Worth Harley-Davidson Review

I have purchased 3 new Harley's since 2008, and when my 4th purchase comes, it will be from Worth also. I've also been a Hog Chapter member since. I don't get much time to share in the fun, due to my work, but I plan on joining in on the fun when I can. Proud Charter Member of Kansas City Northland Chapter.

Purchased two bikes. Fantastic H.O.G. chapter. Very supportive and friendly. Laid back sales staff. Will do whatever it takes to take care of you and you bike.

We have bought all our bikes along with parts, and most of our HD clothing has came from Worth. Steve Jackson is the BEST!! All the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Worth HD

Friendly people, they have what you need, even somethin' really good fer dinner. Don't you dare miss it.

Love this dealership . Reed was very good at helping me make my purchase. Very knowledgeable about all my concerns and eager to make the bike work to fit my budget but at the same time letting me make my own decisions and not being over pushy.

Always had good service here. Bought bike, extended warranty and prepaid maintance. Had an issue with an item not covered by EW or PPM. Derrick took care of it. Thanks so much. Will definitely do all my purchasing from here.

Great staff. The managers are all great. The service department is nice too. Some mechanics are more gifted than others. The tall older mechanic is probably the best. I had a wiring question that was way over the head of some of the younger guys. Seems like they are better with just servicing things.
The parts department staff is just remarkable. So is the clothing area staff. They also have great events and great HOG programs. Overall the place is outstanding. They will work with you.

Probably the nicest Harley Davidson dealership I've ever seen. The people at the guys at the parts counter were awesome.

Just bought a 2020 Ultra Limited, the staff was friendly and had a great wealth of knowledge about the bike.

Everyone that I dealt with ( Finance, Service, and the Managers ) were all top notch.

Have purchased 2 bikes from Worth HD. They are easy to deal with and gave me a great trade in. The Northland HOG chapter is the greatest. Come on out and join the fun on the numerous rides the chapter offers each month. It's a great way to meet fellow riders.

This is our favorite place to hang out! We are always greeted like we are family. There is always something fun going on, Thursday bike night is our favorite! Chelsea in Motor clothes is wonderful! I always go to her, She knows my style and always has something new for me to try!

I had the pleasure of being with my son as he purchased his first Harley. Luke was with him (us) for the entire time answering questions and even suggesting classes for riding. He was patient and always willing to answer questions.

We have now purchased 4 bikes from Worth and will never shop elsewhere. Outstanding service by the sales staff both before and after the sale. Everyone is incredibly friendly and makes you feel like family. My wife and I are both Veterans and Worth goes above and beyond to take care of military. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time shopping around. Go see Paul Panos and see for yourself.

I've bought 2 bikes from these guys. Love my heritage its won 2 trophies in bike shows so far since the beginning of this year. The hog chapter always has decent rides going on and they help with parking at bike night. They throw together a new member rides and dinners. Check them out

Never had an experience here like I did at Gail's, but there are these 2 motorclothes girls who are always super helpful and go out of their way and out of their department if need be to answer whatever goofy question I have. That's great customer service which I appreciate

Was looking at used bikes from the Worth web page and spotted this '18 road king and knew instantly it was the one ...asked if it was still available and got a call the next day . Went in on a Sat. was greeted at the door and was shown the bike and the rest is history ...truly LOVE this bike it was everything i was looking for. The team at Worth were very professional at every level. Highly recommend them

Bad customer service :/ No I don't have a Harley and no I don't look like I should have one, lol. However, I don't think that should effect whether or not someone greets me or asks me if I need help finding anything. I'm obviously out of my element, which means I need more help. I asked two girls who worked there (who were in the middle of conversation) where a gas cap would be and they looked at my rudely and POINTED me over to parts and then started their convo up again.

I went to just look at bikes. Found one I liked and Mary was extremely pleasant and not pushy. Then the dreaded trip back to talk to the finance guy. His name is Sal. What a super nice energetic and genuinely good guy. I like talking to finance people as much as I like seeing the dentist. Sal was so unexpectedly friendly and transparent. I will be a customer for life if their service department is also this good. If it's not obvious, I'm now a Harley owner and I couldn't have asked for better people to have made that happen.

A go to place for parts and such. Best bike nite in town.

I love how up beat the environment is and how everyone ensures that you leave with what you want. Paul Panos is very motivated and enthusiastic and always has a smile on his face. That's a great worker.

