Molly Maid has cleaned my house since my arrival in Greenville 6 years ago. This is my first and only experience with Moly Maid or any cleaning service. The maids come on a regular schedule every three weeks which works for me. I have no pets or children. When I needed an adjustment due to guests, the change was easily made. The ladies are polite and unobtrusive. I am not always home when they arrive or leave. If something did not meet expectations (rare), it was fixed quickly and efficiently. The maids keep a list of special areas where attention might be needed. The business owners are very attentive. I am completely satisfied.

They come at the same time, same day each week. The same cleaner comes with an assistant, so I don't have to explain everything new each time. They work diligently and quickly and are very pleasant. They do a great job!

Great service, there have been several instances that the team for route 14 have gone above and beyond. My wife and I have been very pleased with the level of care given to our home.

I have just recently begun utilizing due to becoming overwhelmingly busy and the quality of tidiness at my house deteriorating. Melissa and Angie literally are the greatest thing I have ever invested in. Sweet ladies who do the small things you can never ask or expect of someone cleaning your house. I honestly could sing their praises all day, but ultimately just know, this service is worth every penny.

They charge $150 per visit. They have been to our home twice. Each time there were areas missed or not cleaned well. When we called back, the answer was that they will send someone back, but that never happen. The second time, they missed one room completely and claimed that we told them not clean that room, which simply was not true. They are not thorough enough. I would not recommend this business.

I have been using Molly Maid for over three months to clean our (not so tiny) house. After my wife's recent stint in the hospital, I personally realized cleaning our house was not easy. What a relief for both of us to have that time consuming job done by professionals. Angie and Melissa come every two weeks and do a fantastic job every time. They work as a team and are super quick and thorough. They are hard workers: after the first cleaning session I asked for them to be our cleaners! Thanks Melissa and Angie!

I am very pleased with the cleaning service provided by Molly Maid. I usually leave the house on my scheduled day and feel secure that I can trust the two girls that have been our regulars since moving here. We had a cleaning service previously in Michigan and I would say they have been comparable. Most thankful for the attention paid to walk in shower and bathroom. Recently had hip surgery and was unable to bend and reach to do normal chores, so having a reliable cleaning service has been greatly appreciated.

Just this week upon entering our house our grandson commented, "Grandma, your house is so clean!" Thought that would have made our girls smile since it is visibly noticeable when you walk in the door that the floors are shining and counters bright.

Only suggestions I might offer that our Michigan company provided were specials at additional cost for extra services. Examples might be oven cleaning, moving furniture to vacuum under sofas or beds, turning cushions on upholstered furniture, kitchen and bathroom cabinet polishing, etc. These might be once or twice a year services.

On the whole, we are very appreciative for the job you do and marvel at timely fashion in which you perform!

Diana has done a wonderful job of cleaning our home since her first time. We enjoy her professionalism and promptness in arriving and taking care of everything.

I used Molly maids for the first time today. I have always done all of my cleaning myself because I am very particular and keep my house quite clean. I was skeptical but i received a gift certificate for Molly maids and didn't want it to go to waste....I am so impressed. Kim and Barbara were absolutely amazing. They were so accommodating and flexible.

I didn't need or want a normal house cleaning, I had specific rooms I wanted deep cleaned, areas that didn't need much if anything, areas that needed to be done first, and last but not least cats and dogs following them around. They helped me prioritize in bas on the time frame for the gift certificate without sacrificing quality and attention to detail. They did everything I wanted and more all with a smile. I am so pleased and will definitely use them again in the future.

very disappointed with cleaning, 150.00 dollars for a half ass cleaning, which after the fact they dont touch walls, doors, ceilings, tv, stairwell certain applinances, fixtures, clocks etc, etc. but they did vaccum. would like to give no star if I could, but have to give one star just to post

We've been using Molly Maid for a couple of years now. The girls do a very good job. They come in and get right down to it. And it is nice that they work very well together. Let them know your needs and they take care of them!

We are very pleased with Barbara and Kim and all their hard work in our home. They were so kind to our family and did such an amazing job. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends!!! My bathroom has never looked so clean!!! So thankful for these ladies and their hardwork!

First time having Molly Maids...had Alicia and Sheila-Route14...very pleased with the service. So glad I called them!

LIARS!!! Extremely disappointed in the cleaning & customer service! I have used them a few times before, and one time they did so well i was impressed, but all the other times i was not to say the least. This past week i asked them to come to and focus on my bathrooms only the rest of my house was clean, i dont think they touched the bathrooms. They moved some pictures around lifted the blinds, moved some stuff around in my daughters bedroom moved counter stuff around in kitchen..none of what i asked them to do. On top of all that, they LIED about how long they were there..they said they were there for 2.8 hours, i left my house at 12:38 was back at 2:24..& i did NOT pass them on the way home. I called once i seen how much theu billed me for and the man was so RUDE!! They did a crap job, but didnt mind taking the tip i left them on the table. I will NEVER use them again.

Love having a clean house without all the work or loss of my own time. The women that do my house are fantastic and I like having a consistent lead. Carolyn is the best! She always remembers the little things and ensures the other folks are meeting a high standard too. They are in and out quickly, but the clean is thorough. Love it!!!!

Great company. We tried 2 other cleaning companies before we found Molly Maid. We have the same 2 girls every time & that makes a huge difference in the quality of their work. They also have enough personnel to fill in if someone gets sick.

