I have attended two Xenium training courses and found both of the to be high quality and packed with techniques we will use in managing employees. We also use Xenium as our co-employment partner, which has allowed us to focus on our core operations instead of having to become experts on HR, payroll, employee related taxes, and benefits. Everyone we have worked with at Xenium has demonstrated a high degree of professionalism and quality service. We use the training to improve our management of employees, but it's also nice to know that we can pick up phone when we find ourselves in situations beyond the training.