Great place no pressure sales & great people they really treat you like your one of the family ,I bought my 04 roadking from them &I will be purchasing another model Harley hopefully soon from them ,excellent customer service

This is how my wife and I felt when we showed up at WORTH H-D..... The sales people who met us as we were strolling through the "pre-owned" bikes were seriously great listeners and aware! What I should say is ..... they were there on standby, let us know they were here to help "if" we had any questions. Then let it at that.
Now, IDK if you really understand how welcoming that is unless ( hypothetically speaking- you had just left another H-D dealership not to mention any names.. East Side of KC) being asked by not 1 but F I V E different sales people literally 5-10 x's each (what can I do to get you into 'it' today!?!?-- kind of nonsense) Following me to the merch dept, the vending machines, the parking lot where my bike is parked....... STILL just push push push.

I don't work like that.

Then you'd have a REAL understanding how refreshing these folks are up North here. Also they always have an amazing selection and quantity of merch in house! My wife and I were able to "shop" in peace, made it out to the little concession for burger, fries coke and a beer for my little lady. Hands down

Best Motorclothes department around. Chelsea bends over backwards to accommodate guests, greets them with a friendly smile, and upsells like no one else! Gotta check 'em out!

Loved how they listened to what I wanted to do from down payment to payment and excellent customer service hands down better then the other dealerships in the KC area and will recommend all my friends for sure

They work to get you into a bike .. They team did a great job working with me eventhough i havent accepted..... Follow ups arent pushy or annoying.. Maybe soon they could open a rental service or demo day rides before you buy.. This was the only problem

I go here for parts for my harley. Buying harley brand parts saves disappointment from after market. I've learned my lesson.

Nothing but a fantastic experience dealing with the staff here. Service dept. goes above and beyond to help you out. Most impressive was my flat tire experience. Was going to lead a ride in 4 1/2 hours and checked my bike out. Found a flat. Offered to pick up, we had a trailer and hauled it to them. Was ready for our ride with 1 1/2 hours to spare. Great rides and chapter support with KCN . Great to donate to charities too.

This is the place to buy your bike! I know nothing about buying a Harley and am purchasing this bike as a retirement gift for my husband who is currently deployed. This gift is a complete surprise for him and I needed a lot of help, however I'm not a nit whit either. As a business owner I am not impressed with hard closing sales tactics. I like a good deal and straight forward yes or no's. Sal is an excellent sales rep who made me feel comfortable, informed and listened too. He helped guide me in my selections and answered my question plainly without being pushy. I will be referring anyone who wants a positive buying experience to him! We came in today to buy a trike and it was sold out from under us. I was in the process of starting paperwork when someone called in and put a deposit down on the bike over the phone. Seems to me that a customer in the store working to buy a bike should have priority over a call in. Shame on you. We have bought numerous bikes at Worth. First time I have been sorely disappointed in this dealership ever!

I'm a little upset, still, about spending $22,000.and they would t even offer a jacket, discount on stage one, it, I got a couple of free BBQ sandwiches......?

I BOUGHT MY FIRST BIKE HERE A FEW WEEKS AGO AND HONESTLY I WOULDN'T DO BUSINESS ANYWHERE ELSE. MY SALESMAN ROB WAS EXTREMELY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL AS WAS CHELSEA. SHE EVEN WENT TO THE EXTENT TO HOLD A VEST I WANTED BACK FOR SEVERAL DAYS UNTIL I COULD MAKE IT UP THERE TO SEE IF IT EVEN FIT. SUCH A GOOD STAFF WITH HIGH QUALITY SERVICE.

I can't say enough about the people at Worth, other than they are the best. Absolutely. Along with the demo days, bike nights with music and great BBQ, Worth will always get a 5 star rating from me!

Great customer service and amazing bike selection. Got financing online, came in and took a look at their selection. Very helpful and plenty of options to choose from. Will definitely be coming back for my future purchases.

I would like to thank the staff members and the boss Jeff, I lost my wallet Saturday I was working taking my clients out to Harley Davidson because they love motorcycles and of course Harley Davidson. I was so focused on making my clients dreams come true that I left my wallet. And yes they were closed for Easter Sunday. All my money cards and pretty much my life was in my wallet. And today I called they did not find anything they looked around and boom my wallet. Thank you guys so much. There was money missing but that's ok I appreciate you guys so much. I was stressed out! Now my kids r going to have a late Easter but that's ok there are some things you can't replace. Again from the bottom of my heart thank you! !

Very Friendly Staff received a warm welcome on arrival. The prices are the greatest but nice set up and the staffs nice.

Worth Harley Davidson is a fantastic dealership. I bought my Street Glide Special about 18 months ago and I have had nothing but positive experiences. It is a great atmosphere and the Employees are awesome! And...the best part - Gained entry into the KCN HOG chapter, which has to be one of, if not the best chapter in the Country! Really appreciate how the dealership supports the chapter and all the functions!

Nice people and great service..just stopped in while we were passing thru. They even tried to help us get our keys out of the car. Accidentally locked them in....long story! Loved it!
