This school has an amazing staff and is on top of every students success... Best part is Coach Williams he is very involved as a coach and as the Dean of Discipline, he is front and center every morning at the front entrance to welcome and show the kids how much care and love the school has for the students... this school will definitely be our sons home through graduation.
Pros: Very good education, smaller school, nice(er) kids
Cons: The stress, oh the stress. You might want to die. Less funding than is needed, especially for the theater department. The food will kill you if you are not careful. It can get moldy.
Conclusion: Education = good. Thats it really
I mean it could be worse we do projects and some hands on things which is quite different from my mom's school though I would agree that the teachers and be exclusive and expecting.

The staff is hit or miss. Many of the teachers are fairly nice. Not a lot care if you are failing, at least they don't reach out to you. only one teacher I've had here has actually reached out to help me. The clubs and activities are okay but this school doesn't really care enough about the arts. There are some new buildings, including auditorium, being built and that's good. The food is better than the food at my elementary school. The vending machine has good snacks. The kids are better than the kids at a public school in my area. I feel safe enough here. There isn't a lot of diversity and this school only wants people that are advanced and fairly easy to manage. Some people on the staff I am very opposed to, especially when they don't even try to respect good students. We are younger yes and you are staff but we are impressionable human beings and some of the treatment you give us just isn't right.
I currently go to this school, and it is very good. It has good education and the teachers are nice. The only thing is that it can be a bit stressful when you have a lot of projects at the same time.
Firstly I must mention to you that my friends and I, we like trying new cuisines & flavours, we go out for food at least twice a month and we usually don't pay over 20-25e per person. I must also declare to you that we don't have strange willing on food.
We decided to go to this restaurant as we wanted to eat traditional greek cuisine and we read for this place in Athinorama Magazine (a kind of guide magazine published every week for Athens city).
It is located in Broomfield opposite 112th. It's very easy to find it, and medium - hard to park your car. However there is a choice for you to give your car's keys to the two men standing outside the restaurant and park it there for you. We parked our cars alone and I don't know if this service is free or you have to pay extra.
We reached the place at about 15:00 and as we have made a reservation in advance we had no worries on waiting for free table. However the place was full to the half of it...strange and unusual thing for a sunny Sunday noon in our country. When you get in, there's a man (the boss I think) who helps you find your reserved table and a woman holding a "PR" position. He was not friendly at all and as about her, she had an unpleasant looking on everyone all the time.
The place has bright colours minimal design and it looks clean and tidy. I wouldn't say it is kid-friendly. Even if we don't have kids I should mention this. Despite the fact that has very big room, it is fulfilled of tables and there's no area for kids. The first thing that you will notice, which made us disappointed, was the very loud music, so loud we couldn't intimate conversation. Nevertheless the songs, the DJ played (new kind of greek pop) had nothing to do with this kind of place.
The menu has no certain speciality, four kinds of salad similar the one to each other with no main difference. They serve appetizers (cold & hot dishes) like saganaki, tirokafteri, fava, tzatziki, french fries, potato-salad, ntakos, mushrooms, mpekri meze and typical main dishes you will find in every greek tavern like beefs and t-bone stakes. They also have deserts but we didn't even ordered and I can't say anything on this. You can choose on drinking wine, ouzo, beer or sodas.
The order for 5 persons was: greek salad, boiled vegetables, mushrooms on b.b.q., spicy feta on b.b.q., tirokafteri (melted cheese with green pepper), potato salad, french fries, meatballs, tomatoballs, tigania (fried pork meat with mushrooms) and mpekri mezes (calf context cooked with wine). I don't think that any of the dishes made in the real-time...the temperature of the food was good but I am sure they used microwave oven. The quality was just ok and the taste was good but nothing unusual, special or exciting. The quantity on each dish was unpleasantly moderate. We drunk wine (1 Kg - white) which was served chilled and it was very good.
The service was absolutely disappointing. The waiters had extremely good mood so good that they were dancing, they were yelling each other and they generally made fuss annoying us. In addition they could hardly notice us when we wanted something (water, more wine, the bill etc.).
We spend 105 euros (a little more than 20e per person!) but the price is not comparable to the food and service - too much money. In conclusion the whole experience was not good, I would never go again to this place for any reason and I don't recommend this restaurant, not even to my worst enemy.
In a few words...you should better try McDonalds on the main road...opposite the restaurant. That bad!!
not a bad school, could use some more work, otherwise a decent school. prepare for lots of work and a lot of independence. it is a college prep school, so there is a lot of college talk 7-12 grade.
