YES Ltd Review

The service I have received from YES has been amazing from starting off, installation and training and now on-going unlimited support. Being interested in a machine I was able to go to the showroom in Mansfield and see the available choice set up and working from which I was able to make an informed decision with the help from Paul as Sales Executive, with lots of information, but with no pressure. Time well spent and well worth the trip from Hampshire. Delivery was prompt and efficient with training at the same time. Jason is very knowledgeable about the machine and left me with the confidence to use it and deal with any issues (e.g. thread breaks) with confidence. Paul and the technical team are extremely approachable for ongoing support, no matter how trivial the question may seem. Having looked at other companies for machines , I'm so glad I bought from YES as it would be difficult to find another company that delivers the same high quality customer service and after sales care, they are a great team.

I have purchased embroidery machines from YES ltd since 2016! They are always super lovely with ongoing technical support when needed, all the staff are friendly and no question is a bad question. I would highly recommend this company.

Had some issues with the printing, (which happened due to my fault) but YES always supported me with my work. So 5 star for them. Thanks!

Great bunch of staff, couldn't of been more helpful with setting up my new DTG

We have had amazing help and advice from the Team at Yes Embroidery

Amazing sales and installation team! we just bought our first Embroidery machine with their recommendations. We couldn't be more happier with their help.

Paid for call out for service of 2 Ricoma embroidery machines. Machines suffered a completely different fault the next day. Had another company visit and it turns out the YES Engineer fitted incorrect parts to the machines causing them to fault. The original parts were then put back on and another issue was fixed which the YES engineer seemed to have missed altogether. Emailed a complaint but have heared nothing since. Horrendous

I am not a customer my partner is currently a customer of theirs.
I advise anyone that has money to spend on setting up a business, to not spend it here and go elsewhere.
They do sell great products, if they work properly to begin with, but if you ever encounter problems after purchase and in need of aftercare, then please stay away, because they won't help unless you spend more to rectify the problem.
I can assure anyone this in turn will be detrimental and will cost your own company thousands in losses because you have equipment that has broken down before you've even started.

In my personal opinion and witness to this, I think their aftercare is shocking but also there is a great level of incompetence, ignorance, on top of arrogance not to mention no telephone etiquette when answering to customers.
Technical support was almost impossible to come by even with perseverance, which in addition was causing a lot of stress to my partner as well as losses to his business. He was turning work away because of it.
One of the printers hasn't yet been used for production and YES suggested to buy the part from them to rectify the problem, however at a ridiculous cost and hundreds of pounds more than what the manufacturer sells it for. Diabolical what they're doing, yet some people are none the wiser and happy to pay extra.

Not impressed!!

We have had 20 years of great service delivered promptly with a friendly smile and best of all at a very reasonable cost. Great team with good product and excellent attitude, customer service at its best.
