Very pricey in regards to everything, buying something or getting something fixed

Just stopped by to look as we had seen the sign. Monique the store manager was amazing. She walked us around the jewelry cases and explained what they held. She talked to us about the store and what was offered. No pressure to buy and she was very informative. Invited us to a trunk show too. We have been looking for a neighborhood jewelry store and will definitely return not just to look lol.

I went there for jewelry repair. They were very nice and are very competent if price is no object I would give them a 4 star but since it is for me i gave then a 2 star. Their Quote was
sooo expensive that I thought of buying a new ring. After shopping around I got it repaired for a third of the price. They didn't change none of the original gold just repaired it which is what I wanted and could afford.

They always treat me with great respect. Anything they don't have they try to get it for you. They call and notify me of sales they are doing which is very nice. No matter how little or how much I spend they treat me like a valued customer.

Great customer service. Only jewelery store to buy from in the Spring Hill . Have gotten very nice pieces from them. They have layaway in case you might need it. I brought rings, bracelets, necklaces, had pieces repaired (Not purchased from them)They(do it right there at the store). GREAT Family owned store.

I took a necklace there and had it repaired for 44.00 dollars, I dropped it off with a gentlemen..had to wait several days to pick it up.. (4 days), the repair came out nice but the problem is this necklace doesnt hold up well.. Not their problem but mine at 44 dollars a repair. The next time i took it in I was greeted by a lady that said there was a mistake that I should have been charged 75 dollars, since that was their mistake she agreed to only charge me 44 dollars again which I thought was fair. Again had to wait 4 days for pick up. Finally a third time (im aware my necklace is fragile as gold is, thats not the point here though) I went and sought a repair and the gentlemen from my first visit was there. He informed me my chain is about to break in 2 more places.. Totalling 3 repairs for 136 dollars at his "discounted" rate of 44.00 dollars per. So he encouraged me to give up on the necklace and buy a different chain so I took heed. A few months later and my original chain collecting dust in a drawer. My sister told me about a different place that charges only 15 dollars a repair. So I ended up getting it repaired for 45 dollars total!! I dropped my chain off and it was ready the next day! Definitely will never do business woth nature coast again. And would discourage anyone from. I recognize that repair may not be their specialty but pricing isnt either.

The only reason I gave this place one star is because people should know the people who works ( or owns) will try every way possible to get your jewelry and not pay hardly ANYTHING. I went in to ask a question and they tried to tell me my jewelry wasn't real Levian!! NOT only do I have authenticity letters from levian, but the man only glanced for a second!! He even tried to tell me the diamonds were fake!! Worst JEWELRY STORE IVE EVER BEEN IN!!

This shopped was recommended to me by a friend. I stopped in to have a battery replaced in watch. The employees were friendly and welcoming. They immediately assisted me. While they were replacing the battery, I walked around the shop. For a small shop, they have a nice selection and reasonable prices. They even have a selection of Pandora. Up until now, I've been driving to Tampa for my wife's Pandora gifts. I was surprised at how quickly they replaced the battery. The was still in great condition. It wasn't mutilated like some other places. The experience was so pleasant, I now recommended this jeweler to my family and friends.

I was priced a hundred bucks to resize my ring. My ring cost a hundred bucks! Went down the street to the pawn shop and they resized my ring for 25 bucks!

We are a loyal customer of Bob, he is fair, professional and friendly all in one. He helped us fit my diamond into a beautiful Zeghani engagement ring setting, that wows me every time I look at it. My Zeghani wedding band matched up beautifully with my engagement ring. Watches, bracelets , Pandora, Religious medals, earrings, they have it all!

If you need jewelry fixed go here first . get this guys outrageous quote first. Then go to other places and see how bad this guy is trying to screw you. Then you will have a good under standing as to why others feel the same way. There's no need for me to say anymore. His ethics says it all.

I have been going to Nature Coast for a few years and they have always did a great job. I upgraded my wedding ring diamond and they did a fantastic job! I went back and my husband bought me a 30 year anniversary ring and I found a couple in the previously loved section. The jeweler put them together and they came out more then perfect!!! I would recommend this shop to all.

I hv gone to nature coast jewelers for several yrs.....they r friendly, willing to help w whatever I an requesting. They hv a small but very nice Pandora selection, which I found earings I was looking for in the bigger Pandora stores n they did not hv.

I went to this Jewelers to get batteries for my watches. Prices are very reasonable, I believe I paid $5 for each battery. I also bought a charm for my bracelet here. The staff is friendly and attentive. They have nice stuff and Pandora charms.

I'm sorry I have to rate this at all! I came here excited to fix my husband's necklace and the guy working was so rude and unprofessional to ALL customers in the store! He called my number and was just as rude and demeaning as he could possibly be! I'll take my business elsewhere! I will not recommend this store to anyone!
