When quality & dependability matter and you are more interested in the steak than the sizzle Castle Services of Southwest Florida is the right choice. There are so many home storm protection companies out there that it is easy to get confused and run the risk of accepting inferior products and workmanship. My experience with Castle Services is that they will do it right or they won't do it. They want happy customers AFTER the sale and AFTER the storm!

Castle Services has done a great job of keeping my hurricane shutters lubricated and ready to go in case of a Hurricane Irma repeat. In addition, they fixed a problem with the shutters after Irma damage. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company!

This year Castle handled the deployment of our hurricane shutters in July and the removal in late September. These are the people you want when it comes time to help you protect your property! They are on time, efficient, and friendly, As long as we have hurricanes - we want Shamrock on our team!!

In 2012 I built a 5,800 sq.ft. house in Aqualane Shores. Needless to say, it was challenging. The absolute best decision I made was to call Castle Services. Dennis and his crew were responsive, cost effective and reliable.

The fabrication, installation and the follow up service has been TOP NOTCH and extremely professional. I would recommend anyone who needs these services to rely upon Castle. You will not be disappointed!

I agree with everything said above. Our shutters are about 12-14 years. They have performed as expected, and Castle has always been available with prompt service when it was necessary. I would strongly recommend them.

Just used Castle to take down our corrugated plastic hurricane shutters over our round top windows. Great service: good communication, prompt, correct equipment, quick and efficient. Just about the exact opposite of the shuttermen we used in May to put them up. Well done Castle Services!

Castle Services is by far the best shutter company in Southwest Florida area. I have at one point or another use them all as a high-end property manager. Castle Services are always totally professional and do what they say when they say they can do it.

Castle Services is a great company. Recently one of my screens ripped and after I called them they came out within days. Two service guys took the measurements since the screen had to be replaced. I believe they are now making the screens themselves so they were able to come back and install the new screen within 7-10 days. Great and efficient service and at no charge since they have 5-year warranty on their screens. Best screen and shutter company in SW Florida. Thanks!

Nice people. Great product. The service technician's come out right away if there is an issue. Our shutters work perfectly after 3 years of daily use, and they protected our house against hurricane Irma!

As always we had great and professional service with Castle Services. They fixed our screen quickly and did a great job. I highly recommend Castle!

Made the installation appointment 10 days earlier and I figured they would probably change the date or time agreed on however the techs showed up exactly at the scheduled time. The replacement screens fit perfectly and operate smoothly. The techs were courteous and conscientious and put in the necessary time to get a difficult install accomplished without any additional charges over the quoted amount.

The Castle people did a very good job. They showed up on time and answered questions to determine what I needed. Then they gave me a fair quote and followed the planned time period to order product and installed on time. Good people to work with and will use them again.
