Too many outages. At 2.5 hours for today's outage ...

Too many outages. At 2.5 hours for today's outage and still no power. It would help if the company had explanations. Instead, no news and it is just frustrating. If you move to this area, I suggest considering purchasing a generator.

Within this month my power has been out 3 times. The last time it took about 4 hours to fix, this time it has been 10 hours with no signs of it coming back on. One would hope to be reimbursed for this issue, but you know we won't be. You bet your face that if I didn't pay my bill because of this they would shut my power off. So where is the accountability on their part? Why does the electric company get away with denying us our electrical needs without any consequences? It's cold as heck in my place, at least bring us some more blankets

I have had a terrible experience with this company, my power had been out for over 8 hours I called customer service 5 times and still nothing changed. I ended up driving by to see if the workers were doing anything but they were just slacking off not doing much at all. I don t know how many guys it takes to fix a power outage but it shouldn t be that many and 8 hours?? Are you serious, this has to be the worst electrical company in existence. Thanks for nothing. Do a better job please or find a company that can.

Some of the most frustrating services providers to deal with.Never are in offices and their call center is unable to help with most things. And when you do get staff they will be less than helpful and will act annoyed with you as a customer just for wanting to pay and give them you money.

This electric company is sad, rude un informative and lacks customer service on every level.
Over the past month I've tried to move but due to their incompetence on their end, none of their secretaries made me aware that I needed to fill a disconnect for my my old residence they just belittled me and told me how much money I needed to turn electricity on at my new residence.
When I try to call to pay my bill for my old residents or pay my current bill or even pay any of my bills they refuse to take my money over the phone in person and yet push me off to an automated service that does not allow you to over pay your bills. That's keeping you in a borderline Perpetual negative credit situation.
Not to mention if someone calls you for a transfer and tells you they're moving on the phone. That should not require them to fill out a disconnect form and I'm only basing that off of Comcast Atmos in any other utility company that's in existence. I'm technically not disconnecting I'm transferring service disconnected almost be like a termination form you're talking if I disconnected from you completely.
Let alone the automated system has no sort of reference as far as who calling and what bills are associated to that account and wear your money necessarily your paying is going as far as to what two bills.
The women judged me on the phone and refused to take my money requiring me to come in drive across town go to their office just to pay a simple electric bill.
A process that should have taken maybe 10 minutes took me almost 2 hours. Because of the incompetence of the staff in this office.
The girl behind the front desk had to call her manager over just to bring up my account on their bad automated system. Lmao.

And the sad part is over payment for a bill should not be something that's weird to y'all if anything you should be encouraging your customers to do so, so they are in a positive credit situation but you will never take the time to call your customers and to tell them that. that's what they should be doing. But you just want to jam so many fees and fines and little BS things at people. Transfer fee disconnect fee turning on fee. When it's literally keystrokes behind a computer. Wow. And due to your own uninformed staff moving from one residents to another residence has cost me $300 extra dollars because nobody informed me to come cash out my bills before I put in the transfer order. Lol. Your staff is too incompetent to help a customer out on the most basic of levels.

Absolutely appalled by the service today. Leave work early to try to get over there to pay in person so that they can get it turned back on. Pay at like 3:40 the woman says "Actually our after hours start at 3:30 and that will be an extra $118" YOUR HOURS ARE FROM 7 TO 4. What kinda absolute scam is that to pull on customers?

If it wasn't for one woman kathey we would have been in the dark many times but wasnt now she is gone and even we pay the Bill we are still in the dark and we will have to pay for this not fair lower the price for we have been in dark so many times for so long fix it have. Heart not a bank account
