Got a chicken fillet role, no fillings were available to put in it, I was still charged full price 4.70 for chicken fillet and a roll. she threw it together and put too Much mayo on it. So much for customer service, I was raging about the price!

Airport convenient store with hot and cold food, flowers, gifts cards. If you need to do get fresh food after your journey even at night will be open.

I bought a cup of coffee to break a 20 for the bus (an awful cup of coffee). I asked the disinterested blond guy at the till for loose change but said "till is closed" and sharply dismissed me.
The customer behind me was paying in cash and I asked "when he pays, can you please give me change?" He ignored me.
The till opened...and closed, and he continued to ignore me as I stood by the till.
I asked the guy at the deli and told me to ask the guy at the till. When I said he's refused, the deli guy didn't help either. Thankfully a very kind lady overheard me and changed my note.
Unhelpful and awful experience. The staff have never heard of "customer service". Will never go back.
Hello was in Dublin Airport last night after a fight from Poland when I bought a sandwich. Unfortunately there was a fly inside it stuck to the cheese. I have a picture but can t put it up here. Disgusting
Great place to grab food, drinks, newspapers just before entering departures or when you are returning home and need to fuel up for the trek home. I like their freshly made rolls , baps and wraps!
Couldn't get a gift through T2 airport security screening that had made it through 4 other airports. Surprisingly, T2 had no means to mail anything. I went to T1, found a shipping envelope (thank you!), but no stamps. Finally found "Wrights Food Fayre" and asked if they had stamps. Normally yes, but they were out, but were expecting some to arrive at sometime. I had to catch a flight and asked if I prepaid the postage, would he kindly drop it in the mailbox. I figured it was a crapshoot my son would receive the parcel... the gift. Less than a week later, the parcel arrived from Dublin. All I can say is Thank you!! Super honest. They get 6 stars from me.
Absolutely disgusting, coming back from hols looking forward to have a box of chicken wings for my long busdrive home.... paying 3.60 for raw wings.... if I'm getting sick tonight, I know who to blame.....
Nearly everything is out of date there... Avoid if you dont want food poisoning.

Got served by a young gentleman this afternoon in the deli. He made me a delicious sandwich and I also got Fab wedges. He was very courteous to everyone. The young man at the checkout was great also and offered me a bag to carry my food. Well done wrights Dublin airport

Got scammed by this shop!!! They sold me a sim card that was already used and lasted only 9 days instead of 30. I got stucked in Dublin without Internet. Went back to the shop but it didn't help.
This shop from it's faulty coffee machine and unhelpful staff and rip off prices are reason enough to avoid at all costs.
The man who works there is totally impolite and rude with clients. He doesn t know anything about customer service.

Stay away from these thieves, overpriced everything purely for the purpose of ripping off tourists.
Dirty & messy. Both shop and seating area could do with a good clean (tables not cleared or wiped down). Put me off buying food. Shop not busy, so no reason why it couldn t be cleaned. 2 staff members behind the counter on their mobile phones.
