Terrible Experience!
In these tough and emergency situations they are short of staffs when they should have extra staff. Everything is haywire and nothing is organised. Nor do they answer their calls for follow ups. Would not recommend anyone specially if you are in an emergency or hurry.
This is one of the clinics which looks very hygienic. Support staff like nurses and reception are helpful and doctors are good and co-operative. The place is less crowded due to separate waiting areas outside doctor's rooms and lab rooms. Service is quick. I don't have to worry about super long waiting which I often hear from friends who visit other hospitals or clinics. If we book an appointment by calling 800-ICARE, it makes things even easier.
Had a decent experience with doctors in General Medicine, Paediatrics, Internal Medicine and for regular tests.
Ample amount of public parking, and they offer free parking as well. There is a pharmacy nearby for quick purchase of medicines.
The eye specialist was very rude and being sarcastic with me and my mother moreover she was even scared and not sure what she wants to do with my mother s condition which was minor.
Will never come back!
Not good ! Negative vibes as u enter ! It's seems Doctors at this clinic carry huge burden and make me feel they are all stressed out.
Specially Dr.Joyce Jose to much Arte! (Drama)
I went here in October 2019 to use the root canal package for AED 1,499 for composite filling and a Zirconia cap. Dr. Nitin Godri did the procedure and assured me that it is a Zirconia cap.
Today I went for a checkup at a dental clinic in Canada and the dentist told me that the cap is PFM and not Zirconia and also there is a gap between the cap and the tooth. I do not understand the need for Dr. Nitin Godri to lie about it being Zirconia when PFM was AED 500 less than what I paid and PFM is what he actually used and there was no way for me to check other than to just trust what he said.
Update: I'll be waiting for the follow up. I'm honestly disappointed why he felt the need to lie when I specifically asked him if it's zirconia.
Update #2: Still waiting for an explanation! No one has contacted me as was mentioned in their response.
This clinic is not registered in nextcare and many other insurance networks
Service was fine. Totally happy with the staffs who took care of me.
Pleasantly surprised by the Clinic on my very first visit. I got parking right in front of the clinic where i could see even more spaces nearby. The Place is really well maintained and areas including nursing stations, labs and reception were not crowded and had separate waiting areas with X marked socially distanced seats. Would highly recommend the GP Dr. Sibi who took his time to understand the patient and explained us well about the diagnosis. Definitely had a positive experience.
I would like to reccomend sister jennifer.During my treatment time she really took good care of me .keep asking me wethere i am comfortable or paining or not.staffs are so humble.thank u so much icare mankool. Its clean hygenic nd nice for patients. Thank you.
Pathetic Clinic. One of the worst service in UAE i have ever seen
Always have a great experience when it comes to consultation of a doctor or overall service provided by the staff. Well guided staff and good experienced doctors makes the patient life easier and happier. Specially icare Mankhool though it looks small from entrance, it is widely spread as you enter in.
Very clean and the place smells amazing, Dr. Nausheen Khan is our Doctor and she is amazing.
Very poor customer service, never respects the appointments taken and keeps on waiting for the turn.

Such a pathetic clinic, I went to mankhool branch and doctor recommended few test then start medication, now it s 6 days they didn t took approval from insurance company, even everyday I call them for follow up but every time they said madam our team call back you in some time but they are just laying and laying, didn t received any response. Highly unorganised and unprofessional clinical, they don t care about patients and emergency.....

Pathetic Experience
Understaff and Unorganised in times when they should have extra staff to meet the demands of these difficult times. For PCR tests this centre is a BIG NO. They have no idea what is happening on call centre they will say go walk-in and when you reach there they will tell you sorry we cannot take you. This too is if your luck is good and they will answer your call, bcos 90% of the times your calls will be unanswered. Highly Highly not recommended.
No one cares at i care clinic. It's only we care and put big risk to trust them, especially their lab reports are not accurate. I had to check again with different lab and the reports were different ! Dear reveiver kindly double check your records again at a reputed clinics.
Am not happy with the way Dr. Joyce treats every patient.
Best clinic ever the staff is very supportive and Dr. Pratibha is best doctor she makes sure that her patient is benifited by her treatment.
Went to hv a chk up for my pink eyes on 28/01 with Dr. Anjini Gupta at the Mankhool icare. My First time there. She was so full of energy n enthusiasm. Made my dull sick sad mrngs to a comfy one. Studied my eyes nd treatment began.
30/01 So nice of you guys to followup on my wellbeing. Feels very nice. Thank you and keep up the good job. You do care very well at the hospital and even afterwards...
I will never recommend to go there,
rude customer dealing. Charged me 2 times in few minutes just because i went out and come back in clinic. They charged me 150 Dirham initially and after returning back they added 175 more dirham. It doesn t make sense like seeing a tourist coming to clinic they are just trying to get as much as money they can. Very Dissatisfied from this experience in DUBAI . You must not charge unnecessary from anyone. You need to refund back money. You got it?

Small clinic but supportive and caring staff and doctor.
Nurse Station and some staff at Reception are extremely laid-back and unprofessional. They are not proactive, and do not coordinate with the patient s insurance agents effectively. Waste of time due to their inefficiency.
Otherwise, the treatment/diagnosis by the Doctor and facilities are good.
