Beautiful experience! The help and support of the staff was amazing!!! Specially my best helper my stylist GABY!!! Got me out of my comfort zone and I LOVE IT!!!!

Good service although for the taylor you have to wait wayy too much if a bride is getting a fit. There s always lots of people so it must be a good place. I only went once.

My helper of the day was Julissa and I absolutely loved my experience. Julissa was amazing, very helpful and made my experience getting the right dress special and memorable.
I am so greatfull.

The best experience ever. My Mother and I went to many bridal stores, however David's bridal surpassed our expectations. The staff at this location were warm and friendly. Especially our sale rep / stylist.... Saoires. She was the best. The way she exercised patience and her kind and encouraging words. We were very happy to have gotten a talented, enthusiastic and knowledgeable stylist as Saoirse. She made our experience a memorable one.
I would give 10 stars.....

Our experience today with Julissa at David s Bridal at the Sawgrass Mall was the best. Extremely professional, exceeded all expectations, and a personality that will make u want to take her every where as your personal stylist.

Mirna was amazing!! She did the sewing fitting and the pick up. Excellent work!

I went to David s Bridal today with 5 family members who joined me. We had a GREAT experience with Julissa my stylist!! I cannot thank her enough for making this day so special for me. She was honest and most importantly FUN! I went in there with 5 styles I had chosen online, after trying on all those and not finding what I really liked she told me to trust her and brought me two dresses she picked. Man, I ended up being torn between the two, she knew exactly what I really wanted! We ended up saying yes to the dress, the shapeware, the veil and a headpiece. My mom, my aunt and my grandma were able to get their dresses too! Thank you, thank you, thank you for a great experience and an awesome dress!

UPDATE: Thank god Julissa was adamant about seeing me every other month for a fitting with my dress. I saw her maybe 3 times after I bought my dress. Although it was a beautiful dress, there was just something about it that I was so uncomfortable. Every time I came in I liked it less and less. Until finally, Julissa noticed that I didn't love it. She had me and my mom roam around the store and look at other dresses. There was a new dress that had just come in that was everything I had been looking for from the start. I was able to exchange my dress because I had not done any alterations. and I LOVE my new dress!

Also - I went to the DB in pines for a girlfriend of mine getting married. She didn't get nearly the same experience I got at the one in Sunrise. I felt bad for my friend because it wasn't a fun bridal experience. So, if you are considering making an appointment, go to Sunrise!

Julissa was my consultant. She was absolutely wonderful! She didn t follow me around nor pressure me. She went to switch sizes for me and pulled dresses she thought I d like. I didn t even have to tell her a budget she knew I was looking to stay at a low price point and helped SO much. I couldn t have asked for a better experience.

Please go see my girl for all your bridal needs. She's amazing and takes her time to make you feel so beautiful. Thanks Saoirse.

My stylist was Hanna, she was very pleasant and patient with me . Her taste is exquisite. It was a beautiful day. I am very happy!

It started out great. I called the week before and set up an appointment. I was told to look at the open dresses on the floor and see what I like. The consultant Rachel came over and started to help me. She asked me about my dress and pant size and I told her. I told her I have a larger top and a small waist, so I usually go up a size in dresses to accommodate.

Three dresses in and then it happened. I suppose it took 3 dresses for her to realize that what I said about the small waist larger top was true because next came the comment NO BRIDE WANTS TO HEAR.

As she is zipping me up and reaches the last inch of zipper that will not clasp, she says, "If you would just lose 5 to 10 lbs then you'd be a 12". I tried to ignore it and kept going with my dresses. THEN when my mother asked about the Vera Wang dresses, Rachel said that they are too modern for me (the bride). Apparently she did not want to make ANY sale that day, because if she did, she wouldn't have said any of the above.
Needless to say, NOTHING WAS PURCHASED THERE.

The ladies at the Pembroke Pines location are 100% nicer.

