Love love LOVE WINSTAR! Where we go to get away and have fun! Going again in December! Cant wait!

Had a great time. People very friendly but cocktails are too expensive and I don't drink soda. But over all experience was great

This was my first time staying over night at WinStar. There were 2 minor things. There was a chocolate stain on my top sheet. I think the house keeper ate one of the chocolate candies before she made the bed. And I had a non smoking room which smelled like smoke when I first entered. Other than that I had a very good stay and won some money.

Huge casino, very little winnings. No free alcohol. Awesome food. Definitely worth a trip to see however don't expect much in return for investment....and if your investment is a casino....your a idiot unless you own it.

I was not impressed with my last stay at winstar. The room was not very clean. There was not much going on at the casino either. The staff was friendly and very informative.

We enjoy WinStar every so often, but do not recommend weekends, way too busy. Still haven't seen a show there, but hope to in the future. We live close enough that we have never stayed, but again, maybe we will one day.

Great food at the Buffet, so many games my head spun, great outdoor concert venue

Never win. Rarely get bonus and when i do it less than what I have already fed in. Since joining with cowboy jones.. The winning has not been worth the drive up 35.. I now head to 75.
You dont even give good free play...1 to u dollars.. I did get 15.00 free play today that i never got a win

Really amazed at the transformation! I don't care for it. Where did the quarter slots go? They were replaced with fully electronic dollar slots. And the lowest max bid was 4! Miss my quarter

Stay at the hotel, it was very clean, people were very friendly and helpful. Service was great.

It was awesome i had fun its a really big place and lots of machines to choose from they have people walking around if you need help or just in case you need something to drink if you know what i mean everyone is friendly and ready to help

It was beautiful as usual but i didn't win anything but i still enjoyed myself

Had an OK time. Thought they'd have a good cigar selection, they do not. Thought I could play and drink for free like in Vegas, you cannot. I spent a lot of money on drinks that I'd a rather spent playing but that's how it goes.

Fun place but sickens me to see almost every vehicle in the parking lot with Texas tags. We should allow casinos here and keep the tax dollars here! Typical government waste waste waste so we have to pay more more more just to justify politicians theft of tax dollars!

This is a nice casino with a huge variety of games. It's easy to access from the hwy and the theme inside is very beautiful. The only drawback that I've encountered is that alcoholic drinks are not complimentary while gambling as there are at other casinos. Only soft drinks and coffee are provided for free.

I got a voucher for two free buffets but I only went to the casino by myself I couldn't use the buffets at two different times so basically they screwed me out of a buffet. Then when I went to the promotions cage they acted like they didn't care. The hotel rooms are okay at best. I'll continue to take my money to horseshoe casino in Shreveport-Bossier City

Winstar is great for any kind of gambler. Plenty of slots to choose and play from. Also plenty of card tables available if you prefer that. Tons of restaurants when you get hungry. Multiple hotels in and around the casinos for those extended visits.

I really enjoy this casino, always a good time. Im holding off on the five stars because it seems about 50% of the staff you interact with are not that friendly. Makes you feel like you are more of an inconvenience. But the other 50% pull up the slack.

I had bonus of $10 and came out ahead. It was a good time

They are taking extra precautions in order to prevent the spread of Covid 19! I felt safe and assured of the cleanliness of our rooms throughout the casino. Staff was strategically placed throughout the casino. They even pushed the buttons on the elevators for whatever floor we were going. I can't say enough about the precautions that this casino is taking in preventing the spread of Covid 19. They really need to be acknowledged on the news for this! We are very thankful for the hospitality and covid 19 precautions that we experienced. We are also very grateful for the hard work of the staff at Windstar. It's an experience that we will never forget.

Very nice and clean. Very good service. The great majority of people wearing their mask. Few wearing them incorrectly. Very spacious, not crowded at all. Providing mask and gloves. We stayed four nights.

The slots are so tight there's little chance of winning. Eat there gamble down the road at Border Casino.

This was my first visit there and it was really nice! I enjoyed the Isely Brothers concert and the hotel was comfortable! Had a great time!

