Order on Friday morning with delivery promised on Monday ... Result the following Thursday the order is still not prepared ... Of course on each call we promise you an expedition during the day ... result immobilized car during this time .. .
The parts are indicated in stock, which is totally wrong !!!!

And on the previous order purchase of a calorstat, telephone call to check the presence of the 2 seals, the sales department confirms that the 2 seals are included.
On receipt obviously there is only one seal provided ... So we call back the customer service, which finally says that there is only one seal included ...
How to take people for fools ...
Very polite, but TOTALLY INEFFICIENT customer service!
