Nothing but rude. Not just giving them the review because they are a debt collector, but because they were short, rude, and very pushy. This happened while I was trying to give them my money!! Guess they can wait a little longer.
Horrible & unprofessional buisness! Answers the company phone like a personal phone, no greetings of the company. I thought I called the wrong number but I guess it's this unorganized company. I need to file a complaint on the whole company and the workers.
Very rude an unprofessional.... Tried to explain that I was no longer on lease even agreed that they had the contract stating I had been removed yet continue to call an demand I set up arraignment for a debt that isn't mine....
I am a property manager. I had renters who left owing money and who completely trashed the house. They moved within miles of Columbia, MO. My initial contact with the company was very encouraging. I spent hours filling out forms, printing pictures, transcribing conversations mailed it all, received confirmation and never heard another word. Eventually I called the man I had originally spoken to and he said if I inquired again, my account would be closed. That was more than 2 years ago. Perhaps 6 months ago someone from the company called and asked if I had opened an account with them. He said he would check into it and get back to me. Of course, I have heard nothing further.

I have a credit card through a local bank that got hacked and over $1000 was put on my car not for me so I was sent to Shaffer and Associates And instead of them investigating with the email that was left from the person who hacked me they are the Marin I pay $1148. I refuse to pay because I did not make those purchases. And they do not work with you plus they threaten to take and garnish my Social Security check.

Conpleatly rude, unwilling to have a conversation. Garnished my wages AFTER I began payments, 2 people on lease REFUSES to go after other tenant, even tho I moved prior to other tenant and if NATHAN is the one with your case your screwed before you even know a garnishment is coming. 10 years later and they are still taking $ from my children.

On the side of anyone that has been burnt of given damage by someone that they thought was a good person and found out differently.
