The last two months I am very dissatisfied with this company. I have been a satisfied customer for more than 15 years and manage dozens of domain names. But since a suspected restructuring, the support service can no longer be reached by telephone and the support service has been painfully slow. Replies to their emails do not arrive and even if you want to use the paying webmaster service for emergencies, it takes more than two weeks before you get an answer, after sending emails and chats multiple times. I also requested several times to be called back, but that never happens. Various innovations have been implemented, of which I only have disadvantages. As a loyal customer, I feel literally left out and will soon switch to another host, which does offer a good and fast support service. They have probably become too large too quickly. I have lost them as a customer and I advise against anyone to entrust your websites to this, because then you can solve all the problems yourself.
