Not this location, but the location on the University of Akron campus in the student union. My wife went in last week and ordered a bagel and a few other items. Waiting for over 45 minutes, watching everyone else get served before her although she ordered first. Finally once all the other customers had left, and the employees were just standing around gabbing their mouths, my wife asked for her food. They had dropped the ticket for her order. After waiting longer than 45 minutes, all they did was apologized and said they'd make the food. Didn't offer any kind of discount for the blatant lack of customer service, or for screwing up as employees. I will never eat at this establishment. Every time I pass by from now on I will order insane food that Noone will want, and then leave. I encourage you to do the same.
