Sent funds on 25/11/19 till 17/12/19 not arrived in bank

Company had no effective platform or protocol to create an account for a sole proprietorship business. They clearly showed no understanding of the business structure. They wasted my time repeatedly asking for documents that do not exist officially and failed to ask for the correct documents.....another indication they were making this up as they went. If you are a sole proprietorship looking for fx you should avoid.

issues with website prefilled country info, incompetent staff

Very frustrating to set up account. Do not use if you need to send money fast.

Garbage place.
The worst experience of my life. It has been 25 days today that the money has not been credited to the recipient. Lousy. I am Never ever going to use them again and if you want to wait months to transfer money use them or else go somewhere else. They have a third party dealing with transactions that they have no control over. Full of BS, This company. The money is out of my account and its not credited. What use is that to anybody.