Teo was so helpful during my alteration fittings. She handled my anxiety and numerous questions with such kindness and expertise. She quickly put me at ease and made me feel special, like we were friends. She also ensured that my dress was perfect!!! I m so grateful for Teo

I went here to pick out a dress for my cousins wedding and I would of never of found the perfect dress if it wasn't JULISSA she was the most incredible and smart stylist and knew exactly what I needed and wanted. she fit me for the undergarments and the dress. I've never had a more perfect and professional experience with shopping for a dress. Thank you so much JULISSA!!!!!!!!!!!

We got to our appointment on time and were directed to look at some dresses before someone would help us. We waited until 45 min later for someone to come and she apologized for the wait as she was with another client. So I started showing her dresses that I had liked from the website and then she gets called to the front desk for another 15 min. Finally I begin to try on dresses but she kept saying oh I was supposed to get you a slip for this dress It okay , oh I meant to get something else for you . I just felt like the whole experience was rushed and unprofessional compared to the other bridal shops I ve been to.

Had a great time here. Was served by a lovely girl called saoirse. She was very honest and knew best what suited me. She was very friendly and made the whole experience very enjoyable.

There seems to be a lack of customer service since there is no longer any other large, in-store competitors in South Florida.

I was there today and Clare was wonderful to work with. So nice and professional, and very helpful. I am very indecisive and she was patient, helping me try dresses multiple times. They had a nice selection of styles and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a bridal or any type of upscale dress.

Julisa made my dress shopping experience very special. She was fun, friendly, and talented at what she does. It was a stress free and joyful day, and I left with a beautiful dress in my budget! My mom also found the perfect mother of the bride dress! Great prices, great staff, and highly recommended!

I loved my experience today, the stylist Julissa was AMAZING!!!! She made my bridesmaids and I laugh, she made me feel 100% comfortable, personality is great!, she was down to earth and you can tell she knows what she is doing and has been doing it for a while. She listened to my wants, and catered to both my wants and needs. I will definitely recommend her to anyone I know that will come to this location. The other staff was great, but Julissa made finding the perfect wedding dress a breeze! Btw, I said YES to the dress!!!

I found my dream dress thanks to ms.diane she was so sweet and patient with me. dress after dress I thought I would be leaving davids bridal unaccomplished but ms diane was determined that she would help me find the dress I was looking for and she didn't give up and didn't let me give up either i am so thankful she was there to help me that day I cant thank her enough Ms diane thank you so much fairy God mother

Horrible customer service. They were more talking themselves then assisting. Macy's, Dillards or maybe JCPenny would give better service.

I spent 3 hours hanging out with my stylist J and found my dress, Lady of Honour dress and the flower girl dress. Very courteous and knowledgeable employees. Highly recommended.

The dresses were nice and the people that work there are great! They have all the patience in the world. They can serve multiple people at one time. It was a pleasure being there today helping a friend look for her wedding dress.

Julissa was amazing from start to finish. She was so personable and listened to what I wanted and the ideas that I had. She did not want me to have to carry anything or get anything. She took the time to pick beautiful gowns to try to see what styles for best along with the accessories that make it pop. I appreciate all of her hard work and I will be back to see her.

This was my first time trying on dresses and the experience was great! Ana my consultant knew what she was doing and knew what dresses would look best on me! I cant wait to make another appointment and find the perfect dress!

My bridal assistant was Hannah and she was perfect. She was extremely patient. She as the perfect blend of here s what you need and exploration. She wasn t pushy and was willing to go the extra mile to help meet my expectations. As in she was willing to call around when the dress I wanted wasn t available there. Would recommend this store and Hannah!

I walked in and i was a bit intimidated since i was only going to browse for a dress and the manager on duty made me feel comfortable with her snobbish demeanor. Fortunately, isabella and a few other young ladies made me feel like a million bucks. Isabella was honest and very helpful and she was able to pick out a dress that best suited me not her commission. She was so friendly, sweet and im glad she was there because i wouldn't of gotten the help i did if it wasnt for her! Also, Charmaine helped me so much because i didn't know what size i was and she made it easier for me to fit in dresses by measuring me properly.

