PERHAPS THE CEO OF XEROX SHOULD FOCUS ON XEROX AND NOT TRYING TO BUY HP!

Picture your office, quiet, dead, unable to operate for 3 month end days at the busiest time of year! That is what Xerox has done to me.



2 month update:
No response from this awful business and again an idle printer....

If you are considering purchasing a Xerox printer think again and singing up to Automatic Supply Replenishment then think again...

Twice in as many months we have had a Xerox printer stand idle due to failures in the ASR system and total incompetence from the outsourced business in Manila.

Perhaps the Xerox CEO should spend more time sorting out the problem at Xerox rather than than trying to buy HP!

If i could give a minus I would. Xerox are the worse company I have ever had to deal with. We were with them for 10+ years so they stared of on the right foot!! However we terminated our contract due to poor customer service and support. Since we cancelled we have been waiting for 7 months to get the old machines collected and still no joy. I have chased the terminations team, the finance team and our account manager. Finally today after getting through to head office I have a proposed date for collection. I would never recommend Xerox to anyone.

If I could give this company a minus I would, terrible customer service, nobody listens/knows what they are doing, passed to India to uk, transferred to all departments! I have been trying to simply sort my account out to pay monthly & not quarterly, this has been going on since January & still not sorted! Absolute Jokers - I would never recommend this company to any business.

Worst customer service I ve ever experienced. I have a warranty on my printer and ordered a fuser twice, both times they were sent to an incorrect address. I have had to make several phone calls, have been passed from department to department to get told I have to hang up and redial the exact same number as I can t be transferred and someone put me through to the incorrect department!

So two months later, I still have not received my fuser. I ve spent 2 hours on the phone to the incompetent customer service representatives at Xerox, going to see if this time, I actually receive my fuser.

Absolute atrocious customer service. Less than 1 star rating!
