I absolutely LOVE working for Xenium HR. I own my own business but still wanted a couple of hours a week to interact with people and wanted to put my love for recruiting and HR to work. Xenium was able to quickly find an assignment for me that fit the hours and days I wanted to work. My schedule is flexible and the pay is outstanding. You are supported and encouraged to grow in your career. I actually left Xenium for a couple of months thinking that I was ready for a change but quickly came running back after seeing that you really can't find a better company to work for than Xenium HR! Highly recommend their services!

I have attended two Xenium training courses and found both of the to be high quality and packed with techniques we will use in managing employees. We also use Xenium as our co-employment partner, which has allowed us to focus on our core operations instead of having to become experts on HR, payroll, employee related taxes, and benefits. Everyone we have worked with at Xenium has demonstrated a high degree of professionalism and quality service. We use the training to improve our management of employees, but it's also nice to know that we can pick up phone when we find ourselves in situations beyond the training. Great group of HR specialists! I have used them to help create my employee handbook. I have used them to help with difficult situations with employees as well. They have it down. I recently attended Xenium's Compensation Planning & Design training and it was fantastic. Their approach was laid out and easily understood for any level of professional in attendance. Tana, who led the training, was extremely knowledgeable and provided valuable information as well as key things to consider when formulating a compensation plan. I highly recommend Xenium HR for interactive and informative training sessions.

They have a phone number given in employee hand book, we are referred to this number because HR doesn't seem to be able to accommodate for help.or ADA accomedations or knowledge , but when I called them several times I never was returned a call , they came to my work never spoke to me or helped and then when I still needed help HE and management reffered me back to this useless company. No good
