Understand the special situation with Convid-19. But does it have to be that I am intercepted in the bouncer manner with a raised hand and the aggressive STOP! WHAT DO YOU WANT to be received by two people, that without gloves 2 cm in front of my face !! ??
Then I'm to the other provider in the basement !!!!
Will consider my next visit AMAVITA carefully!
You should approach it with more sensitivity, especially on Sundays when there was not a lot of activity. And maybe somebody who has no profiling problem with a 'normal' voice situation where you don't feel directly shouted at as a customer !!!

I had questions about my order and wanted to answer the order confirmation. The font size was definitely unreadable (way too small!) And could not be changed. Now I'm looking forward to an answer.
Otherwise, I am very satisfied with the (punctual) delivery, but next time I will see if I can get these pasta in my favorite Amavita apopt counter.

So disappointed. I have been shopping at Sunstore (a galenicare company) for a long time. I tried their online shopping for the first time during lockdown and opted for payment by powerpay. I missed one invoice and had to pay extortionate fees (50 franc purchase = 25 franc fee!).

I wrote to Galenicare to warn them about the bad business of powerpay. They replied that it is my fault for paying late and showed zero empathy.

I understand that I paid late (missed one payment date (erste Mahnung)), but that doesn't justify mistreating your customers and taking advantage of them.

Sad that Galenicare decided to side with a bad business partner rather than take care of its customers.

I'll just shop at Notino in future. Unfortunately, I'll have to also find an alternative to the Dermafora products I've been using.

I ordered from Amavita online on April 19th 2020. Before I confirmed the order, I was informed that delivery would take 3-4 days. After 8 days my order had not arrived. I emailed and was informed by an auto-responder that delivery time had changed to 14-21 days. Thanks for informing me. Payment has been taken from my account. Nobody is answering the phones. Terrible customer service!

I placed an order via Amavita more than 14 days ago, the goods were in stock and * should * be delivered within 1 day to 3 days. My order is still being processed, no reply to emails, it has to try to reach somehow all day by phone, if you reach someone, there is no reply and I have to wait for a call that will probably never come. I am very disappointed and surprised that such a large company deals with customers in this way! Instead of giving notice, they collect the money and the customer waits and waits and waits .... now my order has finally been canceled! NEVER AGAIN!
