This place does a great job of putting on a varied fishy show on a small footprint. Easily enough to see and do for 3-4 hours. The interior 'set' design is fab, making this feel like more of an experience than simply a bland aquarium. We were very pleased we visited and our kids (2 and 4) loved it.

I own a sea aquarium at home, which made me very happy to see which fish I had. Especially the jewel cardinals and the manderijn pitfish remain nice to see. Some anemones and ears were also known to me. In addition, I also found the staff friendly.

It was a beautiful afternoon. Has been on the list for a long time to go. Been today with daughter (6). You can go through it very quickly, but if you take the time to really absorb it all, then you are just as sweet. We were there 3 hours in total. It is an educational aquarium with penguins and otters. It also pays a lot of attention to protecting the underwater world. This makes it not only a fun and sometimes exciting (Amazon tour) but also educational trip. Daughter liked the hunt. Maybe a bit too good because she ran from stamp post to stamp post. The story about Flip the turtle also shows the work and necessity of sealife outside the aquariums. The entrance price is high but can be done with one of the many discount promotions. I give a last word to the (child) friendly staff. That starts with the friendly gentleman at the counter to the friendly and knowledgeable lady who provides the tour, the caretakers and lady in the souvenir shop. In short, a must, especially with a discount card.

It was nice, but small. They had pretty straight forward covid rules but the visitors did not follow up with is not smart. It's a potty that there was hardly any staff inside to see this or ask questions about the fish.

Nice way to get in touch with life in the oceans and seas. The aquariums are neat and not too full. Children look their eyes out here. Different themes can be found. Tropical, deep sea, North Sea, etc .. The seahorses were seen as a big hit.
Sea Life also provides educational components, mini lessons on various themes.

This place is very nice! It has a big amount of sea animals and accommodates these in a very realistic and entertaining way. Also, the feeding sessions are enjoyable to attend. However, the place might be a bit crowded at some points due to its size. Overall, a nice 'zoo' to visit when in Scheveningen. (Tip: order your tickets online, this is quite a lot cheaper!)

It was fun to be back again, when I was young we used to visit often. They still have a lot of interesting fish and sea animals and some of them you can even touch. If you're looking to kill 60 to 90 minutes this is deffiniteley worth it. If you order online you can even pay what you want.

Small, but interesting. The feeds only Dutch, but there is information in German and English. All animal descriptions on terrariums or fish tanks trilingual.
The good thing is that you can book the tickets in advance on the internet. Savings of almost 4 euros

Fantastic to be here. You feel like a tourist in your own country. Nice eateries and nice view. It is also nice that you have an indoor play-ground diagonally opposite the Hema in the passage. Beautiful Ferris wheel and great that there is a fireworks show every year!

Overpriced tourist, small aquariums, pretty little to see for the entrance fee, much too small enclosure for the penguins. Overall, looks pretty worn and slightly grubby. Definitely not worth the money.

Nice to have been once, but personally I don't think it's a must-visit. It looks a bit "outdated" and could use a makeover. Been there once more than 10 years ago and I think that little has changed in the meantime in terms of interior. Also find it too pricey for what you get. Such a location could be so much more impressive.

Sea Life is a very nice aquarium in a very inconvenient location....

Located directly at the beach of Scheveningen is both a blessing and a curse. You are forced to park at the very expensive parking garages, and then you have to get to the beach (10m walk) if you have small children or have a disability be prepared to scale a few stairs.... The city of Scheveningen offers no ramps to the beach.

So afterwards it's a blessing that it's located at the beach of Scheveningen..... Your kids can play at the beach and you can visit the pier.... Though you feel kind of sad spending 1 hour driving there, paying 19 euro to park and 17 euro per person....

Fantastic for families, but plenty of fun to visit without kids. They have a discounted ticket for visiting after 4pm, and the two hours is ample to see all the exhibits. You may miss the feeding sessions that are held earlier on the day, but we enjoyed it very much.

The location is perfect; if you're coming from Den Haag, take the tram stop before the end of the line. There are tons of restaurants in the boardwalk.

With our granddaughter to the fish. Of course very successful. In itself, the corona measures and the associated route are fine. It remains a pity that many parents and children do little with it.

Today I went to Sea Life as a pre-birthday party. I have been here before when it was still a swimming pool. Fun and educational for the little ones. If you go between 10 and 11, you will save considerably on costs online. Children can earn their mark with questions. The animals are also fed at set times. We received an extensive workshop about the seahorses of a caretaker. Men can give birth to children (don't tell them). The underwater tunnel is probably the highlight. Here and there for renewal, but that should not spoil the fun.

Too expensive for what to do. drink bottle? T take it, you're bankrupt before you know it ./; Answer: Sure, I know it can be cheaper. But why not the same cheap ticket at the cash ?? Because there must necessarily be advertising for other larger scammers such as the postal lottery. Little pathetic to get the money.

Somewhat older. Renovation and modernization would be desirable. Nevertheless a great experience for big and small. With a paid ticket, you can go back all day long. The pools and animals are well maintained. Staff is especially friendly.

Small but nice, admission price with coupons ok, standard on the expensive side for the duration of the visit.
Beautiful aquariums that clearly show that the staff is passionate about all life in the sea. That is also very clearly noticeable in the extensive explanation that is given with questions, nothing is too much!
