Refund Retriever has saved us quite a bit of money over the years. It's not obvious when UPS isn't making their guaranteed delivery dates and it's too time-consuming for us to attempt to keep track and request refunds all the time. Brian Gibbs is also very knowledgeable about UPS rate negotiations, he's worth talking to if you get a chance to pick his brain!
