an organization a low review, but I do it anyway. Your Hosting does not have its own administration in order and sends invoices to the wrong address (e-mail as postal address). Then sends the reminders via Intrum and he cheerfully calls that there is a backlog. As an organization I would still scratch my head if you treat your customers like that. If you do not get a response (very logical in this case) call the customer ff briefly and you will see that a customer appreciates and transfers immediately, then without checking the email and address, drop it down with a direct debit. Too bad too bad, I'm unsubscribing and I prefer not to do business with you anymore. I would definitely recommend Antagonist.
A week after Yourhosting has reset the passwords for all emails, you still cannot log in to change the passwords. None of the combinations username / password / email addresses works to log in and the instructions do not help either.
