The beautiful place, the attentions of all the staff are excellent, clean and have a great time, the food is tasty, many variety of drinks and drinks by excellent bartender. It has an all inclusive package, you do not have to leave the island to have everything included. It has facilities for people with physical disabilities enjoy the pool.

Great rooms, Italian-inspired restaurant and sports bar with a welcome cocktail. The hotel is in a huge secured area with many other hotels, apartment buildings, golf course and restaurants.

Excellent, cozy and very familiar. Romantic getaway if you so desire.

Is a wonderful place to stay for a weekend I recommend it

Room was clean and very comfortable. The grounds are very peaceful and very close to the beach. Fantastic pool for relaxing after a long day at work. The restaurant is also very good. Wish there were more options. After four days eating in the same restaurant I was ready for a change.

Very disappointing. Miss the open air concept. The girls who work the outdoor bar have zero personality, the pizza oven isn't being used, there is zero ambience. The only restaurant open has decent food but the service is horrible. We waited over an hour for our dinner, the waiter never brought us refills for water. I could go on but I have nothing positive to say

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel. We changed rooms the first time due to flies. The second room had stained chairs and ripped cushions. The scent is repulsive and management is not helpful at all.

Good Service, But especially the Boy named Rafa, My beer was never hot, Extremely Helpful, and the cocktails that made all very good, Definitive Volvere as soon as possible, With staff so cast a PR company!

The room had three leaks, food and service in the Rest. Amalgam very good. The area of the pools, brunch and and good service. I congratulate the employees for their excellence!

They have a super good treatment and the facilities are very good the only thing you have to carry your luggage up the stairs but the rest is very good

All the staff very friendly and the service is first class. Very attentive that nothing is missing. The green areas are very clean and the hotel is very beautiful. They do not have shops but if they come craftsmen and with very good prices.

It was my worst experience. I was two hours to check in on May 29 of this year. In the room there were no towels, I asked for a crib for my baby and they never gave it to me. Room 223 got wet due to rain and my baby fell on two occasions. We went to eat at the restaurant during the night and they worked for 20 min in the reception and it was not full. When we went to the table 15 more minutes waiting. My husband and I decided to get up from the table with our children and go somewhere else to eat. I have called several times and they do not answer.

The remodeling of this resort in Palmas del Mar is very good.

I had my Wedding at Wyndham Garden and it was the best day of my life. Thank you to Rosa who talked me through everything when I was still in NYC, and then met with me as soon as I got to Puerto Rico. The day of the wedding, Nelson took care of everything. Both Nelson and Rosa were so very professional and my guests loved the celebration. It was seamless and Nelson made sure to coordinate tent, lighting, sound and all the food. It was very well done. The front desk kept saying congratulations and everyone was so helpful and nice. It's my home away from home and I could not have been happier with my experience at Wyndham Garden for my destination wedding. Palmas del Mar will always hold a special place in our hearts.

Great people, great place, great staff, average food

The rooms were outdated and run down. Hidden fees everywhere you turned. They only have one staff member that has any customer service background in my opinion. Would not go back to this location.

Hotel service is slow, staff needs improvement. Did a check out and they continue to charge me for an extra day. Pool is great

Not to bad for the price. About a 2 minute walk to the beach. Also, very small casino on the first floor, nothing fancy. Very old slot machines. Bar by the pool side. Pool open 24/7, no life guards.

Good service, good service and attention. They have good potential for improvement. I found the small hotel for its cost, what it offers and few activities. You have options to eat and facilities around the area to visit but with additional costs. It is well spent with the family but there are places that offer more for the guests for much less expenses.

Checking was delayed for two hours, expecting cheking was at 4 pm, towel arrive at 9:16PM, restaurant to slow and meal was average. Also no soap for bath.

For my 20th birthday this hotel gave me a ton of bed bug bites. Best birthday ever....

AFTER I HAVE PAID MORE THAN 300 DOLLARS P0R THE END-OF-YEAR ACTIVITY I AM NOT CONFORMING. The dance floor is very small it was so full that it was impossible to dance, in addition there was no control in the access of people to the ballroom, once it had been 2 hours of the beginning of the activity, there were people, and I know pq les ask that they did not pay for this activity or for the others. I paid more than $ 300 for this activity. For those of us who paid for the ballroom, we did not wear a bracelet or other brand, which made access to any person who walked to the hotel easy. They have to improve the controls a lot. Many people for such a small space. There were only two makeshift areas for drinking, and the rows were big to top it all, there was only one employee attending each station and if the ice ran out he had to leave the position and look for it. The containers to throw it out were small. The management has to improve a little more. And the bathrooms require better cleaning and better provision. Not everything is negative the food was excellent but after the people practically stopped eating, and there was a great existence of desserts still, from the kitchen came more desserts. Supervision and better management as well as better logistics for these activities a little box of bands for the doll in colors are not so expensive ....

Touch of paradise in this gated resort. So much to see and explore and love the private beaches.

I loved it and hope to return. It is the perfect place to release stress.

Excellent service, the food at the Oregano restaurant is divine. The staff provide great customer service. The hotel has access to the beach and has two swimming pools.

The Hotel must return to the format it had before, greater variety in the restaurant menu, enable order service from the pool, you cannot take advantage of the all-inclusive package until these problems are resolved.
