Yard Smart Review

Bruce has always been responsive to our requests for quotes and advice for the last twenty years. Pricing has been fair and quality is high.

I've been using Yard Smart for lawn maintenance for years now (6+ years I think). Last year I had them add a patio and fire pit and do landscaping at my new house and I couldn't be happier with their service. They do a great job and are always available and responsive. (I don't normally post reviews, but I could not let Yard Smart have a 1 bad review be the only one here!)

We just had our mulch done at our home. The crew that came out were friendly and hard working. Very pleased with the work they done.

Yard Smart has been maintaining my lawn for over ten years. It has always been an excellent experience. The quality of their work and attention to detail is superb.

Customer service is quick to respond to any questions or concerns in a cordial and professional manner. Gentleman owner Bruce, is always accessible to address any issues. You are treated as an individual, not a number.

Lawn maintenance crews are extremely polite, respectful and well mannered. Always going the extra mile and very friendly.

Bruce has always been willing to come out and give us a fair estimate on the services they will provide. We have always been pleased and thankful for a job well done by his team. They have been courteous and respectful.

Bruce gave me excellent service. The grass did not grow in well when planted after a project they did at the end of last fall to flatten a mound all the way up my yard from a sewer line replacement.
I sent some photos in late spring to show the grass results weren't full and he sent a crew over right away to replant the job. I could not have asked for better service or more prompt attention and courtesy.
I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Total Screws. Totally bad service. Guy name that we contacted is Bruce. Hung up on us couple times. Promised that the grass will grow in couple months but its been a year now and we still have big spots all around the property where there is no grass at all. Bruce kept telling us to cut the grass and water it which did not help at all. Plus they did not even clean the property properly. Rocks are all over the grass. We paid $3,500. Make sure you consider this review before working with them. I'm not a hater I'm telling the truth.
