I placed an order on 05/25/2020 in this order there was a clutch kit at 153.37 10 days later my order was not shipped while the clutch kit was in stock at time of order.
I asked for reimbursement I raised them 2 times and still nothing. A band of crooks if I have nothing mid July I will file a complaint on the website of the DGCCRF

Change references by others without warning.
Removes parts during preparation because their stock of parts is totally bogus
Suddenly a credit or a refund must be made but there ... must be patient ...

Yakarouler refuses to reimburse two orders. Yakarouler has an unfair commercial practice:
- Product Indicated falsely in stock,
- Order 1: Request for reimbursement accepted but not effective since January 2020,
- Order 2: Request for reimbursement accepted but not effective since May 2020.
Despite numerous reminders (email and phone), Yakarouler promises to reimburse, but no reimbursement action takes place.
No wonder Paypal does not collaborate with Yakarouler: lack of reliability and honesty of Yakarouler obvious ... Paypal would have gone bankrupt!
Yakarouler blurs its customers.

I share my experience to avoid other customers wasting their energy and time.

Order placed on 05-18-2020 with products available in stock.
10 days later, the status of the order has returned to "In preparation". They changed supplier!

After several calls to the after-sales service and without solution, I decided to cancel the order on 05-26-2020. According to the GTC, reimbursement takes place within 14 days. Even this deadline was not respected.

I had to harass the after-sales service to be reimbursed on 17-06-2020.
