Great duck, first time. Servers were great, and you get the whole duck cut at your table.

Downtown location is much nicer and has sushi. Go there.

I bought a bottle of plum wine here........ Oh my godness, I don't remember the name but it was delicious. I've been looking for something like it here in London, but hopefully I'll be able to visit again

Attended a meeting with set menu choices. Good meeting room accommodations and several meal choices. Food and service was good.

The quality of the food is amazing and the portions are very generous.

Food was well prepared, appetizer was tasty, waiter was patient, courteous and quick. Prices good and restaurant was beautiful.

The food was great, fresh, and large portions! Our waitress Kim was great! The food was Reasonably priced ($28/ 2 adults). Service was fast and we left stuffed! Thank you for a great experience!!!

I ordered shrimp lettuce wrap and bamboo shoots expecting fresh food and they gave me trash i will never come back and its a total waste just to let customers know im pregnant and if you are pregnant and have cravings do not go to this chineses place!!

Good Chinese food, you have to ask well what the dishes bring, definitely different.

We ordered take out, spring rolls and duck wings were good, but the noodle dishes were not. They literally used spaghetti in the chow mein.

Overpriced. My entre was over cooked. Will not go back.

I absolutely love the food here. This is my favorite Chinese restaurant. I visit often and love the Orange chicken and the Mongolian combo. Every time I go I always ask for Angel as my waiter, he is the best!

The best American chinese food in town! Its my family go to restaurant when we're not cooking. They also have the fastest pick up service.m.and fhd oder is always ready in 10-15 minutes for pickup!!!! We've ordered to go at least 5 times and the food usually comes out when we arrive.

Spectacular service. I had lunch there. The portions were good for lunch. The taste was delicious. I had the orange beef and it wasn't too sweet, but had a nice orange flavor. The hot and sour soup was very good.

Food is always tasty. If you want unmatched service ask for Angel. He always makes sure that our dinner is to our liking and that nothing is ever missing.

Food was good but service took about 2 hours in all, waited about 45 minutes for the food even though people who got there far after us already had theirs.

It s our go to place for dinner. The crunchy walnut chicken is delicious, the cilantro beef and orange peel beef are also amazing choices. And the teas are must try s.

Service was fast, the interior is nice, but the food was greasy and that of a value-tier Asian restaurant quality. Don't be a 2 star located behind a 4 star restaurant.

I've always been impressed with food here. The portions are huge and food tastes great! Honestly its an incredible deal you get for the food. Also Kim is an amazing waitress, very enthusiastic!

I have been here countless number of times. I decided today that I wanted Mu Shu Chicken. Well, I walked in at 4:47. Literally, I walked in and the hostess was on the phone with someone taking a reservation another employee (older guy) left the front and kind of stared at me but kept moving about his business. I stood in the lobby of an obviously empty restaurant and NO one not ONCE acknowledged me for over 5 minutes. I left. I mean nothing---no communication, I will be right you, NOTHING. Thanks Yao's.

Delicious Chinese food! It tastes so authentic and the staff is excellent. Great atmosphere too and helpful with kids needing high chairs or booster seats

Loved this restaurant for years but not anymore. Went to Yao's restaurant with my husband for Mother's day today. Unfortunately, the customer service of the waiters was very poor. I asked our waitress, Lisa, for water and some lemon slices.. She brought us 3 little lemon slices. When I asked for some more, she said I have to charge you extra. I was very surprised. Because a week ago when I went there the other waitress did not tell me that. I asked her if this is a new policy of the restaurant and she said : "no. We had this for a long time but some waiters are not following directions". Then she left us and went to the other waiter, Angel, and tattled on us. She never came back to check on us to see if we are doing ok or if we need something. My husband called the other waiter Angel, to bring us some lemon slices. This waiter was the same guy that the first lady talked to. He said unfortunately, we have to charge you extra. When I told him that this is not right and we might not come back again to the restaurant for a poor customer service. He said: "well, this is not my problem, this is your problem." I got to call the manager, explained everything, and left the restaurant right away. So SAD!! Well Mr. Angel, this is actually your problem. It is your job to take care of a customer not mine.

Went here with my boss and a coworker. Wasn t sure what to expect but the visit fell short. The pork we ordered was overdone, like it was reheated. Overall, there are better options in the area.

I had dinner here with my boyfriend and his parents a few weeks ago. The food was nice, and the staff were very friendly. The waitress spoke Chinese with me made me so happy. It was a great time. We will be back for more fun time with good food.

I've been coming here for years....Love this place! Get the shrimp fried rice (without soy sauce...trust me) and Yaos shrimp!!! I'm a NY'er home home of the best Chinese food ever!! This is like Home! Yum!

It was amazing the staff are very kind they always give us a smile when we enter and leave. And the food, I have no words it is the most delicious chines food ever!! I have also made 3 amazing staff friends they were the best. I always come here with friends and family. When people com to visit from out of town I always suggest we go to "YAO" and they love it.

I have been to this restaurant before the food was very good, after the change the owner,(The original owner was Yao , rockets player) I decide to give it a try, since it is Chinese new year. The service is bad ,the food is bad, The price is high, The restroom is messy dirty,, we only have six people,
they even charged tip on the bill, I will never go back to this restaurant!
