Ive been a member since 1975. I have not had any negative transactions with anyone throughout the years. I have had several car loans and mortgage loan. I stopped doing business banks since i have had such positive experiences with Denver Community Credit Union.

I want to leave an excellent review after the service I received today. It was professional, quick, yet thorough: My only complaint is the silence in there. You could hear a pin drop! Your customers, and especially employees, deserve music, it s the Holidays. Spread the cheer

Absolutely love Denver Community! I used to be a customer of a bank before I knew how awesome credit unions are. They have everything I could possibly need in terms of accounts & services. They helped me grow my credit with a credit builder and a small credit card. I was also able to refinance my auto loan here after financial coaching and I no longer have to pay a ton in interest every month. If there's anything you're curious about just ask! They are super helpful with finding products or solutions to fit your needs.

I just got off the phone with customer service. My credit card rate was originally 12%. After getting a cash advance my rate changed to 18% even on my previous balance. It seems unfair to charge more interest on a previous balance. Also, you can't payoff the cash advance. which I can do on my other credit cards. My other credit cards will allow me to apply any extra money to the cash advance. Online my credit card account says I'm being charged 12% online not 18%.Very disappointed. Also, I just paid off my truck and found out I was being charged insurance. I had no idea again.

Have been banking with them for almost 2 years now...

Have been banking with them for almost 2 years now. And have literally had nothing but problems anytime I need direct help from these people. It s absolutely crazy to me. No one knows what they are doing here. Every encounter is an inconvenience, I m at my wits end.

Edit: Owner responds saying they have to follow certain rules but if the rules were followed in the first place in our initial interaction there wouldn t have been an issue, and time would not have been wasted. How am I to know the policy?! The inconsistencies within this place are terrible. And to top it all off the people are rude, and arrogant. Over it. Will most likely be banking elsewhere very soon.

AVOID doing business here. The least friendly web ...

AVOID doing business here. The least friendly web interface I've ever seen. No hold que for phone calls so your calls get sent to voicemail, which may or may not be returned. The people working here are nice enough, but with all of the choices out there to do banking why deal with a bank that makes it so freaking hard to do business with.
