I ordered exhaust block cylinders before going on vacation in fast delivery 3-4 days (9.99 euros) in order to have them before leaving, a week later still nothing, so I went on vacation and there obviously the delivery man is presented to me. of course there was no one despite the steps taken by my mother-in-law to postpone my delivery by email to him no response. as soon as I got back I learned that my block cylinders had left, so I decided to order from oscaro cylinder that I had within 5 days at a relay point and much cheaper in shipping costs.
I contacted him on August 1, September 1 and September 28 to hear that it is in the accounting department and more on an invoice of 16.43 euros including 9.99 euros for shipping I have just learned that the shipping will not be reimbursed for not even 7 euros of block cylinders I normally sit on 9.99 euros. To date after 2 months of ordering I have nothing it is a thief and con artist site because they say they have the parts in stock which is false and they take a long time to reimburse.