The only reason this place got two stars is because of the pool. I vacationed from Missouri to Texas to see some family and stopped here on our way. The pool and the pool crowd were friendly and welcoming. If you decide to stay here, stay poolside as long as you can. If stay and want to gamble, better have deep pockets. They love to take your money. I know it's called gambling for a reason, but shoot. The Quapaw tribe does a better job at letting you ride the seat for longer. $5 per beer isn't appealing. The rooms don't have mini fridges for leftovers, so enjoy your whole meal when you dine. This place could do way better considering how little time and as much money as you spend on the casino floor. Get it together.

Brought a friend from out of town to the WinStar. It s the worlds largest casino for a reason. More table games and slot machines then you can count. The dealers I had were kind and witty, and the players I played alongside with were knowledgeable and weren t betting stupidly as to follow table etiquette.
Plenty of food and choices here, also very nice and fine rooms in the towers.

Beautiful hotel. Not a good "resort" fantastic slot machine options. Almost not table games.

Great big place so bring your comfort clothes and sneakers. Very spread out. Rooms are pricey so farther out you book the better. Tough to get a comped room. We paid 26 bucks for the dinner buffet so bring your appetite. But other places to eat cheaper. I can't complain too much as I hit a jackpot ten minutes after getting there. My biggest complaint is how smoky it is. Can't be good for the staff who are there more than the 1-2 days we are. There is a smoke free room but no video poker machines or bar. Plus half the video poker machines are broke. Winstar hire some slot mechanics. Broken buttons. Sticky. Blank. Won't take your money. Just really unacceptable. Also be aware there is a resort fee. And room taxes. Typical casino with average payouts. Staff friendly helpful

The staff was great, very friendly and helpful..... Our room was clean and updated we were very pleased.... The food everywhere we ate was amazing..... Great up to date slots made gaming fun... Thanks Guy's

Seems like they dont let there games machines share right now. It takes a lot of the fun out .

Excellent day trip, they keep the place clean, and the bigger non smoking section makes it more fun!

Will take every dollar that you are willing to spend. All losses and zero wins in 4 months. Good luck to someone else. Bossier city, Lauisia has way better pay out !!!!!!!!

The hot foods on the buffet were Ok at best. No prime rib and brisket not the best. Selection not grand at Grand buffet . No winners on slots for any machine not pumped with $300.00 at least. I watched and experienced small payouts for $20 bills, changes for $100 bills or vouchers w $300.00 or more.

Loved it very huge great atmosphere and great service food was fantastic and sanitizer between players would definitely go back ASAP had a great time was there four fun filled Winning days

Waiting over an hour for my room and i checked in at 4pm. Keep getting the run around that manager is checking room. I'm about to leave and forget putting my money in their games!

If you haven't been, you should go. If nothing more than for the experience.

Big. Lots of slot machine to get lost for hours. If you're not gambling, you can follow the lines as exercise, pool area to relax, pricey food though

Same type games, boring, I be could not find black jack as one of the games, in the bar area

They are temperature screening but the 50 occupancy in the casino still seems like too many people.

No military discount for hotel rooms. Not enough handicap parking. Pool closed at ten and pool bar closed at 9:30. Smoking double queen was $388. Nice enough room but not $400 worth. No microwave in the room . All the bars close at2. miles of slots, not allot of tables. Go to Vegas!

First time at WinStar, went up with some friends for the Chicago concert. This is a big casino and it was packed on Saturday night. Difficult to sit in on a table game, but plenty of machines. Easy in-n-out with free parking. Pretty good experience and we'll definitely go back.

Customer service from the pit bosses is horrible.
Rude and when approached to ask covid related questions pit boss approached me aggressively. Keep in mind it was just a question on capacity

Such a fun place to be. Enjoyed the machines especially the Rio, not having to put up with the smokers.

Casino is middle of nowhere just at the border of Texas- Oklahoma. It has just sea of slot machines, rows and rows of it. Very few black jack tables, poker area is big with wide range of table minimums. They have ihop like restaurants on site which are open all day.

Had a wonderful time for my first time there everyone so nice there :)

Huge casino, try Vinos Italian very good food and not pricey

It gives you what you want. Fun and excitement but a good place to drop a couple of hundred in just a short period of time. STILL LV IT.