I have been a customer of Molly Maid for 10 years, and I enjoy the freedom from having to dust and mop my 2700 sq ft home every week. Great job Dorothy & Vinl.

My floors were swept and swiffered but many areas weren t even touched. I specifically asked for baseboards and cabinets to be wiped but after coming home I ended up doing all of that myself at 31w pregnant. Shelves in shower weren t even wiped.. cleaning after the cleaning lady is not a good thing!

We appreciate the help that our Molly Maids friends give to us. They do the cleaning so that we can concentrate on preparing for our guests or playing with our grandchildren! Carolyn and her teammates have been responsible, conscientious, hard working, timely, trustworthy, and friendly, and we appreciate that they have been flexible when we have needed to change the dates. Barbara and Kim are fantastic. They did a SUPER JOB of cleaning my mother's apt. which had not been thoroughly cleaned in awhile.

Both of them went out of their way to ensure that I was satisfied with the job. As a matter of fact, they politely insisted that I check behind them. This is the type of behavior that will make me return to this business.

It is of worthy note that I use one of their competitors in NC. However, because of the care and treatment I received here, I intend to try Molly Maids in North Carolina.

I want to add that their professionalism, respect, customer service and sense of humor were "icing on the cake" . Likewise, Ashley who set up my appt. was outstanding as well. When I advised her that I was running approximately fifty minutes late, she went out of her way to accommodate me.

It was quick, well done and the ladies (Mindy and Danielle) we re friendly, respectful and professional. The cleaning was reasonably priced for the work they did.

Very Disappointed in their customer service as well as the cleaning. We were told that it would be cleaned from ceiling to floor each time. That was not the case. I called several times and complained about the floors as well as the dust on my wall decor. I would get better for a couple of times and then go right back. They seem to be on a time limit and hurry to get through so they can get to the next house. I had stopped the service for a few weeks due to the fact we were remodeling a bathroom and when I called for them to put us back on the schedule I was told I would have to pay the Initial cleaning fee again to restart because they haven't been there. I told them they could forget it and that I would find someone new to do the job. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

Molly Maid does an excellent job keeping our house clean. Our cleaners DJ and Caroline work hard to make sure that we come home to a fresh and clean home. Love the extra touches like picking up our kids rooms and making their beds!

I just bought a house , and called Molly maids to have my house cleaned before we moved anytning in. So the house was completely empty. They came out and did the basic things to try and get by. They swept , and sprayed air freshener. The cabinets in the kitchen hadn't been touched , baseboards hadn't been touched. It was terrible. I called to complain . They had the girls come out again the next day , and once again they did NOTHING! Let's just say 165$ went down the drain. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone !

Not the best place to work. I see why people quit after working here. Everyone's kind of dirty and you have to get in where you fit in. I don't like mistreating or taking advantage of anyone. I put in my notice, was one of the best cleaners and it wasn't good enough. Not only that, my last pay check was not paid on Friday. Was told it would be mailed Monday and "I may get it Tuesday or Wednesday". I worked long and hard and should be paid on payday, just like everyone else. Just pay attention....

Absolutely terrible-they came out 3-4 times over 2 months before we stopped our service with them. Inconsistent service, different crews almost every time. Always missed/forgot to do what they said they would do. Even basics like cleaning under the shower caddy, not even moving it to the side to clean underneath, not vacuuming stairs, taking no more than 40-45 minutes to do a 3300 sq ft house because it was close to the weekend and "we have the afternoon off." Rushing to finish, and could not wait to get out without any real care to do their job professionally and diligently. You can tell the crews that come out do not care to do a good job, and are just happy to get their paycheck and do the bare minimum. Would not recommend, would definitely not use again, and funny enough, their quotes are actually higher than plenty of other companies that do at least the same if not a more decent job.

You guys always do a great job for us. We ve been using your service for months and have been very pleased. Carolyn & DJ cleaned for us this past Friday and they did an amazing job-truly the best clean we ve had from y all yet! Keep up the good work ladies!

I'm tired of calling this particular branch about key areas of my house not being cleaned every other visit. And those are just the times I DECIDED to call. On 5-6 occasions I've had to call about the crew not cleaning well. I come home and the tub and shower haven't been touched, but they never forget to pick up the check on table. First time with this company and last. I wouldn't recommend them for anything.

At first I thought I had a neglectful crew, and requested another, after cancelling and giving them a second chance. But, looks like the entire branch is worthless. Again, I've had to call about them not cleaning well over 5 times. I'll be asking for my money back and cancelling service. I should have checked their rating beforehand. Off to a 4-star rated company.

Over priced for the little service they give. I have 1 bedroom apt they wanted to charge me $150 just to dust and clean the bathroom and wash knobs...when there are other services that offer a lot more. Make up beds, change sheets, clean the kitchen, mop, sweep dust, and more. They charge less

We love Molly Maids of Greenville! Its nice to be able to trust people to come into your home and do a great job cleaning! The teams we have had in our home have been very pleasant and thorough. Very affordable too. Would recommend to anyone!

I began getting Molly Maid service in 2016. They came at a time that I really needed assistance. The team does all the cleaning that I am unable to do. The kitchen cabinets and counters, bathrooms including glass shower doors, changing bed linens, vacuuming after dusting blinds, baseboard and crown molding, then mopping, cleaning the glass in doors and polishing doorknobs. Now in 2018 I am in much better health. Molly Maids do such a fantastic job that I've decided to use my time in other ways! The team has stuck with me and are a welcome sight! MM day is always a good day!