Jen was AMAZING! She helped find just the right fit, style, and price. She gave excellent advice and direction for bride and party. Thank you!!!

I went to 2 other David's bridal' in south Florida before I got to this one, & what a game changer!! The service was impeccable, not just to me, but to the family members I came with as well. I wish I remembered my ladies name, she was very knowledgeable, understood just what I liked & was extremely patient with me. The variety on the sales racks are much more vast in this DB than the 2 other I went to, helps if you're on a budget, as I was & had PLENTY of dresses that I loved, to try on. The great customer service really makes a difference when looking for a wedding dress, & this store made all the difference.

The day I enter David Bridal was one of the best day, Cynthia And the Jamaica manager real make this day special with all the dress I try on to final make that 10 decision and I found the dress I want. At the first visit I was told by a alternator that to have my dress fit my body it will cost me $175 they set up the appointment when I went ba k to the appointment on Tuesday was was told I have to pay $250 to alter my dress. This is not good service you can t give someone a price and when return another price, if why family and friends was not where I will return the dress and the person at the time was so rude about the situation. I give 5 star to cynthia and manager but I give 2 star for the follow up appt withe alternation, if this incident never happen it would have been a 5 experience for me.

Ana was AWESOME!! Came in looking for a specific dress in a specific color and I needed it ASAP! Ana was so patient, so helpful, and she made it happen!! I would give her more than 5 stars if I could! Thank you thank you thank you! :)

Very disappointed at this location this is the second location that I am writing a review about this location has failed to contact one of the Bridesmaids do come pick up their dress the Tampa location is the one that is calling to let us know that their dresses are in but nobody's contacting our bridesmaids for our wedding and I'm very disappointed I do not recommend this place to anybody two locations out of 3 is not a good odd for my opinion

I went to davids bridal on sunrise (sawgrass)and was attended by Melissa. She was so personable and picked out wedding dresses fitted to my body. I would go back to see her again!

My experience at David's Bridal has been nice before because I have always been the bridesmaid in any of family or friends' weddings, but now its my turn. I know about the verbiage for dresses but not so much on detail and how something would fit until my Rep. Ana Leshaw helped through my whole experience. She was awesome, down to earth and very sweet. Found an amazing prom dress. Worked with Any and couldn't have been happier. The staff was so friendly and helpful and a great selection.

I went to David's bridal to just try on dress styles and I ended up finding my dress 7 months before my wedding date. I recently got a fitting and it was amazing. I know people love shopping online but actually going to a place and trying things on an is a very important part of the process for the big day. I truly enjoyed my visit and will be sending others there as well.

This was my first trip to try on wedding dresses and I can honestly say that I got great service and honest opinions from Cara B. She s the sweetest and made the whole experience so awesome ! Although I didn t find THE dress, I left feeling confident with the style that I found and liked. David s bridal did not disappoint. I will be back ! -Liz

The personnel is always very courteous and helpful. They really helped a lot finding the right dress for my bridesmaids. The only downside is that they didn t have many samples of different dresses, some of them because they were only available online . I think the stores should have also samples of those dresses, even if they can t sell them onsite. Another suggestion is that I would prefer if they enable SMS promotions notifications since our emails are so full of so much advertising that I really ignore now everything that goes to my email.

Charmiane was great with my alterations, the dress fits like a glove. She explained everything to my MOH to get us ready for the day. Thank you for making the alterations process easy and painless.

It was my first time shopping for a wedding dress, and this place delivered! I had no idea what type of dress or color would look good on me. Then I met my miracle worker, Julissa. She and I walked around, and I showed her some of the dresses I liked. She was so reassuring and confident that I took that confidence with me. I was there for almost 2hours and tried on many dresses. I chnged my thoughts and she adjusted the dresses to what I liked and disliked. This woman knows her stuff!!!! I found my dress!!!! I do not think I would have had such a positive bridal experience without Julissa. I am thrilled beyond belief with the eperience!

