Friendly and knowledgeable staff, REALLY cool stuf...
Friendly and knowledgeable staff, REALLY cool stuff here... Still searching for an octopus in a jar though..

Way nicer than it used to be. Cleaned up and organized and kept all the great classic oddities! Will not disappoint.
Cute little shop with kitschy things. Good for a pop in and out.
Very fun and amusing store. Lots of neat souvenirs and vacation reminders
This place has been a favorite for 50 yrs. I loved it as a kid and still do!
Very interesting experience! Lots of unique items.
Super cool place to check out. Great for tourists. Lots of fun things to see and buy.
So much to explore and the staff knew a lot about the items in the shop.
I've been going here since I was a kid. The same great stuff is still there for me to show my kids now.
Very cool place, awesome stuff to see A lot of extraordinary thing to see.
There is so much stuff here you never know what you are going to find. One awesome thing about Seattle and the spots to see is that they all have the cool penny presses! If you have the time and the coin you can easily spend 200$ around the city just collecting all the different pressed penny designs!
I could spend hours in that shop. Only had half an hour but they have so many cool things to look at. Very odd things and very curious things! Loved it!!
It was a delight to see the mummies and stuffed animals ...so well displayed a good experience
Great place to stop if you looking for small souvenirs or intricate quality curiosity finds. The staff are completely aware of the kinder problems (lots of questions, sticky hands, play with all the things) and embrace it. Bought the trip's best pieces at the shop and Pike's Market.
It's a staple in Seattle and have to visit every time.
Probably the coolest curiosity shop I've ever been in
Fun store but some stuff is way too expensive. Best part about it though was the kid selling the fudge. He was a contortionist and was super nice!
Great items and antique things to look at and buy. We spent a good amount of time in there with the kids looking around.
This place was packed with all types of souvenirs and lots of interesting oddities. I wish there was a bigger selection of oddies to buy but they were fun to look at!
Really fun place! Make sure you have quarters so you can see some of the fun stuff available.
Lots of cool stuff. I got some sour cream and onion Cricket to try it
Looking for a souvenir if your visit to the Seattle waterfront? This place has you covered. Also no less than 4 penny-souvenir squishing machines inside at the time of my visit.
Cool stuff, come for the mummified remains, stay for the souvenirs.
Great oddity store. Pleasant staff. Fun to explore and shop. Filled with interesting collectables and fun decorative pieces. Kitsch and gifts.
Definitely worth checking out, lots of unique items. Spent a good chunk of an hour just wandering through
Nice chill environment filled with plenty of cool and weird items. A good place to stop by if visiting the pier in Seattle.
Such a fun store! Many fun and unususl things. A real Seattle icon. A must see on Seattles waterfront!
So many cool little things to see. Prices aren't too bad either. Definitely a great place to check out if you're ever in the area. Bought some ethically made butterfly wing earrings and they're awesome!
This is a Seattle standard you have to go here if your on the water front.
Tourist trap? Perhaps, but it is still a unique experience well worth a few minutes of your time if you're strolling the waterfront. Lots of fun items for sale and a plethora of curiosities in every nook and cranny. Plus, it's not like there are a lot of places to see mummies.
Alligator boy! Another classic Seattle stop on the piers downtown. What is it?!?!
It was cool to see the shrunken heads but besides that it's just a gift shop.
I go here nearly everytime I am able when in Seattle. I love seeing the oddities and art. I bought some turtle jaw bones here and they were perfect for what I used them in (I made necklaces.)
Always walk around the store when I'm close by. I love taking friends and family here when they visit. Some cool things to see.
Friendly staff and fun atmosphere. Nice items to choose from.
A great place to visit all sorts of things to look at
There is nothing wrong with this shop. It is chock full of weird tchotchkes and Seattle themed paraphernalia. To be honest, I was expecting weirder stuff. A case of expectations not meeting real life. Check it out, it does have an assortment of stuff worth perusing.
Well, its old and full of stuff. Some very interesting. You can spend - hour there easy.
This is a total tourist trap located in an area full of tourist traps, but instead of being a normal souvenir shop the place is also brimming with weird museum items. Sculptures made out of rice you view thru magnifying glasses, shrunken heads and mummies of shady origin, Ukrainian nesting dolls, ships in a bottle...just to name a few. Our kids totally enjoyed it. We ended going thru twice on our trip simply because it was close to other attractions and we had time to kill. I wouldn't "recommend" it per se, but if you need to kill some time units before your sunset cruise departs...its totally worth it.
A very odd and eclectic place that is well worth a visit if you're down by the waterfront.
