First off, we were greeted by amazingly nice and friendly people. They also had such wonderful variety of products and services which can be sometimes confusing to a newcomer such as myself. But, they were more than willing to communicate and accustom us to what we wanted with the best of their abilities.
The plants are beautiful.
The shop is beyond unprofessional! We were charged 70,000 (about $50 usd) for a delivery charge to Beirut.
At 11 am we received a call that the plants would be delivered in 20 minutes, no prior heads up that they were coming. We literally dropped everything we were doing, jumped in a taxi to get to our home for the delivery. Nearly 4 hours later and after many calls to the nursery, our plants finally arrived. We heard all sorts of excuses... "Well they were there and no one was home"...lies.... I waited outside for 40 minutes so that is not possible. "Well, they went to the wrong address because you gave us the wrong one"...lies...we sent a pin with our location.
So if you have a car and want some nice plants, I'd recommend a visit.
If you don't have a car and don't have all day to be jerked around by unprofessional and lying staff, I'd advise against this flower nursery.
