Like most people reviewing, I also wish I could leave zero stars. I am not joking when I tell you they forgot about me and left me sitting in a patient room for so long that they closed down and left me in the building by myself. You are better off going to MedExpress. Worst experience.

The clinic itself charges well above the average for office visits, my level 3 office visit as a new patient was $178. (this was a very short examination and diagnosis with sports related sciatica by a nurse practitioner)

That being said, I went in recently for chest pain I've been having and got phenomenal care from Dr. Silverberg. I've never dealt with a health care professional more personable and accommodating than him. He was such a good doctor that I felt compelled to change my review. So watch for hidden fees from billing but I highly recommend the doctor I met with

The people blaming the clinic for insurance issues don't understand how medicine works. And no one would ever leave a patient in the waiting room after clinic closed (the front desk clearly has view of the whole waiting area)... so there are clearly some questionable reviews here. The staff has always been prompt and courteous with me, and I have no concerns about the care there. People always complain about something, I guess!

I have Ulcerative Colitis and DR. Ben was very helpful in a full medical inspection where other doctors have failed to fully listen. I got a good prescription and hope to feel better soon. I wish they had tests available here for students with more severe conditions.

I went to get a TB test done for a CLASS and they wouldn't to do because of my insurance and then wouldn't let me pay out of pocket. I had called the night before to ensure that this would not happen, but they insisted that it would be fine and that I would not even need to show my insurance. This is the STUDENT HEALTH CENTER. Students should not be worried that their insurance will not cover it and that they will get turned away because of it without being able to pay out of pocket. Some students are from out of state with no opportunity to go elsewhere quickly.

Went in with some rather serious symptoms of wheezing, persistent cough, fatigue, numbness of tongue, and sever ENT pain. They misdiagnosed me with bronchitis and within the next day or so they called me with a more severe diagnosis of pneumonia. It s as if they ignored the symptoms I had in favor of a more quick release. I realize that there must be tons of students to treat, but I feel like I could be behind in the healing process because I haven t been treating this with the proper medication and all symptoms are still active. Went to medexpress after about 6 days, they told me what I had been taking was not going to help me, and told me to stop taking it immediately. Absolutely abysmal.

Went three times trying to get medication for a bad cold, and didn't get anything every single visit. Plus I got ~$120 of extra fees for simple tests that should've costed close to nothing. Extremely pricey for no service. Would recommend an online doctor through Doctors on Demand because they actually listen and it's a lot cheaper.

I have been to the clinic several times for what was obviously something I needed antibiotics for and every time I walk out with allergy medicine or something that will help for a few days and then the symptoms get worse. One time I had a very bad sinus infection, after explaining I get them often i was given steroids saying it would dry and clear everything up. All it did was make it worse. Its not worth going to the clinic they never give you the real stuff unless you look like your about to die.

If I could give them a zero stars, I would. I went to them to get a PPD and it read 10 mm and slightly raised. The nurse told me that it was okay. A year later, i go to my primary care doctor and he got the same result. Immediately, I had to get Xrays done to check my lungs because i had latent (non-contiagous) TB. Had to be on 9 months of medication. Thank god it wasn't contiagous or a lot of people could have gotten it. Don't risk your health to go here.

I've been having some stomach issues lately and they ran a few tests that all came back negative. I'm still having the same issues that have worsened since then and went in to talk to someone about a referral or what I should do next. A nurse pulled me back to a side room and told me all of my tests came back normal. She said if anything were abnormal that they would have called. I asked what to do since I'm experiencing the same symptoms and I'm in a lot of pain, she threw up her hands and said I'd have to make another appointment. Clearly did not want to deal with me. I had a genuine concern about my health and was hoping to get some guidance, apparently not from here. Staff is rude, unprofessional, and they do not care about the health of students. Do not go here if you're worried about your health because they obviously don't want to help you.

Phone "system" is so confusing. The workers are inconsiderate and unprofessional. Update the phone number if you're going to transfer me multiple times and keep my on the line for 30mins. I've wasted so much time.

Terrible service, staff is rude and extremely condescending. They are overpriced and I highly recommend students go to MedExpress. Not only does MedExpress have quick service, they are friendly and relatively priced; unlike student health.

Extremely overpriced and take forever to solve common simple health problems. I highly recommend just going to MedExpress. It'll save you so much time and money, regardless if you're a student.

If I could give no stars I would. They failed to bill my insurance and then blamed it on me, and would not listen to me until I had the insurance company call them. The staff was disrespectful from check in to check out, and the doctor clearly had no clue what was wrong with me, but decided to give me antibiotics without running further tests. Go to an urgent care place instead, save your time, money, and sanity.

I suggest going to see a real doctor instead of going to this place. I had chronic bronchitis and payed $120 for them to tell me they had no idea what was wrong with me. They gave me nasal spray and said I was fine. I knew they were wrong and trusted my gut. I went to see REAL doctors who said I needed to be on bed rest for at least four days.they gave me real medicine and They told me the nasal spray ultimately would have made my bronchitis worse. DO NOT GO HERE.

Awfully unprofessional, unknowledgable, and rude staff. I actually had a nurse tell me that their staff couldn't write me an order for blood work (despite their staff including both an MD and a PA).

My blood pressure, temperature, and flu test were all taken incorrectly. No one that works there really wants to be there or even acts like it. And they treat their patients like they are wasting their time.

So far not very happy. Have a son who has an injury and needs care. Trying to talk about the best path of medicine, but the receptionist is unable to triage appropriately. Does not understand the parameter of FERPA or HIPAA. I'm not asking for information, I am trying to get information about services. Still on hold after requesting to speak with a supervisor or a nurse....its been 10 minutes. What do they just expect me to hang up and give up? Clearly they underestimate a mom who is 6 hours away trying to assist a son!

The entire process was surprisingly time-efficient, despite the fact that other people had checked in a the same time as me. The staff was very friendly and professional. Dr. McMillion was courteous and made the visit much easier than expected. I was never patronized or interrupted. My symptoms were taken very seriously, and he took the time to discuss all possible treatment options with me. Excellent patient care!

They are awful. I clearly had an awful cough and sinus infection. They charged me an insane amount of money for telling me to drink water. I was sick for 2 and a half months before I was able to go home and see a REAL doctor to get the medicine that student health should ve given me initially. DO NOT GO HERE.

Save your time and just go to MedExpress. I Went two times for something I thought it was an ear infection. At student health on both occasions they told me I had a cold and to take Sudafed that they would prescribe. After about six months I went to the ear nose and throat specialist, he recognize the issue in five minutes, and it was not a simple cold. It turned out to be a deviated septum and a very serious infection in my ear Student health either didn t care enough or could not diagnose a simple ear infection. Just go to MedExpress and save yourself time and money!

I am an out of state student and they charged me my normal co-pay then tried to bill me an extra $15 saying I saw a specialist, a nurse practitioner. I would just be careful if you are a student because they will try to charge you extra even though they shouldn't. The doctor would not sign off on the extra charge. Just be careful

Went for an ear problem, received no answers. Had something similar in the past and I told the doctor what worked for me and he said he wouldn't have thought of that and ended up doing nothing. A long wait and $120 dollars to have no answer and no possible way to remedy what was happening. Go somewhere else. Student insurance doesn't help you at this student health.
