If only we had looked at the reviews before ordering from them ...

Order placed by phone for shock absorbers called "in stock" Order modified without our agreement, with shock absorbers that do not match our vehicle. Why ? Because they tell you that everything is "in stock" when it is wrong !! And they blame their supplier ..

Anyway ... I ask for reimbursement ... I am still waiting for it ... I call every day and I come across a platform abroad which tells me that what is necessary will be done ... except that nothing n 'is made ! I'm going to call a customer service.

What a desappointment ! I had a good ad on the quality / price / speed of your site.



The order was sent relay point 1 week after ordering and receiving the parcel relay point was realized on 12/09/2019 or 9 days apart .. A little long for parts in stock .. On very far from the competition deadlines and even more from Amazon =)

But that's not all ! For a fuel filter that was part of my order, I had to wait until 21/09 to make it available in a relay point is 17 days after my order!

The deadlines are very long, TOO LONG! This is incorrect limit on your part knowing that the parts were supposed to be in stock on your side.

No commercial gesture for inconvenience or apology for shipping delays.

I am very disappointed.

cde passed the 04/02/20 without news of my cde j sending a message, yakarouler answers me that the part is no longer available and that it triggers a refund, until that happens, but after more than 3 and a half months 2 relaunch by email + 1 by telephone on 05/04/20 or the c is on I am reimbursed within 7 days max ,,, I leave you guessing ,, the violin ,,, of the high level, I will certainly receive a quick note after this post to make style and it will still happen nothing .... flee this site !!!!!!!! don't even deserve this minimum star

I put a star but they deserve none, when they display the product in stock, it is supplier stock that they do not control, they take you directly from the order and order from the supplier themselves!
They take more than 5 weeks to refund you when you cancel the order for lack of stock! And this despite several reminders by phone / email / mail!

really good for nothing ... 2 orders (in one week), 3 errors ...
first: I ordered a triangle (no error), but 10th delivery by TNT (I had to go to a relay point to collect it ... laughing out loud!), I'm still waiting for them to reimburse me shipping costs eh, but apparently I can dream ... second order: a radiator (which arrives 3 days late), they send me a model which is not even the correct one (search by registration) to which it I have to add a probe at my expense (when the error comes from them) that they do not even sell on their site ... I call them, and listen to them, it's almost my fault ... simply scandalous !!! honestly, do not order from them, prefer Oscaro, you pay 1 or 2 euros more per piece, but at least there is no mistake ... because in the end it costs more than Oscaro .. By cons, the mention in stock is false, it would be in stock at the supplier (which is also wrong). My order is in stock and supposed to be delivered) has not arrived in their warehouse after 15 days, it will then remain the relay package delivery.
I accept the important delays if I am warned but here the indicated deadlines are false.