This place is incredible! Filled full of odd and collectible memorabilia. A must see if you're in downtown Seattle
Nifty stuff. Good spot for tourists gifts and knickknacks.
We checked it out just cuz we had heard a lot about it. I wasn t blown away or anything. It s got some strange and kinda cool stuff in there, but it s a little claustrophobic.
Offers more than most of the shops at the piers. Along with the regular faire of Chinese lasers and fidget spinners, it looks like they've got their hands on the remains of a Ripley's museum, so there's some actual freakshow weirdness as well.
Really cool shop. Interesting items, really liked the shrunken heads.
Wonderful shop, I had a real fun time finding unique items.
They've got a lot of really cool and off the wall kind of stuff for sale there.
Ye olde tourist trap. Interesting place to visit if you are from out of town and it has not changed in at least 40 years.
Omg I spent 3 hours in this store they have some of the weirdest stuff i've ever seen. That store is more like a museum than a store. Awesome place!!
We absolutely love this shop!!! It is amazing!!! My 10 year old son was amazed...
This place was FUN!! EVERYTHING u can think of is in the shop! Need a street sign with Jr's name on it or a t - shirt for Grandpa, how bout Space Needle key chains for your co workers? Well, they're all there. If your hungry, go next door for fried oysters!
Not the draw it was, more of a trinket shop selling a bunch of cheap tchotchkes.
It was sad. It used to be a great curiosity shop, but most of it's uniqueness has been removed and replaced with Spencer's Gifts type trash souvenirs.
There are some amazing things and funny novelties! I liked the carved grains of rice and oil painting on a pinhead under magnifying glasses.
Cool stuff to see. If you like the weird than this is the spot for you.
quaint and unexpected. this was way more fun than your run of the mill tourist trap. kids love it! there is a collection of shrunken heads
My family and I were super excited to visit the Ye Olde Curiosity Shop in Seattle. Our expectations were met as soon as we got there walking up to friendly, smiling faces. The art was cool and the staff gave us pointers along the way, resulting in awesome pictures! Thanks to Janessa, Gino and Brad for great customer service. And a very special thanks to David for the extra attention and making this a fun and memorable experience for us!
Must visit! Great stop for visitors of all ages. The long time exhibits and souvenirs that guests wouldn't expect to find..or maybe even imagine are the fun of visiting and shopping here.
A place of the weird and unusual. Full of odd things to buy. Interesting to look at. Some souvenirs. It's a good place to check out.
Very interesting place with lots of unique and weird stuff.
Cute little tourist shop with a mix of price savy knick knacks, interesting 1 of a kind items, journals, jewelry, rocks etc..
Really fun things to look at for shopping as well as stuff to creep you out. Heads up the self playing piano steals money and does not have an out of order sign.
Super cool shop! Can find a ton of little trinkets here.
Some really cool stuff in this spot but the female behind the counter was a real space cadet-- we were ready to make a purchase of abt $70, but she was such a turn off that we ended up walking away empty handed
A fun place for Seattle tourist to visit to buy some unique souvenirs from Seattle
Excellent place for curious people. You'll find things you don't normally see in stores. Loved it!!
This place is SO MUCH FUN! No shortage of things to look at - you could spend hours roaming the relatively small shop because it is just crammed full of treasures! My fave? THE MUMMY!
The best place on the water there in Seattle..go there you will not regret it ..I am collecting the posters .. ::: )
This place is always an amazing experience with lots to see and buy and friendly staff!! I always stop in if I'm walking the pier in Seattle!
Good place to hang out. This place is much more for tourist. Cool selection though.
More of a museum than a shop. You can buy cool sovereigns.
I loved going here! It has a fair sprinkling of neat remembrance gifts that have s twist of odd about them. Like a Spock mug that is a 3d representation of his head. Also there was a good amount of "curious" things around the shop as well as parts of various dead animals too. Pretty cool!
I really liked the store but had an upsetting event occur. I overheard the cashier yell at a woman, call her a B* and then after she said she was ill (and while leaving the store) he told her to "go die B*". It was completely inappropriate and shocking. I hope management deals with the cashier's behavior.
Quite the interesting place! Definitely worth checking out. Has everything you could imagine and things you have never even knew existed! Staff was friendly and very helpful with our questions. Would totally recommend.
Lots of crazy things to look at. Definitely worth t he visit.
Love this place! Went here all the time when I was a child. Then I got to take my own kids here. My daughter is already asking when we can go back.
Really curious collection of weird things. Cool place to visit,