We come here nearly every month. The rooms are always clean, the pools are in working order, and the resort atmosphere is amazing. Theres plenty of places to eat inside, beautiful interior, handy business and fitness center... the little souvenir shop has plenty of wash supplies if you ever forget anything at home... it's great. If you come for the casino, I really recommend staying overnight at least once!

I liked the place as it was so spacious. It's so big place to visit and spend your weekend.

Winstar World Casino. The worlds largest casino at the time of this posting is well, a smorgasbord of video slot machines, black jack, poker, roulette and craps tables! It is the place to go when you have disposable income. Take it from me, you probably don t want to go with the idea of making a profit because you could find yourself without the funds for fuel to get home, pay your rent/mortgage, phone, internet and electric bills. Then you may find that you haven t the money to purchase basic necessities such as toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo and conditioner or even toothpaste, which will eventually lead to tooth decay and erosion where you will find that you cannot pay a dentist to correct... oh the many, many downfalls to such a emotionally draining habit. So I now have decided that my dental issues stem from my gambling habit and therefore I have saved just enough by not having to employee a therapist, to go play a little at Winstar, the worlds largest casino.

My first time here. Lot's of slots! We came to check out the Buffet place ($25 per person) for lunch or dinner. Lot's of slots! Ended up being dinner. Good variety, Italian, American, Asian, Mexican etc... nice salads and desserts too. So, we walked around the whole place! Lot's of slots! They have the place set up in different countries (sections). Lot's of slots! We came on a Sunday. Sunday's they hold a contest or lottery of some sort. Wear your favorite Football jersey, register yourself and win; I saw multiple winners walking around with what seemed like a Dallas Cowboys ice bucket. Lot's of slots! They have a swimming pool some where... I didn't see it, but I did smell the chlorine. It was somewhere near the hotel section and slots. Haha

Easy parking, Covid temperature check at entry. Plenty of space, over half the machines didn t work taking my rewards hard, asking for assistance was a hassle and MAJOR inconvenience. Smoking friendly. Security was enforced. But nobody enforced masks. Masks were NOT worn properly on the floor. And it was not addressed.

Casino is HUGE with an overwhelming amount of slot machines and several card tables with plenty of room for new players to join. Free non alcoholic drinks available in self service stations is great if you are not an alcohol drinker as it saves you a few dollars. 10/10 would recommend to anyone 18+.

Loads of fun, so many gambling machines to choose from and it beautiful inside. WORLDS BIGGEST CASINO is right.

Love this place, the buffet is great, friendly staff and clean rooms. My family and I love the pool the location is only an hour away from home and a good place for me and the family to conveniently meet. Love the coupons I receive and look forward to more. Maybe one day I will try a concert have yet to do that

Buffet lines ridiculous. Offer free or reduced rooms but rarely available so they offer a room for over $300 a night. No thanks.

Huge, huge place. So many games, so much fun. It's clean and the staff are nice. I'm not leaving a millionaire but I'm leaving with quite a bit more than I walked in with so I may be biased, lol.

It's sad and scary walking into this place as a non gambling 20 year old who's never been to a casino before. This place is over a mile long stretch of slot machines and table games or whatever they're called. People are all sucked into them like zombies. Maybe I'm biased and casinos just aren't for me, but this place was just a giant flashy headache of people mostly getting their wallets sucked dry in hopes of winning it big

First time at WinStar and I had a blast. Didn't win but I had fun trying. Stayed at the WinStar Inn and it was very nice and clean....but hotel didn't have an iron and ironing board like all other hotels.

I always enjoy myself win or lose. I especially appreciate what they're doing to follow the CDC guidelines! Thank you.

The room was nice! But they have no shuttle service from the parking lot and my husband is handicap.

The staff are more than 5 stars! (Why cant choctaw get nice people) thanks to staff for being awesome!

Things there have changed there since shut down i dont know wat it is but the fun is gon droped 300 my usual and pay back was less than 20 dollars been playing there for more than 20 years never that bad last 3 trips the same since covid

This Casino is enormous. Its always well maintained and professionally run. I've never had any problems or complaints about the place and I've been several times.

My husband ate breakfast and it was delicious Thank you they made over easy eggs Yes the food is very good
