North Bridge Staffing Group Review

Avoid North Bridge Staffing and more importantly Rachael Shoener. Met her in person then it took 3 days to forward me a job description which she supposed send me right after the intake interview.

Individual does not need to have recruiting background. Traits - quick learner, outgoing, and organized.
Length: 2 6 months
Hours: 830a-5p 37.5 hours per week
Start Date: ASAP after interviews

North Bridge has been very regular about contacting me for work since I signed on 3 months ago. Sometimes I hear from a different recruiter there each week, but they have offered me many assignments. They've been able to find me more per hour than other staffing agencies so far. Keep up the good work!

My experience with North Bridge was both positive and successful! When I inquired about North Bridge they were very quick to respond and provided me with helpful information on how to proceed. I first met with Allison who was so great with going over my resume and asking what I was looking for so they can find a suitable fit. Shortly after, I was contacted by another recruiter, Jill, to set up an interview for a possible three month assignment. North Bridge provided me very useful tips to prepare for the interview. Thanks to North Bridge that temp assignment has now become full time in an environment I've always dreamed of working at! During my assignment my recruiter Jill and North Bridge staff remained helpful and communicative when I had any questions, concerns, etc. They are a great agency to work with and I would absolutely recommend them.

WOW! I feel so lucky to have been assigned to my company by North Bridge. Here s how it all went down: I applied via LinkedIn and was contacted via phone. The North Bridge representative explained in great detail what her role was and why she was contacting me. I immediately felt comfortable with the company and scheduled a preliminary interview at the North Bridge location. The interview went unbelievably well, my recruiter was an amazing communicator and all my nerves flew out the door as soon as we started talking. Apparently, I had the skill set that matched what the hiring company was looking for and they decided on having me in for an official interview. The great part is, I had an advantage because I had my recruiter from North Bridge to help prepare me for the interview. My official interview went flawlessly, and I truly have my recruiter at North Bridge to thank for that. I feel so lucky to have gotten a job that I could only dream about, and if it wasn't for North Bridge, I wouldn't be where I am today. THANK YOU NORTH BRIDGE! This place has made me feel very uncomfortable. It seems like they re up to something. Northbridge staffing is a SCAM and I really do hope this staffing agency doesn t use my information for any reason.

Worst temp agency EVER! They didn't help me find anything at ALL! I stuck with them for far too long!

I was referred to North Bridge by a friend, among some other agencies, but North Bridge was the only one to deliver. I went in for a quick interview to provide some general information and detail my wants and needs. I was called within a few weeks with an opportunity. That temporary position has now turned into a permanent one and I am very grateful for everyone at North Bridge's assistance during my assignment.

Great place. Karli reached out to me and within a week I had a job at a very reputable and impressive firm in Chicago. Very professional and helpful with all stages of the job hunt. She continued to email me other potential job options besides the one I was interviewing for She made me feel very valued!

I was rushed by my recruiter to quit my job bc she said the employer she was trying to set me up with wanted me to start ASAP, without me being able to give a 2 week notice. If I did not work with another recruiting agency that was actually able to help me find a wonderful job with a great company, I would have been out of a job due to the poor advice and hope I was given through North Bridge Staffing.

ADVICE TO ANYONE THINKING OF SEEKING EMPLOYMENT THROUGH THEM: Make sure you're not only working with them bc most likely you will be let down.

The thing that really puts North Bridge so far ahead of the competion is the fact that they don't just throw you into any job they can find. They find a job that is a great fit for you and for the company.

My recruiter, Gina, was amazing. It took a few months to find the perfect fit but she did it! She was phenominal. She never sent me to jobs that weren't a good fit, even when I was desparate for work and probably would have taken anything! She took the time to get to know me and knew what would be good for me long-term. I got a bit discouraged but she never did. In the end, I was placed at a job that is a better fit for me than I could have ever hoped for and am being paid a salary that is my higest salary to date. I remember the excitement in her voice the day she caled me about the job. She knew that it was the perfect fit for me and it turns out she was right!

Thank you North Bridge and thank you Gina. To anyone contemplating using their services, I recommend them over all of the competition. (And I did talk to all of the competition).

Liars!!! I interviewed with Karli on Friday. I was told the company s position was available & the hiring connect was out of the office until Monday & she would be in touch to start this week.

I emailed Karli on Monday, to find out she was out of the office. When I emailed to find out status of job, she then tells me the position had been filled.

She said nothing about being out of the office, and told me that she would submit my resume to company on Monday, so how all of a sudden the position of filled.

If I could give zero stars, I would.

The staff is very considerate and effective. I applied for one position, and I was presented several other matching opportunities as well. My temporary position has been an excellent match. Their payments are secure and dependable, and when I have questions, I receive timely, clear, and concise answers. I greatly appreciate the company.

I've had such great, positive experiences with North Bridge Staffing - their team is friendly, professional and dynamic, and they truly listen to my requirements regarding the types of assignments I require.