This was a little over a month ago now (I feel so bad, but hey, better late than never!) I had Diane Richardson help me with my dress choices, and although I found my dress elsewhere, this woman did a phenomenal job and she was such a pleasure to work with! Diane was SO helpful and super sweet. She really listened to what I liked, too! I really appreciated that. It was really a difficult choice. I was so torn between three dresses throughout my search. Needless to say, if you re going to shop at David s Bridal, Diane is your go-to girl!

Ana was awesome and very helpful we will definitely come back for all of our bridal needs!

If you re getting your dressed alternated, I would definitely recommend Zehava, she is fantastic! She has very neat work and helped me with some last minute fixing.

Nice veils and bridesmaids dresses at good prices. I don t like that the workers didn t help you into your dress due to covid-we all wear masks and other stores still helped me into them recently. Also the dresses need more built in support like cups, other shops have this around the same price as these dresses.

I'm not usually a David's bridal fan. Reason being that they book two brides to a consultant. When I went this past weekend, I was very lucky that I got the consultant to myself. Her name was Robyn and she's in the Pembroke Pines location. She was amazing. Really helpful and honest. I ended up not purchasing anything because we moved our wedding date back but I plan to go see her again. Hoping that I get lucky again and get her to myself. I just feel that a bride deserves that one on one care. If David's bridal did that I would of given them 5 stars. I know that got a lot of brides and that's why they do it but I think they need to change their model and focus more on the brides.

Cara was awesome .. She walked us through our process with every dress and every size. She has the caring mentality that any sale person needs. She wasn t pushy to get us to buy anything and that gave us a sense of security . We ended up purchasing three dress and left happy thank you Cara ..

The ladies in DB s alterations are fabulous! Yasmin took my measurements and did my fitting and we had a great time actually! She was very friendly and highly skilled. Charmaine was present when I picked up the dress some weeks later...another gem! So pleasant and helpful. Excellent customer service...the dress was also perfectly tailored. Wish I could give 10 stars.

Isabella was very nice and helpful. She was very funny too and she loves her job. I really enjoyed my first time bridal browsing.

Such a lovely experience from beginning to end. All of the employees were very helpful, but Jodi took the cake. She is so helpful!! She made the whole experience stress free. I procrastinated on buying my bridesmaid dress and she assured me everything would be fine. She ordered my dress in the color and size I needed and waived the rush delivery fee. She was so kind and funny the whole time. Really made the whole experience worth while.

This place isn't horrible, but it also isn't the best. I was browsing their website to look at prom dresses and really liked their selection. However, when I was in the store, I didn't see any of the dresses online. Granted, that was my fault, but I was expecting more. Their section for prom dresses was small, to the point where I ended up looking at bridesmaid dresses. No appointment is necessary. I went in on a Saturday afternoon and there was almost no one there. The girl who helped me was quiet and not the most helpful. My review may not be helpful to those looking for wedding dresses, but for those looking for prom dresses, I would suggest looking somewhere else.

I absolutely had THE BEST consultant ever!!! Alli was amazing and made the whole experience really fun. I can t wait to go to my comeback appointment and make my final choice on the dress of my dreams!!

Teo was amazing. Got my alterations done flawlessly so I could have it in time to take my dress with me to Jamaica.

Had to use my Fiance's google account to type this review. But I cannot go without doing so. I had the pleasure of working with stylist Diane today on picking my wedding dress. My wedding is a year and some change out so originally I was there to browse and see what dresses David's Bridal had to offer. Diane took the chance to get to know me and analyze what I wanted. She was so patient and so kind and ensured that I received the entire " SAY YES TO THE DRESS" experience. The selection of dresses at this location is phenomenal and so well organized. From the time you walked in the door to the time you say Yes and get to ring the bell, the service is EXCELLENT. Diane along with Yolanda made the hardest step of wedding planning totally enjoyable and amazing. If you are looking for a wedding dress or just an elegant dress in general this is the place to go.
